i did not expect an Ever After episode, especially after they had to cut down on the Beyond content, but i'm really happy we got it

I'm not sure how long Ruby & Yang have been in Vacuo in that episode but it does feel like it's been at least enough time for them to settle, so while I can see the adults keeping that info to themselves for a bit, how much time is enough time to then bring up the subject?

You bring up fair points and yeah the girls would definitely want to go help him out if they were to find out he was protecting the relic, but I'd say that the whole situation seems very "all or nothing" so knowing all that there is to know to be prepared for Salem and her ilk would make it easier to organize a counteroffense?

But yeah Theodore and the rest are likely to be still holding onto that for now, or so it seems. We are definitely missing the full picture

i kinda agree with the popular theory of Tai guarding the Crown but, if that's the case, nothing has changed, has it?

like, it's sort of implied Qrow knows the mission Tai is in charge of. if it's relic related and he didn't disclose it...? still half truths in Oz' circle?

even if Qrow doesn't know more than "Tai is doing his own thing", Oz WOULD have that knowledge. yeah?

also i know that Oz took care to make it more difficult to get to the Crown, i remember the conversation. it just seems cruel to make it seem like their dad can't be bothered to check on his daughters after one of them sent a message that was basically her signing her own will?

the epilogue kinda threw out the window what i thought beyond would focus on. the new entries in my new guesses would likely be

pietro and maria <- since they are hiding them from us for whatever reason they might still avoid them in this too but it'd be nuts

whatever happened in vale (like they can't just throw a "Vale Is Gone Now, By The Way" and leave it at that), which means more salem, which i frankly didn't expect so soon

glynda is gone? where?? (<- curious about them now doing the "gone... not dead" so blatantly tho) (this option could also probably be left open for show proper, if that ever happens)

I don't think these twins are like the ones Cinder had to deal with (in the epilogue, Gillian even looks at Tyrian in confusion/not too fond of whatever his deal was) but there's definitely a callback to Cinder's backstory and how she also had to deal with a somewhat similar dynamic

So now Mercury has to deal with an abusive step-parent and twins, in an environment he can't escape from
