jaguars speedster Denard Robinson was hit with a 100 dollar fine for careless driving
Jaguars running back Denard Robinson pleaded guilty to his careless-driving citation, but his attorney took issue with a police report that suggested his vehicle was submerged as part of a July 3 incident.
According to Florida Times-Union’s Larry Hannan, Robinson just pled no contest to the citation. The judge ordered him to pay $100 fine and said he’ll get no points on his driving record.
Robinson was not present in court, but sent his attorney, Henry Coxe, on his behalf.
Attorney Hank Coxe, Robinson pleaded no contest to a charge of careless driving Thursday morning. He was fined $100 but will have no points on his license and no criminal record. Coxe said that’s a normal punishment for someone with no criminal record cited for careless driving.

Moritz Böhringer walks several miles a day back and forth from practice
GFL wide out Moritz Boehringer is a pretty humbled individual
Moritz Böhringer is the first player to be drafted directly from Europe, and the sixth round pick of the Vikings does not think like your typical American football player.
In an interview with TransferWise, the German star said he does not want to spend his money on a car, when he can walk.
“The main reason I walk everywhere is I don’t have a car because I wanted to save money,” he said. “Every morning I just walk to the facility and in the afternoon I walk back. My girlfriend thinks that’s pretty crazy because, like most Americans, she drives everywhere. In Germany it’s very different to the United States in many ways.”
This is a pretty interesting story because reports say Bohringer lives three miles away from the facility.  If that is the case, he will be in great shape after the season if he walks 6 miles a day, especially in the snow.

Ravens third round pick Bronson Kaufusi broke his ankle; Will miss all of 2016
Today the Baltimore Ravens received horrible news, as they will be without draft pick Bronson Kaufusi for the entire season. Ravens HC John Harbaugh told reporters after Thursday’s practice that third-round DE Bronson Kaufusi will likely miss the entire 2016 season after he suffered a broken ankle during practice.
Baltimore will likely place Kaufusi on season-ending injured reserve in the coming days, which is a huge blow for them.
Kaufusi was drafted 70th overall in the 3rd round of the 2016 NFL draft by the Baltimore Ravens. Kaufusi attended Timpview High School in Provo, Utah. He had 70 tackles and 9.5 sacks as junior and 19 tackles and two sacks his senior year before suffering an injury. Kaufusi was rated by Rivals.com as a four-star recruit and was ranked committed to the Brigham Young University (BYU) to play college football.

Greg Hardy has interest from another team after Dwight Freeney was signed
Do you think the Bengals should sign DE Greg Hardy? They were the team that was most interested in Dwight Freeney?
Greg Hardy the former Dallas Cowboys pass rusher could have a new home soon. According to Ed Werder of ESPN, Hardy has another team interested in his services now that Dwight Freeney has been signed.

With Dwight Freeney off the DE-pass rush market, everyone moves up, including Greg Hardy. Source says new team has expressed interest
He played college football for the University of Mississippi (“Ole Miss”), and was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. Hardy was named to the Pro Bowl and second-team All-Pro following the 2013 NFL season in which he recorded a career high 15 sacks. Hardy’s 15 sacks in 2013 is currently the Carolina Panthers single season franchise record.
On July 15, 2014, Hardy was found guilty of assaulting an ex-girlfriend, and sentenced to 18 months probation as well as being suspended for 10 games by the NFL. The charges and suspension were later dropped after the victim failed to appear in court to testify, but Hardy’s arrest and trial was the focus of considerable controversy

New Post has been published on http://www.nfldraftdiamonds.com/four-trades-love-see-start-season/
Four trades I would love to see before the start of the season
Steelers need to trade for CB Pierre Desir
The NFL is almost here so we are going to talk about a couple trades that we could see happening before the season starts.  I know these are all speculation but I would not mind if these happened.
Dallas Cowboys trade draft pick to the Kansas City Chiefs for Quarterback Tyler Bray. The Chiefs currently have five quarterbacks on their roster including Alex Smith, Nick Foles, Kevin Hogan and Aaron Murray.  There is no need to keep more than four quarterbacks. Two of these QB’s could be on their way out in KC.  The Cowboys can probably trade a late round pick for Bray and walk away with a very solid back-up quarterback.
Tennessee Titans trade RB Bishop Sankey to the Seattle Seahawks for a late round pick.  Let’s face it Bishop Sankey is not going to make the Titans roster and the Seahawks are super thin at the running back position.  The former University of Washington star could revitalize his career with the Seahawks who need help at the running back position.
Tennessee Titans trade WR Justin Hunter to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a late round pick.  Justin Hunter has not turned out to be the star he was in college, and with all the recent signings at wide receiver, the Titans have players that are expendable.  The Eagles need a deep threat and Hunter could be a great option for them.
Pittsburgh Steelers trade a mid round pick to the Cleveland Browns for cornerback Pierre Desir. The Cleveland Browns are loaded in their secondary and will not be able to keep everyone. Desir on the other hand was a hot commodity coming out of college for Lindenwood.  The Steelers lost Senquez Golson for the next 12 weeks which is huge and leaves a big hole in their secondary.  The coaches love Desir from the East/West Shrine game and he could be a player like Ross Cockrell to come in and shine with a change of scenery.

New Post has been published on http://www.nfldraftdiamonds.com/cowboys-browns-need-make-trade-winwin-ways/
Cowboys and Browns need to make this trade, it is a Win/Win both ways
The Dallas Cowboys need a back-up quarterback badly and they want Josh McCown pretty bad according to reports.  Well I have come up with a way to make both of the teams happy.
The Browns are set at the quarterback position with RG3, Austin Davis and Josh McCown with their rookie quarterback whom they drafted in Cody Kessler.  The team is not going to keep four quarterbacks, which makes McCown expendable because his salary cap is worth 5 million this season.  So here is my trade proposal if I was the Browns.
I would offer Josh McCown to the Cowboys for Ronald Leary, but I am not done.  The Cowboys currently have Ronald Leary on their roster and Leary does not want to be there.
While the Saints have inquired about the former Memphis undrafted free agent, this move makes a ton of sense.  The Browns have a decent offensive line, but Leary would solidify their line, helping RG3 have more time.
I think this trade is a win/win for both teams, but I would ask for a seventh round pick as well if I was the Browns.  Would you make this trade?
Josh McCown for Ronald Leary and a 7th Round Draft Pick.

Cowboys are talking with several teams about potential trades
Ronald Leary wants to be traded and has already removed his affiliation with the Cowboys on his social media page
The Dallas Cowboys have had some pretty bad luck this year, and now it seems like they are out to make a couple moves.  There have been numerous reports that the Dallas Cowboys are in the market for a back-up quarterback, but they could be looking to move an offensive lineman too….
Let’s first talk about the quarterback position. While many are saying Josh McCown is the number one option for the boys, Mike Glennon’s name has popped up too.
Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that the Cowboys have discussed internally the idea of possibly pursing a trade for Buccaneers backup QB Mike Glennon.
ESPN’s Ed Werder reports that have moved on to pursue trade options including Browns veteran QB Josh McCown now that Nick Foles has agreed to sign with the Chiefs.
While a quarterback is a great idea right now the Cowboys have several offensive lineman that could be traded. According to a report, the Cowboys could be looking to move La’el Collins for a defensive end, but now there are reports that Ronald Leary could be on the move soon.
ESPN’s Ed Werder reports a Cowboys’ source told him the idea of trading Collins is not smart a matter of fact his exact words were: “That’s stupid.”
Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Saints have pursued a trade for Cowboys G Ronald Leary for the past few months.
Leary, 27, wound up signing on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2012. He spent part of the 2012 season on their practice squad, but has since made the 53-man roster each season.
