I have to share m live location every time I go out and tell my family when I arrive to a place. It is not overprotective parents. The city, or the countryside, the country in general: is very dangerous. They are persons with hungry, they are poor people and few opportunities. It's easier to get money by stabbing someone than it is to get a job. I know it sounds horrible. But it is the reality of Latin America. It is the reality of many countries with corrupt governments that steal the money that should be invested in ending inequality. Not everything on Tumblr is about books and flowers. Not everything is pink.
