I started running last months, training for the 10K next year... at first it SUCKED but today!!! Today i got in The Zone and it felt like it was effortless. I was just going and going!! I fell into a rhythm and time flew by!! I ran 2.5km and 3 weeks ago i could barely do 1km!!
