These three products offer a unique technology. They are meant to mimic micro-needling technology from the comfort of home. The 100 formula is meant to be applied daily, and is the gentlest of the three formulas. The 300 formula is meant to be applied every three days. The 700 formula is meant to be applied once every seven days. If you want to try this line, I definitely suggest educating yourself on them first. There are more than just these three products offered by the brand as well (including an ampoule).
It is worth noting that this line of products is meant to be the first step of your skincare routine after a cleanser. If you want this in your routine and you use a toner, a toner may impact the efficacy of the Reedle formula if the toner is applied after. I think use them at different steps of your skincare routine. (I am including this on each of my three reviews as I think that this is important product education that wasn’t included on the box’s information. That is why I am also including safety information taken from the product’s Amazon page.) I hope including the Amazon infographics helps anyone who maybe didn’t know much about these products.
The gentlest of the three products, the 100 formula was the one my sensitive skin could handle best. During my patch test, the 700 burned the most, and I decided not to use it on my face. The 300 also tingled and led to my face turning blotchy and red after I had applied this formula. I made sure not to use actives with this line, even though it is meant to help your actives absorb better. It is meant to be sensitive skin safe, and this was not for me. But I was still thankful to get to learn about such a unique line.

Special thanks to Vertex Beauty for sending me these brushes to try out! Of course I jumped and said yes, because 1) I love a good eyeliner tool! 2) I’m always looking for good makeup brushes for my collection. The eyeliner tool is just under $5, the eyebrow brush is $4, the eyeliner brush set is $10, and the eyebrow brush kit is also $10. So this is a super affordable brand. I think most of you know by now that I love a good makeup brush/makeup tool that is multi-functional. And you get that with these products! The eyeliner tool is dual sided, so you can use it on both sides. But the handle doubles as a nose contour tool, if you’re worried about your contour not applying straight, this is the perfect solution for you! I love a good versatile tool, and these tools have multiple uses. So be prepared for more videos in the near future!
You can watch my tutorial on Instagram or Tiktok.
You can buy the brushes here on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/A42CAD4C-0330-4E73-87D7-78EE56CA4280

Where do I even start? This is an amazing product! Minimal scent, no white cast, super lightweight, and easily rubs into the skin. It left my skin looking nice and hydrated, besides the obvious protection from the sun’s rays. This has definitely entered my top three SPFs of 2024 (I know it’s early, but definitely stock up now if you plan on getting a lot of sun this summer). You can watch my full one minute video review on Instagram or Tiktok.

I’ve been lucky enough to do two other review rounds with Plodica, and each time my love for the brand keeps growing. They are a vegan and cruelty free brand, and their products are all fragrance free. They have multiple starter kits for anyone who has never tried the brand before or has no idea how to go about building their own skincare routine. The kit I received this time was the Full-Day Youth Kit (you can view my review of their other products by scrolling through my posts) which features a toner, a milky ampoule, and a cream. I also got a full size of their toner, and a full size of their Water-Bag Barrier Cream (which is actually my favorite of this round, and that’s saying something because I liked all of their products this round!). The cream is definitely one of my favorites, not too thick and not too thin. Really good at maintaining moisture. If you go to the Amazon page of these products, it features a breakdown about what the ingredients are doing in the formula which is awesome (example: a stabilizing ingredient or one unique to the brand).

I’ll be posting reviews soon, but wanted to share the pics. Here is my unboxing video. If you follow the brand on Instagram, the owner is constantly asking for product testers and feedback on new formulations! She donates a portion of every purchase to non profits like the Okra Project and Last Prisoner Project. I was first introduced to the brand through BeautyTap and somehow became friends with the owner via social media. She’s got the biggest heart and is an absolute sweetheart. Not a single product costs more than $30, and the reasoning behind the name is that Melissa wanted to get rid of filler ingredients in skincare products.

Product gifted for free by Etude and the Picky app in exchange for my honest reviews.
I’ve been lucky enough to try other lip products from Etude, and I can see why it’s such a popular brand! These lip oils were so incredibly comfortable to wear, and they didn’t make the dry skin I sometimes can get on my lips, look more noticeable (unlike the water tint from Etude). These oils were nice and lightweight, and I honestly forgot that I was wearing something on my lips when I wore these. Red Oil was the least pigmented shade of the three that I received. Even the Sweet Apple red wasn’t quite as vibrant as Neon Pink. However I thought all three shades were equally flattering to my natural lip color. These are the perfect product for anyone looking for a very subtle tint. I can see myself reaching for this product as a lip treatment even on days when I don’t need a lip color (and am just hanging out at home). Ten out of ten, definitely recommend!

I’ll admit I don’t always apply SPF when I’m spending the day at home while indoors, unless I’m doing something like this day, where I know I’ll be outside for an extended length of time (like hanging out in the backyard or taking the dogs for a walk).
I am ridiculously pale, and burn in the sun super easily, but Some By Mi has made a product that I have really been loving recently. It’s a nice and breathable option that isn’t as goopy as a lot of other SPFs on the US market. Even though this is a Korean SPF, it is FDA approved while most others from Korea are not. Meaning it protects us from both UVA and UVB rays. Some By Mi has set themselves apart from others on the market thanks to this. I only showed myself applying it to my chest, neck, and face, but this product also works on your arms and legs. The most important part to me? It’s water resistant, which means I won’t sweat through this formulation on really hot days, especially compared to non-waterproof or non-water resistant options.
Lastly, please remember if you are in the sun to re-apply your sun cream every two hours for proper protection. Stay safe friends!
