My daily habit tracker ୨୧
To embody daily "that college girl" during the second half of my semester! My focus is flexible achivement according to my energy and time available.
Do my morning and night routine
Affirm positive affirmations and practice gratitude x2 morning and night
No shit talking + Complaining
Use my phone less than 3 hours
Follow a healthy diet: 4 meals, one fruit, healthy snacks and drink water only!
Indulge in movement: do a pilates workout or a stretch workout
Practice self-care: look good for the day, take care of my hair, body, skin, teeth, smell good
Maintain a clean space all day
Self-develoment: read, journal, listen to a podcast, practice meditation or/and invest in hobbies
Education: Learn about educational topics, complete my homework or/and study Italian.

8 weeks to a fixed sleep schedule
A little time line for getting your sleep schedule together. You could do all these steps really quickly but it’s better to ease into these things.
Week 1
Pick a time you should wake up at to do a short morning routine without to much of a rush.
Go from your wake up time back 7hrs (at least) this is the time you are going to set your phone to turn off. In settings you can have it go into dnd and limit certain apps.
You probably won’t fall asleep in time if you aren’t used to it but you absolutely have to get up on time. (Don’t move on to week 2 steps until you have enough discipline to get out of bed)
This week is probably gonna suck but if you wake up on time you should eventually begin to fall asleep earlier.
Week 2
Start creating a calming night time routine with at least 30 mins off your phone before bed.
Also if you are still struggling with sleeping I would make sure you are limiting caffeine after 3pm. There is also a lot of little things you can do to help you fall asleep and I can make another post about it.
Keep waking up at the same time to get it fully into your system
Week 3/4/5
Begin pushing your wind down for bed time to earlier and earlier but keep your alarm at the same time. Allow your body to soak up that 8-10hrs of sleep
Also take notice of your natural wake up time and how much sleep you need to feel your best. I like to do this in a journal.
Use these couple weeks to experiment with the night time routine you enjoy the most.
Week 6/7/8
Pick a good wake up time that will allow you to have a nice slow morning and not feel rushed at all. This is when you start jumping out of bed because you love doing your morning routine.
Also start going with your circadian rhythm. I like to use the sun as a good indicator for my sleep. Sun up is work time and activities. Sun down is calm soothing activities.
Other tips
Don’t do anything but sleep in your bed it should be a place of rest not work.
Invest in good bedding (makes a world of difference)
I recommend a sunrise alarm clock. It slowly lights the room before your alarm so you are not jolted awake.
Keep your sleep schedule sacred and don’t let anyone (even yourself) disrupt it.
Also for all you who say you “work better late at night” I want you to seriously answer this question.
Do you actually work better at night or do you work better under a forced time crunch and the stress you created by procrastinating???
Because one of those can be reasonably healthy if that’s how your body actually works and the other is putting your body under unnecessary stress and adding sleep deprivation to it. If you genuinely are a night owl make sure you are still getting the sleep you need.

ways to stay unbothered

left out? actually try and engage with other people, join clubs to make more friends and don't beg other people.
feeling sick? make sure to drink plenty of water and get sleep, rest your head from any screens and just meditate.
left on read? it's not a big deal, just don't make yourself to them anymore, it will make them value you more.
feeling ugly? appreciate yourself and know that you're the most amazing person ever, your beauty doesn't define who you are.
lacking confidence? don't care about what others say about you and be bold. keep your head up high and focus on yourself.
hungry? try and eat something new today and be creative. try and be healthier and go for smoothies as a drink with your meal.
they don't like you? who cares, it's their loss <3

10 of my favorite easy glow up tips! 𐙚 ‧₊˚ ⋅

get a gua sha!! not expensive at all and made such a difference in my face shape and carving out my cheek bones and jawline. there’s lots of good tutorials on tiktok or youtube!
tea in the morning/night! there’s so many teas to help with different things but my favorite’s are spearmint tea for clearing skin and green tea for reducing bloating.
ice your face! helps SO much with de-puffing and closing up your pores! dipping your face in a bowl with ice water can reduce inflammation, help with acne and reduce oily skin!
make sure to get enough sleep! It’s so easy to stay up scrolling on tumblr until the sun comes up but getting enough sleep is so important mentally and physically!
find a skincare routine that works for you and remember too much skincare can be bad for your skin! my skin was breaking out the worst when i was using a bunch of skincare and It’s cleared so much since i simplified my routine.
use a lash/brow serum! my favorite brand is grande lash and it’s a little pricey but using castor oil works as well and it’s super affordable.
going on walks! I’ve never been a fan of intense exercises and I’m a chronic bed rotter but putting on my favorite hot girl playlist and strutting on the treadmill/sidewalk is genuinely so fun!
rosemary oil for hair growth! my holy grail of hair growth products along with a scalp massager. my whole life my hair grew so slow and since using rosemary oil i have to trim my bangs twice a month sometimes!
i cannot stress this one enough..wear what YOU want! don’t let new trends or judgment from others stop you from embracing your true style. we look our best when we feel most confident!
most importantly ~ take care of yourself! make sure you’re eating enough, drinking water, listening to your body and being gentle with yourself always. improving ourselves can be so fun but make sure it’s not at the expense of your mental health <3

🎀 Hobbies 🎀
I feel as tho I don't have much time to do things besides school, work, some chores, and survive right now, but I've been thinking about some hobbies I enjoy and would like to incorporate into my life when I decide to make the time without burning out!
Reading - I used to be big on reading just about any books I could get my hands on. Then I was really focused on reading self help, and now that I haven't been reading at all, I've been thinking about getting back into reading. Always looking for book recommendations, and I do have my eye on some books I'd like to purchase.
Gardening - if I had the time and space, I'd love to have a flower garden or a vegetable garden. It always makes me happy when the fruits of my efforts come to life, so tending to plants and gardening sounds super fun and relaxing.
Video Games - I used to play video games on and off, but I wouldn't mind owning a PS4 or a Switch and spending some time playing video games whenever I'd want time to wind down.
Cooking/Baking - I love learning things, and the sense of pride I've gotten in the past when receiving praise for things I've cooked or baked has really driven me to want to increase my skill. I've only baked something from scratch once in my life, but I'd really like to expand my skills in making desserts.
Exercise - I'm talking all forms of it! Dancing, martial arts/kickboxing type activities, yoga, pilates, running, swimming, spin/cycling, weight lifting (again), calisthenics, all of it! I don't currently look like the exercise type but I find various forms of movement to be so fun! If I had more time, I'd be trying new things all the time!
Volunteer work - This is something I used to do all the time, and it's a hobby that I enjoyed that kept me humble. Not only that, but I thoroughly enjoy showing kindness and compassion to others. Making a difference in anuwau brings me so much joy, and I love meeting new people and learning their stories. I also would love to volunteer with animals, because they deserve so much love and affection too!
Drawing/Art - I used to draw for fun but when I started college, I didn't have the time to devote to continuously increasing my art skills. I still own a sketch kit, coloring materials, and several sketchbooks so it really is a matter of having time.
Crochet - The thought of making things that I can gift to others seriously makes me so excited!! Crochet seems like such a fun, crafty, relaxing activity and the added fun of gifting those crafts to others would make it so fun!!
Scrapbooking - I don't know if I'd ever do this one, but I do Ike the idea of keeping my memories in a physical space, and not just in like pictures on my phone.
Learning - if school wasn't crazy busy, I'd spend all my time learning languages (ASL, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Italian, etc), computer coding skills, how to make and do certain things, just anything I can do to keep my mind enriched.
Upcycling/Altering Clothes - I would love to upcycle or alter articles of clothes into more personalized pieces for myself. The thought of having a personalized, hand made closet full of clothes makes me really want to buy a sewing machine and learn how to use it to my advantage!
That's all I can think of for now that I'd like to someday incorporate into my life. Having hobbies is always so fun, but I've been so busy and tired that I don't mess with any of the hobbies I'd want to do. If anyone has any tips for time management, or resources for beginning new hobbies, please let me know!!

How to be more attractive as a feminist
• embrace yourself and your ways with confidence see and appreciate your natural qualities that make you who you are.
• fashion it’s so important it’s ok change it up if you desire but make sure to always wear something you feel confident in.
• smell good have a sent people will think of you when they smell you. the best way to be remembered lol
• people pay attention to your nails so make sure to keep them done 💅🏽
