The struggle is suppose to motivate you not break you. Failures will happen again and again that's what promotes self growth. Cry it out to release the frustration, but keep fighting. If you never learn from your mistakes you will continue to remain in the same place of anger and frustration.

Instead of listening, people sit there and think of ways to disapprove your thoughts and ideas killing all opportunities and destroying their possible blessing. Just because it doesn't sound right to you doesn't make it wrong. Do your research before shooting down opportunities.
