Ngl that is pretty accurate to his character and the show/movie. Zim's basically a smart idiot that does stupid stuff, his head is in the right place, but he executes them poorly. The entire show is just full of dumb and gullible people with Dib being the only sane person that's autistic about the supernatural, which is why he's always high and mighty about catching Zim and proving to his scientist father (including the world) that aliens exist. The entire plot of the show is that Zim was tricked into going to earth by his leaders because they simply don't like him.

Just out of curiosity, how would invader zim fit into the NU friend group since he's pretty much the only one who would be considered a full-on villian (if he wasn't such an idiot)

I've had so many people ask me about Invader Zim and include him but I've... never watched the show... So I personally don't feel like I'm in a position to represent the characters in a faithful way my sincere apologies to IZ enjoyers

My only point of references for Zim's chemistry with the group is either in Android Invasion or Globs of Doom, and I think he works a lot better as a villain like in the former. But like as an unserious villain, someone who they don't really see as much of a threat so they go "ugh not this guy again"

I've always kinda watched you from afar and I adore your love for NU. It makes me happy. And your art is incredible!

What do you not like about poof? I can understand everything during and after the fairy school plot, but I thought that before that he was pretty okay? Just curious.

I'm very indifferent about him, I don't hate him but I never really found him interesting as a character. I think he's just fine in the show ig but I personally just don't really know what to do with him lol

But also I just think the idea of Cosmo being literally the last fairy to be born because of how much fucked up shit he did to the point they had to ban fairies from having new babies is the funniest thing ever and I like to keep it that way

Thank you!! I've finished watching mlaatr recently and enjoyed it a lot especially because of how fun Jenny as a character is. She's such a girlfailure (affectionate) to me

but now it's just left me wishing there was a game within the NU series that actually INCLUDED HER (and manny) IN THE STORY and this is why I now think Attack of the Toybots DS is the superior installment
