Update: so it didnt exactly go ti plan as i ate as soon as i arrived home. BUT i have new plans.
Morning: 1water bottle (500ml)
Noon: 1 water bottle (500ml)
lunch: 1 tangerine
afternoon: 1 waterbottle (500ml)
Go home and drink another bottle and thats an easy 2L water/day. Im sure i will lose alot, i must, ill do anything.
Ive seen alot of people mentioning how much theyve lost by only eating an apple a month. Now I dont like apple despite the fact that one medium apple is only 52cals, so ill try to only eat a small tangerine for as long as i can and its only 47cals. Starting tmrw :) I will doc my weight

Change of plans for only today as there was no tangerines, one small piece of bread for replacement

Chochlate
Cakes
pastries
fried food (will try my best)
Ice cream
This will continue until I reach 40s, unfortunately im stuck at 51.4kgs..
