Adrienne Lost 90 Pounds, Has Kept It Off For 6 Years, and Still Drinks Craft Beer -Over 90 pounds down! I wasn't perfect (perfection doesn't exist) but I consistently got back to plan time after time. Changing my mindset and being consistent is what got me to where I am today. My biggest piece of advice to anyone on their own weight loss journey is to start small. There is no point in overwhelming yourself. When we get overwhelmed we go into avoidance mode. This is so true: 'Last week, after posting a photo of what I look like when I sit down...I was told that I should lose 5kg. The comment itself didn't really bother me...its been ages since I've looked at myself and thought I should lose weight! What bothers me is that this woman felt she had the right to tell me what's best for MY body because she is a "Dr."..that my body isn't healthy enough at the weight I'm at...all based on a photo I posted. She even took the time to explain, in detail, where I carried my fat...she needed everyone to know where I needed to lose weight. .

I hope everyone has a very fat Thanksgiving! (For our American friends 😁😁) -  Same girl as the one to the left!
