Fuck, I had to add a lot of new ideas and AUs. I’m not that workaholic.
Current drafts for November
Ignore this, this a reminder for myself and stuff.
Why I love Xicheng that much?
MDZS:
Xicheng AU where Lan Jingyi is Xicheng’s lovechild raised by JC, but he doesn’t know. Canon divergence.
Xicheng AU where Xichen pays for a surrogate belly to have a son with his boyfriend and JC is a transmale who needs money. Neither of them thought that things wouldn’t go the way they expected.
Omegaverse AU where JL has a crush on LJY since he was 11 years old, but LJY mistakes the signals and thinks that JL has a crush on LSZ. Well, until the day that the love confession that both planed turned to be for him.
Xicheng AU where Jiang Cheng has a big fat crush on his doctor and LXC fall in love with his snarky patient.
Fantasy AU where JL is a hunter and kill witches for money, his uncle is sick and he needs money to bought medicine. Things messed up when he tries to kill Wei Wuxian.
That Xicheng Omegaverse AU with shapeshifters, demons, witchers and stuff that I did for #CultivaTober2020, but a long fic.
That Xicheng AU where a 29-year-old gay LXC married his 26-year-old family friend JC (who happens to be a trans man) out of convenience so that both of their traditional families would leave them alone and let them live their lives, without thinking that he will find love in this marriage.
Xicheng AU where JC is a veterinary and LXC rescued three puppies from the garbage.
Xicheng and Wangxian and Nieyao fantasy AU where LWJ fall in love with a demon (ghost WWX) in Yiling and his brother LXC (the crown prince of Gusu) has to punish him, failing at the mission when he met the ghost’s killer. NM is the Imperial bodyguard of LXC and MY is the personal attendant of LXC.
Gods help me to end everything.

Romanticide
In which Jin Guangyao is a double-faced man and he had Nie Mingjue’s head hidden in his house.
N/A: I wanted to do something for WWX’s birthday, but I got dark Nieyao feelings this Halloween. Don’t read this if you are sensitive. This could be disturbing (?) and no sense.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
Day 31: Corpse
.
Jin Guangyao left Wei Wuxian's birthday party early.
He wasn’t a close friend or anything, so people wouldn’t mind if he was absent or not. After all, he just was the half-brother of Jin Zixuan and the uncle of the little Jin Ling.
Plus, he had his own date today.
Mingjue's head is so well preserved that Guangyao get goosebumps at the sight.
He still looks so handsome, like the day that he killed him.
So young and beautiful.
"Why did you have to meddle in my father's business, Da-ge?" He wonders, caressing the face that he used to kiss. "Should I have kept you alive a couple years more?"
Sex wasn't that good with others, no one was like Nie Mingjue.
He missed his boyfriend, his warm body and his fierce eyes. Even his temper.
No one understand him like Mingjue did.
At first he didn't wanted to kill his boyfriend, but Mingjue was stubborn and Guangyao had to silence it.
He wished that it could be easy as a kiss or sex, but it wasn't.
Mingjue even dared to break with him.
Perhaps that it would have been the best for his boyfriend, stay away from someone like him and the Jin family. But his father still wanted his Mingjue dead, so Guangyao bought time.
If someone would kill Nie Mingjue, it would be him.
No one else.
So he gave him a little of time before to take the first move of his plan.
It wouldn't be easy to kidnap a man like Nie Mingjue, but he had to try to save time for his lover.
And he got his chance two months later, when the Nie family hosted a party where Jin Guangyao confided his fears and worries over Nie Mingjue's opinion of him after their break up to Lan Xichen, knowing that Mingjue would overhear them in that room.
Their reconciliation was just a matter of time.
They were meant to be together, even if Mingjue didn't understand it.
Reconciliation was messy and violent, they even say harmful words to each other. But one thing was clear, that night Mingjue came back with him as he planned.
However, what Nie Mingjue didn't knew that the one that will not come back the next day was him.
Imprisoned a man like him in a basement wasn't easy, yet Guangyao did it.
He took advantage of his body before to drug him.
Sex was really that good that night that Guangyao wondered if he could keep Mingjue imprisoned on the basement until his father forgot his existence, sure his father would forgot his existence if he was busy with something more.
After all, Mingjue was an amazing man from who Guangyao didn't wish to separate.
So he had Mingjue imprisoned for months before to kill him.
It was a stupid impulse to kill Mingjue, but what was done was done.
He couldn't let him die with a weakened body by the way, he knew that he had to do it before Mingjue turned in the shadow of once what he was.
He had to be fair with his boyfriend.
He deserved to be remembered at his best moment.
So when he hid the corpse a couple of years ago, he dismembered at his beloved boyfriend so the police wouldn't find it and no one would connect the dots. It worked well for the last year, the case was closed recently and he keep the head for himself.
"Nothing is going to separate us again", he said. Holding his cold boyfriend's head on his arms as he walks in the house, looking at the blue moon on the night sky through the window. “Not even your death.”

In where LXC don’t let NM sleep
In which JC met the love of his life after a car accident.
N/A:  Idk, normal AU where Jiang Cheng has a big fat crush on his doctor and LXC fall in love with his snarky patient. Sorry if it’s too short, I’m a current mess for TGCF donghua.
You know what, I’m going to do a damn long fic about this bc right now I can’t focus.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
Day 30: Siren
.
Jiang Cheng didn't remember the accident per se, but he remembers the siren pounding in his ears and the white lights over his eyes.
Wei Wuxian was by his side in the ambulance, crying.
God, he looked so ugly when he cries.
And then Jiang Cheng blackout.
Jiang Cheng regains consciousness five days after surgery, he awakes disoriented and dry throat. At first, he doesn't understand what is his brother babbling because he's crying again, but at least this time he seems relieved and happy when he runs out the room.
A nurse came first, a shy man that brings him a glass of water.
He helps him to drink it and take his vital signs.
Wei Wuxian make a phone call, refusing to let his side and for the time that a doctor comes, Jiang Cheng felt more lucid than a couple of minutes ago.
He curses his luck when he sees the doctor for first time.
A tall and slender man with a slick back long black hair, fair skin, dark gentle eyes and a smile on his handsome face. He looked so appealing despite that he was wearing a simple blue medical uniform.
How the fuck a guy with a medical uniform could be so sexy? Jiang Cheng wonders.
Never mind, sure he is a prick.
"So, you are awake" the doctor says, smiling. "Mr Jiang. I'm your doctor, Lan Xichen. I will do you a check up, okay?"
Like I would refuse, Jiang Cheng thinks, but he doesn’t say anything.
He let the doctor approach, starting to feel hot and flustered when the doctor examines him so carefully and patiently. Like, have you ever seen a man so beautiful that you don’t know what to do? Because Jiang Cheng don’t know what to do now that he had an hot doctor talking to him so nicely.
How could be a man be this fucking hot and nice.
Is he even real??
However, Lan Xichen even sat on the edge of the stretcher, explaining him that he shouldn't overstrain because he just had an open heart surgery and something about medical stuff that Jiang Cheng didn’t care right now.
He was too close, so close that the heart monitor starts beeping fast.
"What's happening?" Wei Wuxian asks worried, still with the phone in one ear.
Lan Xichen frowns as he looks at the cardiac monitor, something was odd and he tries to understand what it’s happening. His patient was okay this morning when he checked, but right now something was disturbing his patient and he doesn’t get what.
“Maybe this is all just a side effect from painkiller?” Wei Wuxian asks, but Lan Xichen denies.
“It’s not that” replies the doctor, trying to not worry that much at the patient’s relative.
“Is it dangerous?”
Jiang tries to control his heart, but he can’t.
Why is my heart racing? He wonders, trying to not see the muscles under the medical uniform. But damn, he couldn’t not see those arms.
He would be lucky if Wei Wuxian didn’t notice that he had a big fat crush on his doctor.
Gods save him.
.     ·  ✦
Days pass quickly and Xichen couldn't not get more fond into his snarky patient, falling for that small smile that was only meant for him and those sharp gray blue eyes that looked at him tenderly.
At first he didn’t noticed that his patient had a crush on him, but one day he couldn’t not see those black pupils.
He wasn’t the first patient that had a crush on him.
Yet, Jiang Cheng was different.
He wasn’t infatuated with him, he didn’t attempt to flirt with him every time and Xichen was relieved that he wouldn’t need to ask at a coworker to take the case.
But he never thought that it would be himself who will get attached at his patient in not a professional way.
That he will come to see his patient even when it wasn’t for a check up.
Laughing at his complains and comments when his overprotective brother came to visit him or when his nephew came to see him and cries because his uncle is injured and they can’t play.
Before he knew, he was enjoying that much to talk with him.
Adoring the passionate way that he talked about his annoying family and his job in Yunmeng.
Jiang Cheng was that kind of person, so falling for him it wasn’t that hard.
It just happened.
And Xichen didn’t knew what to do with the feelings on his chest, but one thing was clear for him. He couldn’t miss this chance to fall in love again, his heart healed long time ago and he felt ready to give himself a chance to pursue a relationship.
So he wanted to try at least.
Xichen walked to the rest area, looking for someone. Relieved to found his friend half sleep in a sofa. “Da-ge, I need your help!”
Nie Mingjue groans.
He was just trying to sleep something after a long and tiring surgery, but it seems that his break was going to have to wait. “What happened now?”
“How can I ask my patient’s number without look like a creep?”
Mingjue open an eye, annoyed. So Xichen awakened him just because of that?
What the fuck?
“That’s not ethical, Xichen.”
“I know!”
“Well, take it slow" Mingjue grumbles, thinking hard. "You could give him your number when you give them the medical discharge to keep the contact in any case.”
"But I don't know if I can wait for him to text me!"
"That's not my problem, now let me sleep a little more and don't wake me up if isn't for a trauma emergency."

Bunny boy
People said that every family has a little demon in the house and now that Jiang Cheng has his own headache, he could understand why his mother was pissed out half of time when Wei Wuxian was in the house.
N/A:  Xicheng’s family and Lan Jingyi as Xicheng’s love child. Btw, how do you said “Me pase po”? Like I need to know how to express that feeling when I forgot to publish my daily draft.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
Day 29: Demon
.
When Sizhui started a group facetime call after the online class, he didn’t expected to see at his best friend in that state. “Jingyi, are you okay?”
Jingyi chuckled before to answer and it was painful to see.
“Yes, why?”
Jin Ling frowned at the other side of the phone screen, looking his cousin red swollen cheek “Well, you have a hand printed in your left cheek.”
Jingyi started to laugh at the memory.
Oh my god, he has to tell Jin Ling about this before his Dad punishes him cutting the wifi!
“Dude, yesterday I heard my parents fucking and hAHAHA”
Jingyi’s left cheek it hurts like a bitch when he laughs, but it was a pain that was worth it.
“...And when I was going to turn up the volume on my headphones, I heard my Dad saying ‘I’m your bunny boy!’” He even dare to imitate the panting voice tone that none of his friends asked for. “So today when he was scolding me for forgetting to defrost the chicken, I told him ‘keep calm, bunny boy!’ HAHAHA.”
Jin Ling looked dumbfounded as Zizhen burst out laughing.
“yOU DID WHAT?”
“Lan Jingyi, you are my fucking hero!” Adds Zizhen, still laughing for his friend imprudence and bravery.
“I wish I would recorded it, but you know. It just came naturally!”
Sizhui chuckled, nervously “Take care of yourself, Jingyi.”
“Don’t worry, Sizhui. It’s just a slap!” He tells him, knowing that his Dad slapped him with the hand free of rings. But Sizhui didn’t knew that and still seems worried.
In the other side, Jin Ling overcame the shock stage.
“Sometimes I don’t know if you are just crazy or you just want to die early” declares with ears all red after knowing his uncle's kinks. Fuck, he didn’t wished to know that.
Sizhui thought that Jingyi was already dead, but Jingyi just didn’t knows.
In the other side, Zizhen cheers him “Good luck to get your Dad’s forgiveness, bro!”
“Thank you, bro! I would need it!”
.     ·  ✦
“Where is the little demon?”
“A-Cheng, don’t call our son like that”, Xichen tell him off, lying on the couch. He had a really long and tiring day in the hospital.
Jiang Cheng snorted, furious. People said that every family has a little demon in the house and now that Jiang Cheng has his own headache, he could understand why his mother was pissed out half of time when Wei Wuxian was in the house.
Seems like his baby boy spent a lot of time with his fucking uncle Wei.
“Then, where is your son?”
Xichen raised an eyebrow, unbelieving “So now he’s my son?”
“Well, your dearest son heard us tonight.”
“What?”
Jiang Cheng wanted to punch something, he really needs to punch something. He never slapped his son before, but this time Jingyi asked for a fucking slap on his face “And he had the nerve to call me bunny boy, can you believe it?”
Xichen tries to hold the laugh on his throat, but he can't not laugh.
Jingyi is only thirteen years and he’s this reckless.
Adolescence would be a nightmare, Xichen thinks as he tried to collect himself.
Yet, his husband seemed very offended.
“Are you laughing, Lan Huan?”
If glares could kill, Lan Xichen would be dead by two bolts of lightning.
.     ·  ✦
That night when Xichen goes to Jingyi’s room with an ice bag in the hand and the dinner in the other one, he didn’t expected to see his dear son with a swollen cheek and smiling brightly.
Jingyi had a slapped cheek, but at least he was happy.
Xichen put the dinner in Jingyi’s desk before to check his child's face  “What have you done, A-Yi?”
“Sorry father, did I mess your night time with Dad?”
“Don’t worry about that”, he says as he applies the ice bag in his son’s injured cheek, without overlooking the worried glint in Jingyi eyes. “Worry about how to get your Dad’s forgiveness.”
Jingyi whines a little, before to speaks again so blatantly.
“Dad will forgive me, I’m his favorite son!”
“Jingyi, you are our only son.”
“What are you implying, father? Princess, Jasmine and Love are my sisters!”
Xichen smiles, resigned. He knew that it would end like this since the day that Jiang Cheng convinced him to adopt three little dogs that will grow up with Jingyi.
“It’s not the same, A-Yi.”
How not? Jingyi thinks, “See, that’s why I am my Dad’s favorite. I know that pets are family too!”
Xichen sighs, bringing him the tray with the dinner.
“Eat something before food gets cold.”

Treasure
Wanyin looked so pretty that Xichen thought that he could write a song for his soon to be mate.
N/A: Thanks to my bro that gave me this lovely prompt, I love you dude. Fluff Xicheng Omegaverse AU bc I’m tired to read angst and I wanted to read a nice Yu Grandma.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
Day 28: Pearl
.
At first, Lan Xichen didn’t knew how to please his soon to be spouse’s family and Omega.
So the day that Lan Xichen present the first courting gift he feels a little bit nervous, craving that his soon to be mate would see his feelings for him and all the emotions that he put in this handmade work. Perhaps it could be a gift too traditional for an omega like Jiang Wanyin, but a part of him still hopes that his Omega would wear the gift that shows at everyone that he's already engaged.
In absent of Jiang Wanyin's dead parents, it's Meishan Yu's Madam who receives the gift when he arrives at Lotus Pier a warm morning of August.
If Lady Jiang and her husband weren’t dead, they should be the ones leading the courting ritual as Jiang Wanyin’s remaining family. Jin Ling was too little to stay present, but Xichen still bring gifts with him for his soon to be nephew.
Anyways, Jiang Wanyin stays beside his grandmother, wearing his best robes and trying to control his lovely scent that smelt like lotus flowers after the rain.
He looked conflicted, like he was more nervous than Xichen.
Maybe he was hopping that his grandmother wouldn't be too harsh on Lan Xichen.
What made Lan Xichen more determined to get his Omega’s family approve.
Omegas couldn't interfere in courting rituals, it's the Omega's family duty assess if the match with the Alpha was good or not through eight gifts. If Wanyin's grandmother decided that he wasn't worthy for his grandson, he wouldn't have another chance to court Jiang Wanyin.
So Xichen has eight chances to attempt the impossible and show at Madam Yu that his intentions with her grandson are good and not just temporal lust.
Xichen walks to the family and bow his head as he handed the gift to Jiang Wanyin.
Feeling that all the effort was worth it when he noticed that his blushed Omega bore an amazed expression on his face after realizing that the small box that he accepted was handmade for this gift, focusing on the nine petals purple lotus engraved on the sandalwood box.
Madam Yu looked at his grandson, giving her signal to open the box.
Jiang Wanyin opens the box and gasps, showing at his grandmother the first courting gift that Lan Xichen chose to demonstrate his skills to find a gift that represents his Omega's family.
"Not bad, Sect Leader Lan." Wanyin's grandmother says. But Xichen could see the delighted glint in her eyes at the sight the delicate and beautiful lotus flowers carved in jade, decorated with white pearls cascades inside the box.
Xichen knows that it was old fashioned, but it was a tradition in the Lan family that he wanted to kept after seeing for years how his mother wearing the hairpin that her husband gave to her for their wedding.
"May I ask why did you chose pearls?"
"Grandmother!"
Madam Yu looks at his grandson "Let the Alpha explain himself, A-Cheng."
Xichen smiles gently at the old lady “Do you know how pearls are formed, Madam Yu?”
“Pearls are formed inside a shell of certain mollusks in rivers or the sea as a defense mechanism against to something potentially threatening or an attack from outside. The mollusk creates a pearl sac to seal off the irritation."
"So, we could say that some people are just like a pearl." Xichen says, adoring the endearing way that his Omega’s flowery scent becomes more sweeter as he speaks. "Even if there is something that could try to hurt them, they can transform in something so precious as a treasure. I chose white pearls because your grandson is my treasure, Madam Yu."
"Lan are so romantic", mumbles the old lady with a small smile on her lips.
She hopes that Jiang Cheng’s children would inherit the same smile of Lan Xichen.
Jin Ling needed a playmate by the way.
"I see that your uncle raised you right, Sect Leader Lan."
She was proud to chose a good match for her Ziyuan's son. She feared a lot that Jiang Cheng wouldn't survive the Sunshot Campaign and less unmated, but then Zewu-Jun offered an alliance for both sects.
Perhaps at first seemed like an arranged marriage for convenience, yet it was a relieve after Jiang Cheng presented as Omega.
Even more when Jiang Cheng told her that he got some feelings for the Alpha.
His grandson suffered a lot and he needed someone kind at his side, she knew that Lan Xichen is the best suitor that she could ask for after a great war, but that didn’t means that she is going make things easy for the Alpha. Even if it's one of the two jades of Gusu Lan.
"You succeeded on the first courting gift and I hope you will do this well in the next seven, Sect Leader Lan."
She looks at his grandson before to speaks again:
"I’ll let you two spend some time before the lunch" Madam Yu tells them as she leaves them alone, without looking back.
Jiang Wanyin holds the box in his arms, tenderly.
"She likes you", tells him after a while.
"You think so?"
“I know my grandmother, she wouldn’t let us spend some time alone if she didn’t liked you already.”
“And you? Did you liked my gift?”
Xichen’s inner Alpha melted at the way that Jiang Wanyin smiles at him.
“Of course, would you do me the honor?“ Jiang Cheng asks as he approached  to the Alpha with the little box open, hopping that he will get the message.
Xichen nods as he takes the hairpin and put it carefully on the heart side of his Omega’s bun, enjoying the sight and the proud feeling in his chest. His Omega was wearing his gift, officially accepting their engagement.
Wanyin looked so pretty that Xichen thought that he could write a song for his soon to be mate.
Maybe he deserved a song before they married.

No one will come to save you
They say that the Dragons can’t be killed. But have you ever wondered why you have never seen one?
N/A: A short prologue for another Fantasy AU that I have in my mind. Mention of shapeshifters, black market, human and other species trafficking, organs sale, illegal hunting and death of characters.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
Day 27: Weapon
.
It was snowing slowly that night and Jin Ling had been hunting a Witcher in the Dafan mountain for days without success.
Witches weren’t a big prey, but he still thinks that he could make good money with the blood and flesh in the nearest black market if there were unscrupulous men in the city who liked to eat exotic things and believed in shitty supertistion. Maybe he can exchange the golden core that grows alongside the aortic artery of every witch for magical medicine for his uncle. After all, all the golden cores hide a magic Gift.
No matter if it was a natural or supernatural Gift, magic was magic and a golden core was a treasure indeed.
And Jin Ling chose a good prey.
One too arrogant to travel without hiding his true nature, he can tell.
That Witcher wandered around the small towns in winter as a street musician trying to make easy money, but if you were attentive you could notice little hints of dark arts.
If only he could sell a golden core, maybe his uncle could survive the winter.
It’s not like he didn’t in the past. But this was his first hunt without the help of his uncle and the dogs.
Fairy wouldn’t be here to protect him.
No more advice from uncle or other hunters that could join them for a while when days were good enough to share a prey. No one would be covering his back from beasts in the Dafan mountain neither will come to save his ass if he failed to kill his prey or gets injured.
No one will come to save you, a voice whispered in his mind.
Jin Ling shivered.
He was overthinking again.
It was a bad habit, but even if he took all the weapons and herbal medicines that he could need to prepare himself before going to hunt alone, he still felt a little bit uneasy.
Perhaps overthinking was his Gift, he thought.
Not like he was unsure about his skills, he knew that he’s talented and capable. He was told that he was born gifted with a strong body able to endure the training since childhood and survived many dangerous trips since he was fifteen.
Anyways, this wasn’t his first kill, neither his first witch.
Yet, for an unknown reason he had a foreboding feeling itching his stomach and the more he walked in the fir woods the more he couldn't focus at all on the footprints in the snow.
It was a cold night indeed, he shivered.
.     ·  ✦
“Isn’t something despicable chasing your own kind?” Questioned the Witcher with an amusing tone as he looked at Jin Ling from a tree branch, playing with a bamboo flute in his hands.
Jin Ling glanced, the Witcher looked young at first sight. But you could never know with a Witcher, they all are sweet lies masters.
You can’t trust them, a voice remind him.
“I don’t came here to talk.” Jin Ling draws his bow, ready to shoot in any moment.
"Whoa, you don’t need to be that aggressive. Why would you kill a poor witch like me when you could be chase a better pray?”
Jin Ling frowned and kept silent as his uncle taught him.
No matter what they say, kept collected.
“Don’t you ever know where are you hunting this night?” The Witcher chuckles. “We are near to the Dragon lands.”
Jin Ling knew that some humans believed that dragons were gods and others proclaimed that dragons were just beasts with magical properties, naives still believe that Gods and Monsters lives among humans.
However, it doesn’t matter anymore.
“Dragons are extinct a long time ago with the gods and immortals.”
“They say that the Dragons can’t be killed. But have you ever wondered why you have never seen one?”
Jin Ling felt annoyed with the way that the tips of the Witcher’s eyes and eyebrows retained the hint of a mischievous grin, he feel like he was being teased and he didn’t like that. “Why are you telling me this? Do you believe that I will not cut your head after all?”
“You’re free to believe me or not, but don’t felt bad if you came back tonight at your home with empty hands.”
Before Jin Ling could notice, he couldn't move.
His body was frozen.
“Say hello to your uncle for me”, the Witcher grinned before disappearing into the woods.

Three times
Three times that Wei Wuxian was betrayed by his loved ones.
N/A: I just wanted to read an AU where Yanli and Zixuan didn’t died, plus the Wangxian family moment.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
Day 26: Wedding
.
“We still can get you out of this matricide” says Wei Wuxian, ignoring Jiang Cheng snort.
Yanli smiled at him, tenderly. “There is no need to do that, A-Xian.”
Wei Wuxian disagreed.
“You deserve a better man than him.”
“Love it’s not about what we deserve, A-Xian.” Says Yanli as she looked that everything was perfect, since her wedding dress until the last lock of her hairstyle.
“She want to marry him, so stop interfering on her wedding day.” Jiang Cheng says.
“I don’t understand why you tolerate that Peacock now! Did you forget what he did to Yanli before?” Wei Wuxian complains, feeling betrayed now that Jiang Cheng approved that asshole of Jin Zixuan.
“No, I don’t. But we are in good terms now and I’m not going to be a jerk with my sister’s soon-to-be husband just because I don’t like him.”
Yanli smiles relieved that at least one of this little brothers understood.
Hoping that the other one will understand someday too.
“I thought that we had something, A-Cheng!”
“Excuse me?”
“Did he buy your favor? What did he do? He gave you a puppy?”
“He makes my sister happy, that’s all to matters to me. So stop this and go to your place as the bride best man!”
.     ·  ✦
The first time that Wei Wuxian holds the little Jin Ling in his arms, he’s nervous.
He’s so nervous that the baby starts to cry.
“Great, you made him cry”, Zixuan frowns and complains.
Zixuan barely slept in the last month because A-Ling cried a lot when he wasn’t in his mother arms and he doesn’t have the heart to wake up Yanli when she fell asleep in the sofa after cooking the dinner for his brothers.
Recently, it was really difficult to reunite with his two brothers-in-law.
Jiang Cheng raised an eyebrow “Have you ever held a baby before, Wei Wuxian?”
Wei Wuxian rolled his eyes, annoyed at his brother.
“As if you would do it better!”
“Just look and shut the fuck up!” Jiang Cheng picked the crying newborn from Wei Wuxian’s arms, supporting the A-Ling’s head and neck carefully. Scooping him and bringing him close to his heart as he started to speak smoothly. “Sh sh nothing is gonna hurt you baby.”
Jin Ling sobs quietly, listening his uncle calm heartbeat and voice. Calming down after a few minutes.
He even played with his uncle fingers.
“He just rejected me!??”
Zixuan seemed to have fun after all. “Low your voice, Yanli is sleeping.”
“That’s unfair A-Ling, I gave you your name!” Mumbled Wei Wuxian with tears on his eyes, feeling betrayed for his own nephew.
How could he reject him?
He is the best uncle!
Jiang Cheng smirks when Jin Ling starts to babble stuff in his baby language.
Wei Wuxian thinks that it just the father bad blood.
Or just Jiang Cheng’s charm with babies.
.     ·  ✦
When Wei Wuxian adopted A-Yuan, he didn’t expected that the kid would just call Daddy at his ex boyfriend.
He laughed the first ten times he called at Lan Wangji Daddy, but it wasn’t that funny when A-Yuan didn’t stopped. He even let the man scold him for speak when they were eating the lunch and quickly obeyed him.
He never obeyed Wei Wuxian when he scolded him.
Yuan, you little traitor!
“A-Yuan, you can’t call him Daddy.” Wei Wuxian tried to not frown too much as he explains. “I’m your Dad.”
“Can’t I have two Dads?”
Lan Wangji ears were all read as Wei Wuxian looked dumbfounded at his soon to be four years old son, his dearest son’s logic.
“What?”
Yuan pouted, “But A-Yi has two Dads.”
Wei Wuxian cursed, he couldn’t explain that Lan Jingyi’s parents case was special. He wouldn’t understand at this age.
“That’s different, A-Yuan. Uncle YinYin is... different.”
“Why?”
“Well, it’s something that you would understand when you grow!” Explained Wei Wuxian before to change the subject. “Wouldn’t you like a mommy?”
“No, I want two Dads too!”

Nothign to fix
In which Wei Wuxian attempted to kill his brother-in-law for knocking up his baby brother.
N/A: Idk what I’m doing, I just wanted to read overprotective Wei Wuxian. Mention of male pregnancy. (Edited, sorry I was sleepy when I wrote this, OTL)
For the #CultivaTober2020, another Xicheng story with trans!JC that no one asked me.
Day 25: Alcohol
.
"Please, tell me that you used a condom last time we had sex.”
Xichen would like to answer, but he doesn’t remember anything because he was drunk in Wangji’s wedding and his silence only seemed to add fuel to the volatile bolts in the apricot eyes before him.
Honestly, he doesn't know why Wanyin looked like he want to murder him. They had sex a few of times before and he never did a big drama about it.
Unless he mean...
“I... Wait, did I give you a STD?”
Xichen flinches at the thought of even himself having a STD, should he call to his last sex partners??
That’s why Wanyin was mad?
“This is worse than crabs”, Wanyin crossing his arms. “You knocked me up asshole!!”
Xichen was shocked at the news.
Xichen’s mind was a mess full of questions that begged to be asked, but he couldn’t even focus to form a coherent sentence because this whole conversation didn’t seemed to have any sense to him.
Did he knocked up Jiang Wanyin?
He was going to have a child in less than nine months...
What?
“Excuse me if I sound rude, but how are you even pregnant? You’re a man.”
Wanyin narrowed his eyes, thinking hard before to chose to share some information to illuminate Lan Xichen. “Long short story. I- I’m a trans male, I don’t have a lower surgery yet and I wasn’t supposed to be having sex with anyone before the surgery.”
Xichen didn’t knew what to do with that information.
Half of him was relieved that Jiang Wanyin only had sex with him, but the other half was ashamed for being so careless.
Was he that drunk that he didn’t noticed something like that the five times that they had sex?
“So, it's mine.”
Wanyin nodded, blushing a little as he showed him three different pregnancy tests.
All the tests were positive.
“I’m sorry, Wanyin. I- I don't know how to fix this.”
“Who said nothing about fixing anything?”
“But you...”
Jiang Wanyin sighed deeply.
“It’s not like it’s all your fault, I didn’t communicate my own boundaries when I consented to have sex with you”, Wanyin cooled down and he didn’t have that murder look in the eyes anymore. “Look, I’m not asking you to marry me or something like that, but we need to figure out how to make this work for the kid.”
“We will figure something, don’t felt pressured.” Xichen was glad to know that Wanyin referred to their child as the kid and not as an unwanted thing that must be aborted soon. “I’m taking responsibility.”
“Good to know, I wouldn’t want to sue you or you family for maintenance” he says, easing after listening his answer.
“You don’t have to, it’s my child too. I want to be part of their life.”
“Good, because I was wondering if you would join me on my first appointment next Wednesday” Wanyin blurted out of his mind, . “Only if you have the time, of course.”
“Sure, where it is?”
“In Yunmeng clinic at five.”
Yunmeng was too far away from Caiyi, thought Xichen. “Okay, send me the location and I would be there.”
“Really?”
“Of course, they will be my firstborn. I can’t miss it!” he says, enjoying the soft smile in Wanyin’s lips.
Wanyin looked better with a smile on his face.
“Anyways, I’m not letting you drink alcohol around me anymore” Wanyin clarifies. “One child is enough for me.”
.     ·  ✦
Xichen came at the main house with a radiant smile on his face after Wanyin’s appointment. According to the doctor, his baby was healthy and uncle Qiren didn’t died when he told him the news and showed him the ultrasound.
He watched the video of the baby’s heartbeat that he recorded, thinking about the lullabies that he will make for his child.
He felt inspired today.
Perhaps he could start to improve a little.
The thing was that Xichen was thinking about musical notes when he went to the kitchen for some cold water and then he saw at his brother-in-law with knife in the hand, smiling. But there was no joy in his eyes.
“What are you doing?”
“I got the news this morning, so I’m cooking something to celebrate tonight!”
For an unknown reason, Xichen had a bad feeling.
Wangji never let his husband go near the kitchen without supervision because he can’t cook without killing you in the process and now Wei Wuxian was telling him that he was cooking something with the same crazy look in the eyes that he had last year when Jiang Yanli announced that she was expecting, like he would kill someone. Preferently Jin Zixuan.
But this time, it felt like he wanted to kill him instead of Jin Zixuan.
Never mind, don’t assume things. He tell to himself.
Xichen smiled before to ask:
“Sorry, but what are we celebrating this time?”
“Really, brother Xichen? You have the nerve to ask me that when you were the one that knocked up my baby brother on my wedding party?”
Wei Wuxian was cutting vegetables, fiercely.
“It could have been anyone that night! Why did you have to chose him?”
Xichen gulped as he stepped back a few paces, putting all the prudent distance that he could get between Wei Wuxian and him without looking rude.
“It just happened.”
“Just happened my ass, you were lurking my baby brother a long time. Didn’t you? Then you got the balls to fuck him that night!”
Xichen felt offended, he wasn’t that kind of person. “I wasn’t the first time we fucked!”
Wei Wuxian looked him, astonished.
How you dare??
“Say your last words”, he said as he pointed him with the knife and started to approach.
“Wei Wuxian, take off that knife!”
“Start to pray to someone, Lan Xichen!”
Xichen started to run out of the kitchen. He couldn’t die, not now that he had his own little family to care off.
He wants to hold his tiny son or daughter in his arms.
“You can’t kill me, I’m your brother-in-law!!”
“Can’t I?” Wei Wuxian questioned, with a ‘oh just look at me’ expression on the face.
“If you kill me, Wanyin will be a single parent and Wangji will be sad.” Argued Xichen, taking a good distance between him and Wangji’s husband through a sofa. He didn’t wanted to fight with his brother-in-law. “How would you face my child when they asks for his dead parent??”
Wei Wuxian doubted.
That seemed to be a good argument and he can’t argue with that logic. Damned Xichen! He was a smarted thinker.
“Okay, you have a fucking point. But it wouldn’t kill you if I cut your dick.”
“That wouldn’t change anything!”
“Yeah, but I will feel better!”

The day that Wei Wuxian arrived late
"Don’t look at me like that, I’m not interested.”
“I don’t think so, I smell your arousal.”
“Please, shut up.”
N/A: Xicheng fantasy AU again, plus annoying demon!Huaisang. Incomplete because I had a long tired day. Going to think if I made a long fic about this ABO AU.
For the #CultivaTober2020, another story that no one asked me.
Day 24: Hand fan
.
“You know, actually I can smell your excitement.”
What a shame, thought Jiang Cheng.
He needs to chill right now, Nie Huaisang was too perceptive for his own sake.
Yet, his inner tiger was feeling tense and uneasy since a pungent sandalwood scent hit him early.
He looked around the market, letting his nose guide him to where the scent was wafting from. A smiley Alpha in white and blue robes, unfairly handsome and so hot that it hurt to see.
He stared, unconsciously.
“I saw the way you looked at him.” Huaisang chuckled. “You like him, don’t you?"
Jiang Cheng groans, he was just getting mixed signals from his animal spirit and body when Huaisang noticed how honest was his body.
“I don’t know what are you talking about, Huaisang.“
"I know what I saw!" He teased, fanning his face. "I clearly saw your apricot go go eyes."
Nie Huaisang sight at the trio in the other side of the avenue. He recognized his brother’s scent and Meng Yao alongside Lan Xichen’s overwhelming presence. Dragon shifters were really appealing.
Mingjue noticed them and approached, Huaisang didn’t let Jiang Cheng notice it.
“So you’re not going to do a move?”
Jiang Cheng shook his head, cheeks blushed as he look at the other way. “I don’t know what are you talking about.”
“Oh come on, don’t be shy. I can introduce you to him, he’s my brother’s childhood friend.”
"Don’t look at me like that, I’m not interested.”
“I don’t think so, I smell your arousal.”
“Oh please, shut up.”
"Hell, Cheng Cheng. It’s natural for an Omega to fell in love at first sight and get aroused, you know."
Jiang Cheng raised and eyebrow at the nickname, he didn’t fell in love or something like that. He just stared a stunning Alpha. How that could be love? What the fuck?
Not like he’s wet or something like that.
Huaisang closed his hand fan, resigned to play slow. “Tiger shifters are weird."
“Demons are too lustful.”
“We know what we want, at least who we want.”
“Gross.”
“You know, I don’t blame you for staring”, Nie Huaisang said calmly. "Xichen-ge is so hot. When I met him for first time I felt attacked too!”
“Who bastard made you felt attacked, Huaisang?” Greeted Mingjue, frowning.
Huaisang stop breathing before to run “Meng Yao, help me!”
Jiang Cheng crossed his arms with a snarky grin in his face, enjoying Huaisang’s scared face until he noticed Nie Mingjue’s company included that Alpha.
Shit.
“Da-ge, don’t be too hard on A-Sang” Lan Xichen smiled, looking at Huaisang hiding from his brother behind Meng Yao's back.
“Easy to say for you, Xichen. Your brother is not an Omega.”
“Wangji might not be an Omega, but let me tell you that an Alpha little brother isn't easy to deal."
"Fuck, you got a point” Mingjue admits, thinking what pain in the ass would be if Huaisang was an Alpha too. He turned to his brother’s friend, the other little shit that he should protect from horny Alphas around. “Are you passing through Qinghe, Wanyin?
“Actually, I’m waiting my brother”, informs Jiang Cheng.
“It’s getting late, stay at night in our house”, proposed Meng Yao. Worried that an unmated Omega was traveling alone in a place full of lewd demons like the Unclean Realm.
“I will pay a room if it’s necessary” said Jian Cheng, not wanting to bother other people with his current problems. After all, it was Wei Wuxian fault be this late.
And then, Huaisang saw his chance.
“Xichen-ge, would you mind to escort my friend until his brother comes?” Asked Huaisang without worrying if the tiger shifter glares him to death, if they were lucky Wei Wuxian would arrive late or tomorrow.
Lan Xichen looked at the other Omega, smirking pleased at the sight.
“Of course, if he let me.”

Butterfly Effect
In which a 29-year-old gay LXC married his 26-year-old family friend JC (who happens to be a trans man) out of convenience so that both of their traditional families would leave them alone and let them live their lives, without thinking that he will find love in this marriage.
N/A: Xicheng AU based on that Redditor who shared his touching AF love story.
For the #CultivaTober2020, another story that no one asked me. Incomplete for the lack of time.
Day 23: Butterfly
.
A lot of people like to think that love comes before marriage, oftentimes it doesn't always work out that way.
Sometimes people get married because of different pressures and expectations put on them by society and their families, but that doesn't mean you can't find love in this kind of situation.
Lan Xichen didn’t expected falling in love with his husband.
They didn’t marry for love, actually they married to make a giant scam on their families.
It maybe be weird, but Lan Xichen was a gay man that came from a wealthy and traditional Chinese family where he managed the business extension abroad.
And as the current heir of the company after his father’s death, the elders didn’t liked when he came up openly about his homosexuality and they didn’t accept it. No matter how many times Xichen said them that he wouldn’t marry a man, they still wanted him very married to a lady from a good and influential family.
One day Xichen got tired and said them clearly that he will just stay single, so they should stay out of his business.
That kind of worked for four years, until the last year when uncle Lan Qiren trapped him in a visit with a this “girl” that was the single “daughter” of one of their business allies and left them alone in a room.
Xichen looked at her, she was pretty indeed. His posture emitted an air of confidence and his almond gray eyes resembled storm clouds, like lighting bolts would appear in any moment to attack, her short black hair was pulled into a bun with a purple ribbon and she wore a big violet hoodie that covered all her body curves.
It was so obvious that neither of them wanted to be here.
Anyways, Xichen didn’t expected that this person would misunderstand the whole situation:
“Listen to me, because I’m not going to repeat myself. I’m a trans male and I’m not out of my family and I DON’T WANT to get married to you”, blunted out the person. “You don’t want to be married with me because I am a MAN, so just leave it!”
Lan Xichen blinked, really shocked.
Did she.... Did he really thought that I set up the visit?
“I don’t even like women, what do you mean?” Xichen babbled, confused at least.
The boy looked at him, suspicious.
“What did you said?”
Xichen massaged the left side of his forehead, without knowing if the should laugh or cry at the turn of the events. “Well, I’m gay.”
When he said it, he didn’t wanted to be funny.
He was serious.
“Oh my god,” mumbled the boy before to start laughing loudly. “My mom will die if she knows!”
At least one of them was having a good time, finding the whole thing hilarious.
Xichen didn’t noticed when he started to laugh too.
Well, could you blame him? This was so ridiculous. Yet, they ended being friends after that unfortunate turn of the events. They even exchanged numbers before to part away.
.     ·  ✦
“I knew it was her, she’s perfect. Well mannered and ...”
Uncle Qiren was delighted at the idea that Xichen was cured from homosexuality, the poor man still has hopes that he would change his mind and will fall in love with the little daughter of Jiang Fengmian haha.
If you only know, uncle. Thought Xichen, having a good time that night.
Unlike Wangji who seemed worried, he was his only support in those kinda family meetings.
“Brother.”
Xichen smiled at his brother, relieved that everything ended in good terms even if it was a disaster. “Don’t worry, Wangji. I know what I’m doing.”
He couldn’t be more wrong.
Wangji looked at him, unconvinced. “If you say so.”
However, Xichen didn’t overthink it in the moment because Jiang Wanyin was someone really nice to talk by the way, so he keep talking with him.
And they talked a lot through nine weeks.
What made both families to get excited at the match, they never got this far with any other candidates.
So they kept pushing them about marriage.
Xichen didn’t knew why, but one day they just accepted to marry each other. He remember that both were "like yeah, screw it" and that’s how they got quickly married in Yunmeng a summer day of August to get their families off of their backs.
Wanyin moved at Gusu with him and both pulled a giant scam on their families and got away with it.
No matter how you see it, it was a win-win situation. Wanyin lived his own life and take the guest room for himself while Xichen didn’t get more cutting remarks about being gay because he has a “wife” now.
Life was easygoing, so he let Wanyin cut his hair short and stop dressing feminine as his family forced him.
It was a little gesture, but that small change resulted in something unexpected.
.     ·  ✦
The things had been so smooth sailing between them that they even adopted a dog, Xichen was having a good time when he come to his house now that he has a roommate and a pet.
It felt more like a home than the place where he’s slept.
He didn’t noticed before, but his house didn’t felt like a home before he married.
Wanyin resume his university studies and made new friends, he was so comfortable and happy that he started to cooking dinner for both of them recently. Sometimes Xichen couldn’t eat with him because he returned at home passed by midnight, but he tried to return early at home to share at least a couple of dinners together at week.
That night Xichen got a little late, but Wanyin stayed with him in the dinning room. Looking him eat everything and even repeating a dish.
“Were you hungry, huh?”
Xichen was used to not talk when he eat because he was educated like that, but he found rude to not reply his husband at the same time. So he did an exception that night.
After all, Wanyin cooked that delicious food for him and waited for him.
“I didn’t have lunch today.”
Wanyin looked at him, with a bothered frown in his eyebrows. It reminded Xichen the first time that they share a dinner in home and he couldn’t stand the spicy food that Wanyin cooked.
That time he thought he would die, but he survived to Wanyin spicy food.
Now he’s getting to used to piquant food.
“I can cook your lunch.”
“You don’t have to do it, Wanyin.”
“What kind of husband am I if I left my spouse starving?” Wanyin teased him, smirking.
.     ·  ✦
Next morning Xichen didn’t expected that Wanyin would fulfill his word and made a lunch for him, even his coworkers seemed surprised to see him eating in his office instead to skipping the lunch when he had important meetings.
That day he had a meeting with Nie Mingjue and Jin Guangyao, so they planned to invite him to eat a hotpot without knowing that Xichen would refuse.
When they saw why he refused, they stayed to accompany him.
It seems that it was a friendship duty annoy at your recently married friends.
“Now Xichen-ge gots lovely lunchs made by his wife, I’m jealous”, said Jin Guangyao as he looked for food delivery on his telephone for him and Mingjue, they didn’t want to leave his friend alone if they could tease him.
Mingjue nudged at Xichen, grinning “As your childhood friend, I demand to be the godfather of your first child.”
“That’s unfair, Da-ge! Let Xichen-ge chose the godfather!!”
Xichen smiles nervously at his friends, feeling a cold sweet in this forehead.
“We are not having kids.”
Mingjue raised an eye brown, confused. “Why not?”
Xichen felt conflicted.
Well, these were his friends and he should trust them, right? He wasn’t ashamed of his husband, actually he felt proud that he could be himself since they met.
“Uhm, how I could say this? My “wife” is a trans male, so...”
“Oh.”
“It’s complicated, we got it.” Ends the conversation Jin Guangyao, putting a hand in Mingjue’s mouth.
.     ·  ✦
Months passed fast and it was December when Xichen realized that his husband started to getting closer to him.
Not like they were strangers before, but something changed after Christmas.
Wanyin started to watch tv with him in the sofa when Xichen was in home, eating with him every time they can, buying him stuff and even texting him more frequently, sending photos of him and Huan Huan when he go to walk their puppy. He even started staying in Xichen’s room to facetime his mom because she always complained about how he always facetimed alone so he came to Xichen bed to get him to say hi.
And after a while, Wanyin got tired to get out of Xichen’s bed to go back to his own to sleep, so he moved to Xichen room permanently.
Before Xichen knew, they escalated to cuddling awaken and sleeping.
Contrary to Xichen could think, it wasn’t that weird.
Actually it felt heartwarming to hold his tiny husband on his arms, specially when their puppy dog was in the middle of them. Enjoying the warm between his owners.
It made him feel something, but he wasn’t sure what.
.     ·  ✦
“When are you two going to give us a grandchild?” Wanyin’s mother asked them one day via facetime.
Wanyin went all red, screaming. “Mom!”
It was obvious that he didn’t wanted to have this conversation with his mother.
Xichen was beside him in the bed, working on his laptop before to speak in the name of the two. “We want to enjoy our youth first. So no kids for now.”
Hoping that Wanyin wouldn’t mind with his idea.
They didn’t talked about children, yet.
His mother-in-law sounded a bit beaten after that, but she insisted on encourage Wanyin to make his own family as if their dog wasn’t their son already.
When Wanyin cut the call, Xichen finished his work so he put the computer aside.
“Sorry, Xichen.”
“Why? It’s not your fault that your mother want another grandchild.”
Wanyin looked at him before sprawled out on top of him, doing random things and Xichen was unsure what it means. “Then, how many children do you want?”
He asked so suddenly that got Xichen out of guard.
“What?”
“I’m joking, do you want children anyways?”
He was always like that since they got close to each other last year, always joking around him.
Sometimes Xichen didn’t know if he was joking or being serious.
“I don’t know, I never thought about having kids.” Xichen blurt out of his mind, smiling at the thought that they have this level of communication to talk about things like this. “What about you?”
“We have Huan Huan, enough for me.”
“I don’t think your mother
“Well, Huan Huan would be the only grandson that I’m going to give her.”
.     ·  ✦
They almost kissed twice, one time when they were cuddling in the bed and the other one when Wanyin started sitting on Xichen’s lap, nuzzling him and stuff like that.
Their faces were so close that Xichen thought they were going to kiss.
It was so close that he could feel his hot breath, but then Wanyin went all red and jumped ship at the last minute. Xichen felt so disappointed that they didn't kissed already, but he thought that he understand why Wanyin might not kiss him.
He must be thinking that he doesn't want this or something like that.
Contrary to what people could think about his husband, Wanyin had the tendency to overthink things.
He still was working on this, but Xichen couldn’t handle with the self-isolation and the romantic? tension in the house every time he saw Wanyin flustering and getting shy around him.
It was odd after met the confident and a little arrogant side of his husband, so this new side made him feel things that he didn’t know he could feel for Wanyin.
Xichen even feel butterflies in the stomach every time they get close for any reason.
He just wants to kiss Wanyin so badly that he felt embarrassed.
He was so screwed.
.     ·  ✦
One day, Xichen couldn’t stand the situation anymore. He was still a little unsure about his own feelings so he talked long and tended with his friends at the bar about how he wants to take Wanyin on dates and kiss him and let him speak as much as he wants because Wanyin likes to talk about the things that he loves and how much he loves their dog, he could talk about Huan Huan all day and Xichen wouldn't mind, he loves their puppy too.
In the end, he ended asking advice to asking his husband out.
“I want him be happy and I want myself be happy. So how can I ask my literal husband of nine months to be in an actual relationship with me?”
"Talk to him. Tell him what you’re feeling. Ask if he feels the same way," said Mingjue.
“You made it sound that simple, Da-ge.”
"I think you should let him know that you’re open to having a more intimate relationship. It seems he’s feeling something too since he’s cuddling you,” added Jin Guangyao.
“I don’t know what to do.”
Mingjue take a a big sip of wine before to talk again. “Just close your eyes and jump, man. You got this."

One of those nights
In which Lan Xichen fell in love with an illusion and Jiang Cheng want him out of his head.
N/A: A little bit angst (?) and one sided Xicheng. Trans male Jiang Cheng because I wanted to read something that I can relate and I’m out of time for the challenge.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
Day 22: Buns
.
Night deepens in Lotus Pier and there’s nowhere Jiang Cheng could go with his heart.
He can’t stand this feeling in his chest.
The heartache.
Who you think you are to talk me like that? He thinks, so lost in thoughts as he recall Zewu-Jun's words that afternoon. Perhaps he didn’t had ulterior motives, still hurts.
“You don’t need to live like this anymore, Sect Leader Jiang. What your father did to you is not right, a woman can run a sect as well a man."
No, you don’t understand.
It’s not what my father told me to be, it’s what I am and I am not that hidden young mistress that you think I am.
"What I want to say, it's that it’s not your duty to carry with that burden alone.”
“You got some nerves to talk me like that, Sect Leader Lan.”
“Sect Leader Jiang, I didn’t want...”
“Then what? Should I listen your advice and live as a woman now that my father isn’t alive and war is over?? Must I look for a husband that will not cut my head to take my sect after we said our vows? Will you help me to get a good husband??”
“Wanyin, I...”
“Or will you marry me instead, Zewu-Jun? Is that what you want, isn’t?? Sorry to disappoint you, but I am a man!”
Jiang Cheng grinned bitterly at the memory of the sadness in the eyes of Zewu-Jun, how conflicted he seemed every time they met after the Sunshot Campaign.
Why do you care? He thinks as he turns around on the bed, looking the buns that he didn’t eat a couple of hours ago.
His stomach still felt upset.
The morning is still far away and he can’t fall asleep thinking in Zewu-Jun’s apparently feelings for him.
“I just want to get you out of my head”, mumbles out of his mind.
He can’t really thought that Jiang Cheng would stay as the girl that faked to be his wife when they traveled with Lan Wangji at Qishan to retrieval the indoctrinated disciples' swords. Can’t he?
Is that my mistake?
I did nothing to lure you, neither to get your attention.
At first he didn’t wanted to expose his body condition, but the Wens were hot on their heels and they were too easy to recognize.
It was a matter of time before the Wen dogs found them in the way, that day they lost contact with Lan Wangji and they were forced to hide for a week. In that time Lan Xichen changed the white robes and hair ribbon for other clothes and Jiang Cheng dressed like a female, taking advantage of his appearance to go outside without being recognized.
Being mistaken as Zewu-Jun’s wife wasn’t planned, but it was useful.
People just saw a young couple running from war.
Plus, common people didn’t ask many questions about who were they. So Jiang Cheng let them think whatever they want as far they didn’t interfere in their business.
So how could he think that Zewu-Jun would be so affected by him?
Jiang Cheng trusted him, he was a decent man after all.
He wouldn’t judge me, Jiang Cheng thought naively before to take off the bandages, changing his clothes and hairstyle before to go outside without noticing what has he done to the other man’s heart.
Maybe Jiang Cheng was right and Lan Xichen didn’t judge him, but he started to look at him differently.
Jiang Cheng tried to ignore it, but he noticed it.
Everything changed between them.
I did what I have to do to survive, Jiang Cheng repeats to himself. Convincing himself it wasn’t his fault.
They needed new supplies before starving and he was sure that Lan Xichen wouldn’t tell anyone about his secret, so he came out. No one knew about his body condition by the way, the only people who knew it were all dead or current disappeared as Wei Wuxian. Even his new disciples didn’t knew, then why he felt like a shit?
Why does he feel bad about Sect Leader Lan’s feelings?
It wasn’t his fault that he fell in love with an illusion, Jiang Cheng is not that girl.
He is just a man in a woman body.

Fanfiction gray blue eyes
Jin Ling noticed that he was spending a lot of time with Ouyang Zizhen when he was walking his dog and a pretty boy whistled him loudly.
N/A: Idk what I’m doing, I just saw memes about Jin Ling x Lan Jingyi and I fell in love with the ship haha. A-Yuan is a Wen in this AU.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
Day 21: Calamity .
Jin Ling noticed he was spending a lot of time with Ouyang Zizhen when he was walking the dog in the nearest park, his uncle Jiang Cheng was sick of viewing him all day in bed just because his only friend isn't in the city for the weekend.
"Get out the house and do something!" he yelled at him after the lunch.
A fucking winter Sunday’s afternoon.
What the hell?
Jin Ling was considerating go the weekends to uncle Jin Guangyao's house. Uncle Cheng has been his favorite uncle since he has memory, but sometimes the man is too intense for someone like him and uncle Yao was more chill than him. He wouldn't judge him because he wanted to stay in his room because he was bored without his best friend around.
After all, Ouyang Zizhen is his childhood friend. So every time he isn’t here annoying Jin Ling with his fanfics or fandom wars, Jin Ling has nothing better to do.
Pathetic, he knows.
But who cares?
Jin Ling never was good doing friends in first place, but he liked Zizhen kind personality when they met in Rusong's birthday and when his uncle Yao encouraged him to befriend with the other boy they became inseparable.
At first, it made happy his uncle Chen, who was delighted with the idea that his nephew would have a good friend after his parents death.
Now, Jin Ling didn't know if his uncle Cheng was annoyed that Zizhen was his only friend or what.
Rusong doesn't count as a friend, he is family. His only cousin.
Perhaps he should talk to this guy who lives the next block and ignore his uncle Cheng advice to not talk with that neightboors, he liked his black leather bomber jacket and quiet personality. Plus they go to the same school, they shares English, History and Sports classes. Even Teacher Lan Qiren loved the guy.
Well, Teacher Lan Qiren liked everyone but Jin Chan.
Jin Ling was pondering about this match when he noticed that Fairy destroyed the lotus pond in garden again. Crap.
Uncle Cheng will kill him.
"Sometimes I don't know if you love me or you hate me." Mumbled Jin Ling as he takes Fairy with him, looking around before to go outside the house.
Unfortunatelly, Wen Yuan wasn’t at home when he passed out of his house.
You could notice this because the house was silent as a crypt, usually when Wen Yuan or his Dad were in the house someone played the flute and other instruments all day. Jin Ling swears he could hear them from his room sometimes.
Geez the man was musician or something like that.
However, he decided to go to the park. Hoping the snow could cover Fairy’s calamity before his uncle Cheng noticed anything. His uncle would love dogs dearly, but it was his lotus pond.
Uncle Cheng loved that lotus pond.
Jin Ling sigh, suspecting that the park was less crowded at this hour.
He wasn’t a fan of winter, neither the snow. Cold was burning his cheeks and Fairy paws, but Jin Ling take the route to the south where were stablished places for dogs. Yet the dog-friendly drinking fountains were already frozen, he knew this place was beautiful in Spring, but now were just the trees and the snow. Not fragrant flowers around.
Yunmeng was so different in winter, thought Jin Ling. Lost in thoughts when someone whistles at him loudly.
Jin Ling twitched.
He looked over at the sound, a part of him was offended while the other really liked what he saw. A pretty boy wearing running at him, wearing white clothes and blue headphones hanging in the neck. Gods, the boy had the most glossy black hair that Jin Ling has ever seen in his life. He just couldn’t stop noticing the perfect way than an hair bangs framed his handsome features and those fanfiction gray blue eyes… Damn Zizhen! Fucking fanfics he read all day!
Nevermind. He was rude.
“Excuse me?"
The pretty boy frowned, blushing when he noticed the misunderstanding and said "Sorry, I didn't wanted to... that was for your dog!"
What?
Jin Ling looked at Fairy and cocked an eyebrow.
Well, people liked huskies a lot. Since his uncle Yao give him a dog for his birthday, he always get stopped by people who wanted to pet Fairy when he go to walk his dog.
“Really?”
"Yeah." The pretty boy said as a beautiful smile rested easily on his lips when he whistled again at Fairy and the dog just wagged the tail friendly.
Fuck, even Fairy liked him.
“Maybe it could be rude from me, but would you let me pet your dog?” He asked, using all his charms when he looked right into Jin Ling's eyes.
Jin Ling tried to control his heart, but he couldn't.
Why is my heart racing? He wondered. He couldn't fall in love at first sight, right?
“You don’t have to do if you don’t want it.” Added the boy, noticing his uncomfortable behavior.
”I don’t mind, go ahead."
The pretty boy didn't hesitate to bent and stroke Fairy's ears, enjoying the fluffy fur. "She is so fluffy. What's her name?"
"Fairy."
"That's a cute name for a dog, did you chose it?"
If Jin Ling didn't fell already for his fanfiction grey blue eyes, he fell in that moment. "Actually, it was my uncle idea."
"Seems like your uncle has an original way to name dogs."
Jin Ling grinned.
He was going to say something more when a voice interrumpted them, breaking the spell.
“A-Yi, we are leaving!”
“Ugh, that's my Dad. See you next time!” He said as he got up and runned to the other side of the park, but Jin Ling wasn't sure if he was talking to him or his dog.
The pretty boy waved bye into distance, smiling.
But Jin Ling don’t waved bye back, he was this skilled with people.
Specially with the people that he liked.
.     ·  ✦
His phone beeps that night.
Zizhen was bored, he knew that. Zizhen didn’t get along with the sons of his father’s friends in the parties.
Jin Ling read the message, raising an eyebrow.
Zizhen:
Missing your grumbling ass ︶︿︶
.     ·  ✦
For wednesday, Jin Ling can’t stop thinking about those fanfiction gray blue eyes or the kissable lips. He had this awful feeling like a hundred of golden butterflies were flying in his stomach every time he thought about the pretty boy in the park.
Gods, he became this such of weirdo.
Sure Zizhen will have a good laugh at his expense when he noticed that his friend had a big fat crush on a pretty boy named A-Yi.
Well, it wasn’t a name. But it was something.
His crush was so overwhelming that he decided went to Wen Yuan house without knowing what he could talk with the guy, they barely knew each other. Maybe Jin Ling didn’t wanted to talk much and just needed Wen Yuan’s Dad loud music so he can’t hear his own thoughts about how that pretty boy made him feel.
When he went inside the house, Wen Yuan’s Dad looked surprised that his boy take a someone at home. He even stopped drinking alcohol before to talk.
He introduced himself with a bright smile “Wei Wuxian. Wine?”
“Dad, please no.”
“A-Yuan, your friend needs it more than me”, Wei Wuxian pointed his face.  “Look at him! He seems too devastated to be that young.”
Jin Ling frowned, understanding why his uncle Cheng told him to no talk with the neighbour in first place.
He was so gross.
“Okay, okay. Your old man wouldn’t shaming you in front of your boyfriend.”
“Oh my God, Dad. Why are you like this??” Yuan blushed, really ashamed while his father seemed to have a good laugh at his own son expense.
“Forgive your old man, little radish. Old habits never dies.”
Yuan put a hand to his face. “Sorry, Jin Ling. I swears he’s not like that all the time.”
“I'm going to pretend that I don't hear it.” Jin Ling mumbled, without knowing if he was going to regret coming to Wen Yuan house or not.
“I got the feeling that your face was familiar, are you A-Cheng’s boy?”
The question caught Jin Ling off guard.
“Do you know my uncle?”
“He never talked about me?? What a friend!” He complained, taking another sip of wine “We were childhood friends, best friends actually.”
Jin Ling doubted, seriously.
However, later Wei Wuxian show him an old photo where a younger version of himself was here with Jin Ling's mother and uncle. It were just the three of them, smiling at the camera in Jin Ling's grandparents house.
Jin Ling looked at the photo, admiring how pretty was his mom at that age.
The three of them seemed so happy that Jin Ling wondered what happened, why he didn’t knew this man and why his uncle Cheng told him never speak a word with him.
And for a moment, his mind stop thinking about some fanfiction gray blue eyes.
Well, until monday when he went to school and the Teacher Lan Qiren introduced a new student. The pretty boy, Lan Jingyi.
Fuck, he had a crush on Lan Qiren grandson.
He was really fucked.

Better to confront an old mistress than new young mistress
Lan Jingyi was looking for a good man for his Dad after the whole Jin Guangyao fiasco, without noticing that the good man was right in front of him.
N/A:  Idk what I’m doing, another incomplete Xicheng AU with the juniors. Mention of homoparental families.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
Day 20: Pillar
.
Lan Jingyi was looking for a good man for his Dad after the whole Jin Guangyao fiasco, without noticing that the good man was right in front of him when he came with his friends to Lotus Pier. Sitting in a table next to a decorated pillar.
"Would you like some spicy chicken wings?" Jiang Cheng asked to Jingyi, after discussing with his nephew as always.
Jingyi smiled radiant at the idea to eat his favorite dish, "If it's not too much to ask.”
"Of course not", Jiang Cheng says smoothing his sharp features with a faint smile in his face before to get back to kitchen.
"I swear sometimes I don't get why my uncle loves you", Jin Ling complains. Looking for a charger around the pillar to charge his phone.
"Well, unlike you I'm polite."
Jin Ling roll his eyes while Jingyi and Zizhen laugh a little, knowing that it's half truth.
Jingyi was just like Jin Ling, but respectful with rules and his elders.
"If you could see it, Zizhen. Jingyi has his own toothbrush in the house, my uncle Cheng even asks me why he didn't came to visit us if he don't come in two weeks."
"Seems like you uncle adopted Jingyi."
"Kinda", agreed Jin Ling.
Well, if Jingyi has to recall, Jin Ling’s uncle has always been nice to him despite he fought a lot with Jin Ling in school.
He couldn't recall why they always fight in first place, but he remembers the day that the principal called both parents and suspended both of them for three days. Jingyi's Dad wasn't in the city that time because he was in a business trip, so uncle Wangji came in his place and Jingyi was really scared to upset his uncle with his behavior.
Unlike his Dad, uncle Wangji was severe and cold.
Worse than grandpa Qiren.
Puppy eyes wouldn't work on him like it would work on his Dad, so Jingyi panicked already in the principal's office.
Even Jin Ling get discouraged when he met Lan Wangji cold gaze for first time, chosing to hide behind his uncle left arm when he saw the man storming in the office. Feeling relieved that someone would protect him.
Neither of them expected that both men knew each other.
And then, maybe because of that, Jin Ling's uncle proposed to invite Lan Jingyi to his house so he and Jin Ling could make the paces. Perhaps they could be friends after that.
Jingyi thought that there was not way that uncle Wangji could accept.
Not like he wanted to go, so he didn't mind.
However, uncle Wangji just looked at the other man in the eyes in silence before saying that he would ask to Jingyi's father his permission. Betraying Jingyi's trust for first time.
That night, through the phone, his father asked him to give the other boy a new chance to meet each other and try to befriend him.
But Jingyi didn't wanted to befriend a jerk like him.
Know him and if you still didn't like him after that. Then there is nothing to do, A-Yi. Said his Dad.
Jingyi sighed in the phone, knowing that his Dad got a good point.
So he went to Jin Ling’s house at the weekend.
Surprisingly, Jingyi ended enjoying the noisy meal in Jin Ling's house. Adoring the pork ribs and lotus root soup cooked by Jiang Cheng while Jin Ling's other uncle Wei Wuxian came to the table to tell them crazy stories of his travels to make them laugh as he annoyed his little brother in the way.
It was so different from the meals in his house, Jin Ling family were so noisy and warm that it was easy to get along with them.
Plus, they were loud as him and Jingyi loved it.
When his father came for him that night, he already changed his mind.
Jin Ling wasn't that bad as he thought.
So he keep that in mind, letting things flow and taking them as they come. He came to Jin Ling's house the next week and the next week after that.
Before he knew, he spended a lot of time in Jin Ling's house and they became best friends.
Getting a place in Jiang Cheng's heart was just a blessing.
Jingyi loved the bad tempered man and his delicious food since he was a kid, unlike his last attempt of stepfather who couldn't get his heart with fake smiles and sweet lies.
Actually, Jiang Chen cares about Jingyi without expecting anything in exchange.
And the most important thing, he respects his Dad.
For Jingyi, his Dad was everything.
Which lead him to think about him as a good boyfriend material for his Dad.
"Jin Ling, does your uncle Cheng date someone?"
"What the fuck, Jingyi?" Jin Ling blinked, confused before to get mad with his best friend. " Fuck, I had enough with Zizhen's crush on uncle Wei. How you dare?"
Zizhen glared at Jin Ling from the other side of the table, offended.
"No, dumbass. I don't like him in that way", clarify Jingyi, blushing. "I was just wondering if he could date my Dad, you know. They would do a good match!"
Jin Ling arched an eyebrow, thinking hard.
Well, he always liked Jingyi's dad.
"Sometimes I don't know if you are an idiot or a genius", babbled Jin Ling as he dreams about the possibilities.
He liked this man for his uncle Cheng, he was handsome, polite and considerate. They could complement each other as well. Plus, he make his uncle smile and Jin Ling could count with the fingers of one hand how may people could made his uncle Cheng smile in that tender way.
How could you cheat a man like that, uncle Yao? Jin Ling thought again.
"Do you think it can work? I mean, I know that my Dad is still a little bit sad. But he will open his heart again with the right person."
Jin Ling drinks his ice cola. “I hope so.”
"If it works, you will be like step brothers", adds Zizhen.
"Better to confront an old mistress than new young mistress", says Jingyi with a serious look in his gaze.
Jin Ling cursed. "Watch your language!"
“I would watch my language the day that you watch your language!”
Zizhen laughs as he blurted out of his mind. “Jingyi already acts like your annoying little brother, Jin Ling.”

A courting gift
“I saw the way that horny Alpha looked at you.”
“Don’t act like a dad, Wei Wuxian."
“Well, unlike Dad I care."
N/A:  Xichen Fantasy AU with ABO dynamics where the white ribbon from the Lan's it could be see only for their soulmates. Incomplete because my lack of vocabulary.
For the #CultivaTober2020, sorry if my English sucks.
La idea nació en inglés, así que en inglés la desarrolle.
Day 19: Lotus
.
The first time, Jiang Cheng pretended not notice it.
Dragon scales were uncommon to see those days and smuggling only increased the obscene number of counterfeiting at the reach of everyone, even common folk could buy a fake scale. It wasn’t that expensive and they come in every color you desire, but Jiang Cheng knew better.
He looked at the beautiful lotus flower which petals were made with dragon scales. Just enjoying the ethereal glow and the alluring colors of the clouds at the sunset reflecting in the white scales, so mesmerizing.
Lan Xichen smiled at him that day before asking if he liked it.
Jiang Cheng felt conflicted.
He loved the gift, but the couldn't accept it.
Perhaps it could look wrong to reject such a gift, but Jiang Cheng was aware what means take a such gift.
A courting gift indeed.
Honestly, he was told since childhood that an Omega like him shouldn’t accept this from anyone. Unless he found his destined mate, then he could let the Alpha give him the moon and the stars.
Lan Xichen could seem stunning, but he still could be not his destined mate.
Plus, Jiang Cheng barely knew him.
Back to the day that they met for first time, they met just because he returned a white ribbon that fell from the long and dark hair of Lan Xichen. He couldn’t know how much means for a dragon shifter that white forehead ribbon with cloud motif sewn.
When their eyes met, he didn’t feel anything special or a mate call singing in his veins.
He just felt a little shy because the Alpha was handsome.
Jiang Cheng didn’t thought deeply, he just did the right thing and continued with his life without thinking that the dragon shifter would came to see him the following days when his brother and friends weren’t around to talk to him or just staying at his side with that beautiful smile on his lips.
He started buying little things as Jiang Cheng favorite ice tea and candies.
So Jiang Cheng didn't noticed at first, he thought it was just... You know, one of those kind of gifts, a grateful one.
It bothered him late, when the irreal brightness in the gentle and bronze eyes of the Alpha were there as the courting gifts he attempted to give him every week when Jiang Cheng let his guard down.
One day Wei Wuxian found them outside a bookstore sharing an ice spicy tea, courtesy of Lan Xichen.
“I don’t like him”, decided Wei Wuxian before to know about Lan Xichen courting gifts.
“Well, I don’t care if you like him or not”, replied Jiang Cheng that time, more concerned to find that book that he wanted from a long time ago. Lan Xichen offered to look at the other side of the bookstore to let them talk.
"So you like him? Huh"
Jiang Cheng stopped searching around the bookseller and glare him. "I don't like him"
"Yeah and the Peacock is my bestie"
Jiang Cheng sighed.
He loves his brother, but Wei Wuxian could be nasty when he wanted.
He wasn’t fond into tea or bookstores, but he stayed with Jiang Cheng that day because he was an overprotective little shit.
However, he didn’t care to look charismatic friendly and boisterous as he usually would do with unknown people. He looked more like he was evaluating if this dragon shifter was dangerous or not, watching every glance and nuance with a critical eye.
If Xichen noticed, he didn’t said anything.
He just smiled in silence.
.     ·  ✦
Today was one of these days that Wei Wuxian was more annoying that the usual, he even complained all the way at home.
The Witcher mumbled. “Don’t you mind?”
“About what?”
“I saw the way that horny Alpha looked at you”
“Don’t act like a dad, Wei Wuxian"
“Well, unlike Dad I care."
Jiang Cheng wished that he didn’t said that, but Wei Wuxian didn’t hesitate.
He never hesitate.
“You should care more, you are like your mother"
“Well, have you had enough?” Jiang Cheng asked, pissed out with his brother.
“I’m concerned, baby brother”, said Wei Wuxian with a dramatic tone of voice. “You’re a tiger. Dragons and tigers don’t mate, it’s too dangerous for both parties”
Jiang Cheng raised an eyebrow. “Who said I’m going to mate him?”
“Cheng Cheng, didn’t you see? He’s already pampering you and providing food like a good mate would do.”

No había necesidad ¿Verdad?
No.
