ah that's actually not true! i also thought alicent had more costumes than rhaenyra but it's the other way around. if we're going just dresses it's about the same but rhaenyra also had 2 wedding dreses and more coats (plus riding jackets) she just rewore her costumes more often than alicent did so it may look like she had less costumes compared to her.

Ohhh I see, yeah I definitely thought Alicent had more outfits but Rhaenyra is apparently just a chronic outfit repeater lol (we love her anyway!)

Same I was generally fine with the S1 costumes but S2 definitely feels like an upgrade. The fit looks a lot better, the fabrics are nicer and there's more cohesion in the design. There's also more embroidery and detailing, it's just all very good. The hair as well the wigs look a lot better, especially Rhaenyra's her hairstyles look so good.

Agreed! I’m excited to see what else they have. I also loved Helaena’s mourning gown/veil, definitely an upgrade for her. I think I’m most excited to see Rhaenyra’s outfits though. And the war braid!!! I love it.
