Imagine that when Thor meets Mobius at first he acts all intimidating, studying him silently like he did with Carol.
But Moby merely stares back at him in that amused and relaxed way he always keeps, already knowing that Thor is evaluating his reaction.
Thor likes him almost instantly when he just knows with his Thor-sense (and maybe thanks to his brother's descriptions) that this tiny bureaucrat is worthy of Loki's trust. He smiles brightly before he hooks his heavy arm over Mobius' shoulders and pats him as he claims: “Brother's boyfriend! Welcome to the family, time-man!”
And Mobius finally lets down that suave facade, laughs with him and lowers his gaze all flustered and relieved.
Loki, without knowing what to do or think when he sees the two people he loves the most being happy and spending a nice time together:
