The Tom collection is a rich mix of vases and bowls designed by Studio Segers and Karen Wuytens. They consist of elegant metal frames, with a glass bottom produced by Czech glass masters. The wire construction indicates the silhouette of the shape, and in a subtle way creates a very original, graphic form.

2021 was turbulent, it was busy, and easily our toughest year to date. But looking back we’re pretty happy to say we’ve done some damn fine work: We’ve considerably extended and renovated our workshops, where Christmas came early with the installation of a new CNC machine. It’ll really ramp up our production. We launched some fresh new products including our Mistra chair which we are especially proud of. We’ve been a part of several design fairs including maison&objet in Paris or Designblok in Prague. Even with Covid and crazy supply chain issues, we fulfilled over 1000 orders, the largest project being the delivery of 360 chairs to the new UMPRUM building. Last but not least - Luděk, co-founder of Master & Master, became a father for the second time.

There’s still tons to do in 2022, but the sky’s the limit. We’re in the early stages of opening a brand new showroom in Prague, we want to launch more exciting new products, and we’ll be continuing the upgrades to our workshops and production capacities. Hey 2022, we can't wait!

For those of you brave enough to read this far: we at Master & Master wish you a happy Christmas. Thank you for being here with us, and for all your support. May the holiday season fill your home with joy and inspiration (and one or two new Master & Master products)
