Hey Dad,

How's Winterfest in Selvadorada? I bet it's warmer there than it is here. I'm finally home from break! Mom and I keep going back and forth to Grandpa's. (She's doing good by the way.) I don't mind seeing everyone. It's nice to be around family again.

I'm also doing good. I know you heard about my scholarship from Mom and I want you to know it's working out great. The team is cool and we've been doing scrimmages before the season starts. I can't wait to crush you in a 1v1 the next time we visit.

I'm sorry for not emailing more often. I've just been really busy. I'll try to be better about it.
