Courtesy of @pxlsatiio I have been thinking of cardiophilia a lot, and I came up with a soul mate AU. Humans have 2 hearts, one is located in the normal place and works normally. The second one is located on the right side of the chest. Until a person meets their soul mate it does nothing. Once they meet their soul mate then the second heart starts beating, always at the same rate of their soul mate's heart. If person A has a high heart rate then person B will feel it. The tragic part is when one dies, the other feels it. If they'd met but not gotten together then it's worse, because whoever is left alive knows they missed their shot.

College AUs part 2

Here’s part one. @glissxndo​ urged me to make a part two and since I don’t feel like screwing up my notifications on Tyki Imma post it over here.

I know I’m a girl in a guys dorm but I swear I’m with maintenance (genders can obviously be reversed)

You keep breaking things but every time I come fix it you offer hot chocolate so I don’t mind 

My friend really likes this grounds guy but we don’t know his name so I’m gonna go ask and whoops now I like him too

My friend/coworker and I are borrowing a cute co-worker’s mule and now we’re making jokes about “riding his ass” Because the cart is called as mule.

After doing set ups for so many weddings we’re now having an in depth conversation about how we want our weddings to go and wow we agree on a lot

I’ve visited the bookstore to get a drink so many times during the summer that the cashier knows me and we both dread fall when it’s no longer hot as balls and I don’t need gatorade every two seconds

We’re both mad we got stuck on grounds pulling weeds so we just find shady spots on campus to sit and talk while pretending to work

Alternatively we’re ok with being on grounds and got all the weeds pulled but we don’t want anything else to do so we’re going to sit around and pretend to be working.

I have to run like hell to get halfway across campus in ten minutes between classes but somehow you always manage to find me and give me a ride on the mule- did you memorize my schedule or what?

You work for campus security and keep seeing me in the rec center on days it’s closed so eventually you approach and surprise I work for the school as well, as such I can get in here. Since you’re here wanna play a game of pool?

I’ve been around campus for 10 years cause my parent works here and I’m only on this tour for a friend but you’re failing at this tour guide thing so shut up and let me talk

College AUs where muse A works at the school

So I noticed that there’s tons of college AUs but rarely ever did one or either muse work at the school. Seems odd cause it’s a real convenient thing to do. Without further ado a list of AUs mostly based off things that happened to me while working for a college

We’re both poor as fuck so now we work for the school and clean toilets together

I work for maintenance and I came in to fix your light not knowing you were in the shower and now you’re out & only in a towel this is awkward

You can hear me & my friend/coworker arguing over who knocks on the door and yells “Maintenance” so you opened the door first and wow you’re hot

My friend/coworker & I are stuck repainting handrails in the middle of summer and you take pity in the form of giving us water everyday

I was standing in a moving trailer cause the mule didn’t have any empty seats when the driver hit a bump and I fell out but you saw what happened and rushed to help me

Last week you were twirling a pen while talking in the break area & accidentally threw it at me. This week you were demonstrating something to your friends, again in the break area, and you kicked me as I walked by. Are you this clumsy or are you trying to get my attention?

The battery on my golf cart died and I can’t push it up this steep as fuck hill to the physical plant/shop can you help?

I only work at the school because a parent of mine wonks here, I’m only 16 this is a problem cause my coworker is hot but they’re 18 already
