I cant with food, i keep eating and binging from everywhere and i just cant seem to stop. Im getting a feeling tht i'll disapoint everyone when they see me gaining weight again, like a failed science experiment. I dont know why i care but i just do and it doesn't have an end to it. I wish i never discovered teenage years. I want to be in my childhood again where i didnt cared how i looked and what other thought. Just a silly little girl.

I've been inactive 4 very long, i got this very important exam in july so thts why i was off tumblr but i will be little active day to day. I fainted at my school hall and my house, had some serious problems bc of ed. I had to eat at tht point and i did. I dont feel good tho but to pass my exams i need energy.

tips i found to avoid binging
1. Tell yourself, “If I’m really hungry, I’ll eat something in 20 minutes.” And grab a glass of water in the meantime (you could be thirsty, not hungry). By setting a short delay, you give yourself time to figure out whether it’s real hunger or just a food craving.
2. Is your brain focusing on eating just one very specific thing? That isn’t hunger, that is a craving. It’s normal to have cravings, but it’s best to ignore it. Ask yourself, “Would cold chicken/boiled broccoli satisfy me right now?” If yes, then it’s real hunger. 
3. Is your stomach growling after you just ate a meal? Your stomach can growl while digesting! Try to eat slower. Drink more water between bites. Give yourself a bit of time to digest because a growl doesn’t always mean hunger.
Bonus: Are you dizzy/shaking? Eat some fruit! Your blood sugar could be low, and fruit is the good kind of sugar your body needs (and low cal).

ed tips from an ana veteran (don't use)
• sparkling water and just water in general is your BEST FRIEND try to drink 1l before any meal or if you are thinking of eating it helps SO much
• tea>>
• this one is a classic but seriously chew sugarfree gum. It's so yummy and it sends satiety signals to ur belly making u feel like ur full.
•running is the easiest, quickest way to burn cals.
•low sugar cranberry juice is sooo yummy (it's only like 6 per 100ml and really good for your kitty!!)
• juice cleanses are just socially acceptable anorexia. tell people you're doing a cleanse if they ask you why youre not eating.
•it's if u have a sweet tooth try those hello kitty ice cream pops they are really adorable and yummy for 130

Things I’ve learned on how to fast
-DRINK WATER. Or zero cal drinks, or coffee or tea, just drink up. More than 2 liters. You’ll thank me later
-go on light walks but don’t exercise after 24 hours, your body is burning enough already.
-again on walks, DO IT. It’s helpful, it will get your digestive system going and help poop out the rest of the food
-make sure to rest a lot, you burn a lot of cals while asleep plus post nap skinny is the best feeling

From the past few days, i started egg diet and lose weight really fast. I eat my breakfast at 11.30am and then no lunch instead alot of water. At 8.30pm I eat dinner. Egg with salt, i usually go with garlic pickle for more favor. And i drink coffee in between so i'll be full for the day. The watermelons i eat when i complete egg diet for 3 days and to reward myself ♡ Drink alot of water my buddies.
I lost 1.25 kg in two days.
-two boiled eggs
-coffee (optional)
-low calorie fruits (optional)
-2l water
-walking and stretching (it works even faster)
-dont cheat your diet.
