Yesterday I showed my friend NessaBarretts song “dying on the inside” in the car and said that I’ve been listening to this lately and that it’s really good

And then today she told be she had been listening to it and that it was probably about an eating disorder like yeah surprise bitch

Funny how when I gain a lot of weight I the start of the year, I was so jealous of my own body from when I was slimmer. Now I lost all the weight that I gained, and still feel as disgusting as before😀

Staying strong🥲

It’s been a lazy day today lol but I baked a cake but didn’t eat anything slay😌 makes me feel so in control

But yesh i wanna do a little 2 week check in since it’s the 14th! Okay so i feel like oven eaten pretty clean besides last weekend🥲 I lost 3,5 kg since the April 1st 😌 it feel like that pretty good, I mean it could be better but that weekend set me back a lot🥲🥲 I’ve been walking at least 10k steps and done Pilates every except that weekend so that I’m kinda proud of😼 also I’ll be hitting a new lw like tomorrow or the day after so I can’t mess up🫡

I am disgusting

I feel so horribly disgusting🥲 what I ate isn’t even that bad… we had homemade burgers for dinner and in my family just we put all the stuffing in bowls on the table and then u can use what u want but I didn’t put anything in other then the bun and the patty💀 I hope it saved me some calories… also I didn’t eat it all it was around 3/4 or 2/3 I don’t really know but I might be a little less calories than I calculated

The calories:

- burger bun (218)

- patty (440) disgusting…

Total: 658 calories (I hate myself)

I did 15 min Pilates and rn I’m at 8k steps but I’m going make it to 10k later🫡

Today i was Home and i feel like Ive been super lazy whoops… also I bought new shoes today, yaii

- 15 hash brown fries (185)

I did 25 min Pilates earlier and now I’m gonna go for my walk so I can get my 10k steps😌😌
