if the masquerade ball does happen in s3, im betting in on ep 5 or ep 8.

ep 5; tick tock referencing to cinderella, the ball will be a good opener into the second part of s3, and if it does happen in here, i can imagine ben having his world shifted for the rest of the season and we started seeing him waiting for lady in silver. the end of series could be talking about ben like in those whistledown papers before sophie came in.

ep 8; classic way to end s3 just like s1, and we will see ben left with the glove just like classic prince charming scene in cinderella movie and we will see ben having a new direction in his life.

but then again, im probably clowning🤡
