Imagine Vil seeing Yuma's everyday street clothes for the first time. He would a heart attack, and then drag him around shopping for new clothes with Leona's money.

(I mean, I love Yuma, but the first time I saw his clothes, I did not know what to feel 😆😭)

He's also dying to get all the Yu-boys' hair under control. All their hair sticks up in all directions and it horrifies him to no end.

Now I want to do a chapter where Vil gives all the Yu boys a makeover

When you adapt the hometown events in "And You Thought Things Were Over", do you plan on having only a Yu-boy visit, or are you gonna have Ramshackle Yuu joining them?

I haven't fully decided on how I'm going to cover those events, I'm torn covering them in full or just keeping them as quick vignettes if I can't come up with enough to make a full story. Plus the recent even threw off my prediction of on hometown visit per dorm as now Pomefiore now has two while Octavinelle have none

I'm sorry, but my brain can still NOT compute that YUYA is taller than YUSEI!!! I mean, I see him taller than Yuma, and I'm cool that's he's a little taller than Yusaku, but my brain, just, cannot!

I don't think it's a mistranslation or anything like that either! I checked the wiki, and there's nothing about his height there!! I got it from here: (link)

So, I'm gonna switch their heights around. Yusei is 5'11"/180cm (as I originally envisioned him), and Yuya is 5'9"/176cm, so that I can go asleep happy, and not keep wandering what was going through Takahashi-sensei (rest his soul) and Toei's minds.

(Sorry for the sudden rambling, but I cannot understand this and I just needed to vent and because I'm planning on making height charts 😊)

It's been so long since I looked up official heights and I looked at some old art and I couldn't find an official height for Yuya so I pictured him to about Yuma's height...I had no idea he was so tall!!!

Explanations for the Yu-Gi-Oh boys' dorm placements in "And You Thought Things Were Over"?

Oh boy I made so many notes but let me explain my thought processes.

First thing I though about is who would pair well with the respective Overblotters then see if the character fits with the dorm's qualities. For protags such as Yusaku was very easy, he fits well with the themes of Ignihyde and parallels well with Idia. Yusei parallels well with Azul and his struggles to make something of himself and shows a better interpretation of the theme of benevolence as he tries to help others. Yuya can sympathize with Jamil and is very resourceful.

Yugi, Judia, and Yuma were a little harder to place but they ended up being the opposites of their respective Overblotters. Judai is Riddle's complete opposite being a lazy person but we all know he can be tyrant if he really wants too. For Yuma to quote my notes..."this is a boy who will punch fate in the face because he doesn’t like it while Leona just complains and doesn’t do anything to improve his fate". For Yugi, it was tempting to place him in Scarabia due to the Arabian theming but I decided against it as I felt like a good post series arc for him was trying to figure out who is his with out Atem's presence so that lead me to placing him in Pomefiore to go with Vil who is trying to leave behind the 'villian' image and reinvent himself.

I didn't place Diasomnia as I already have the cannon Yuu in my story and he's friends with Malleus.
