Wolfram simply let his hand fall to his side after their handshake. He is the comely sort, if not crisp and formal with his dressage. “In general, that has been twenty years or so now, depending on which specialization that is.”
The hand is accepted, and he shakes the other’s hand firmly. “My name is Wolfram Fleischer. Pleased to make your acquaintance.” There was a smile, kindly and fostering.

Starter Call
I have been wanting to write more here, and I have little to nothing going on. Perhaps starters would help? I’m up for casual character interaction to threads that require plotting. Please, don’t don’t be shy and feel free to hit me up.

“And there lies the core of the problem,” he sighs quietly. Then, he turns to face the other. “I didn’t quite catch your name.”

The Good Doctor peers at the clock; it was a little over half past three in the afternoon. Quite an achievement since his work load barely dwindles this early. “I was about to have tea. Maybe you’d like to join me?” he says.
“Hmm? Sorry,I didn’t quite see you come in. Anything I can help you with?” The Medic straightens himself up, scoffing at his own silly joke.

“All right. That’s good to hear. Please make sure you’ve handed in your medical waivers by the end of the week. We had an overhaul of the Respawn System, so we’re making sure everyone is all right,” he explained.
"Have you had your health evaluations yet, Herr?" ((Hello there.~))
“Hm? Ja, absolutely. Passed with flying colours. Healthy as.. ah, good enough.”

“I won’t lie, it has its ups and downs. If you need help with anything, I’m here to assist,” he started. “But where are my manners? My name is Wolfram Fleischer, Administrative Medic.” With that, he offered her his hand.

The top wasn’t up for debate, and he hadn’t been authorized to speak about the topic freely. Orders were orders. The Soldier did have a point though. He could feel the negativity towards the issued rules, but chose not to point it out. Professionalism was something he gave regards to.
“The company wants nothing but the best. You are, after all, paid to fight out there. Even if you are physically able, you are still accountable for more,” he tried to explain. “The Administrative Medic has approved of this already, even he has to acquiesce.” He tapped on the signature below. “That, would be I.”
“You are free to approach other Medic’s for your waivers, but should the need arise, my door is open at HQ. I’m here to aid you.”

The Medic hadn’t missed the reaction, though it was understandable. This one was an actual soldier with a military background, unlike the ones that were employed into the company’s roster. He had grown accustomed to them. This was no longer Germany, but the land of the so called free.
“Please do. As stated there, the company has become more strict with keeping the mercenaries on their toes,” Wolfram explained, perhaps with a lighter tone than anything. A job was a job, but he grew concerned over the expression the Soldier had,
“Which one?” he asked, moving to the side. It was a rather busy day at headquarters with people moving back and forth. “Ah, as per request, psyche evaluations have been added to the usual examinations.
"Herr Soldat," the Medic called out, a stack of papers tucked under his arm as he caught up to the man. "Have you had a copy of the new medical protocols from the company?" As if in cue, he handed out a print.

Isaiah turned abruptly when he was addressed, a habitual response that he hadn’t quite kicked, even after years of not being required to do so. Considering he was very seldom called out to, adjusting to a more casual reaction took him a moment. At least he wasn’t accidentally standing at attention anymore and he no longer had the arm to salute. All things considered, he could have embarrassed himself marginally worse.
Looking down at the paper offered to him, he scowled and raised an eyebrow. “No, can’t say I have.” That was just what he needed, more company required medical bullshit. He shuddered just thinking about it, but in the end, really had no choice but to take the page.
Slowly, his eyes scanned the words printed there. It seemed like mostly pretty standard stuff, not that he knew shit about medical protocols. However, there were a couple things he wasn’t too sure about, a couple of terms he didn’t quite understand.
“What’s this supposed to mean?
