Ok so like there are gundams but the mc isn’t a hotshot pilot its the lead engineer in charge of the like hotshot pilot unit. And she keeps getting mad at the pilots (and command) about how these gundams that are basically her babies getting recklessly destroyed.

Her love interest is either a hotshot pilot who is clueless about how they treat their gundam or a frazzled software engineer who has to constantly add new features that the pilots/command want and has to keep explaining that no there aren’t any cameras on that part of the gundam obviously i cant add software that uses the visual data from there. Or no love interest im not picky. 

Hotshot pilot keeps flirting w her after missions and she is like “bro why tf did you use my baby like this that is not an intended feature. I get it in life and death but you just made a cool trickshot that put you out of commission for weeks”
