Namor McKenzie, second in command.

Formerly a HYDRA captive and lab experiment, Namor was experimented on during world war II but was released when the SSR attacked the fortress. Mckenzie encountered James Barnes following his departure from SHIELD sometime after 1969. The two joined forces to investigate the possibility of HYDRA's continued existence, and he remains at his side to this day. He possesses water-based abilities, and ages at a very slow rate compared to that of regular human.

Jasper Sitwell.

Hardworking. Professional. Easygoing. A veteran SHIELD Agent whose HYDRA loyalties were revealed during the SHIELD Civil War. Unknown to most, he has been serving as a sleeper agent for the majority of his career at SHIELD/HYDRA. Current Whereabouts: Recovering from a near-death experience at the hands of 'The Asset' Leo Novokov at Level Zero base - Eagle One.

Antoine Triplett.

Kind. Friendly. Determined. The grandson of a Howling Commando, Antoine Triplett is a loyal SHIELD Agent who assisted Coulson's team during the civil war. He has just revealed his postiion as a Level Zero Sleeper Agent, who was trained by James Barnes. Current Whereabouts: Located at The Playground along with Director Coulson and his team.
