when a npc you didn’t want dead in a bethesda rpg dies and you console command revive them, but their AI starts acting up weird and they begin to just stand in random places and not preform their usual animations and eventually they only repeat one phase and yes they are alive but it’s not them, a part of them is gone and they no longer belong here, their existence is unnatural and you feel like you are a necromancer finally learning the weight and consequences of your magic

Questions About Creating Your OCs
‘Cause sometimes the stories of how OCs come to be are just as interesting as the OCs, themselves. Tell me how your virtual kids came into the world.
What was the first element of your OC that you remember considering (name, appearance, backstory, etc.)?
Did you design them with any other characters/OCs from their universe in mind?
How did you choose their name?
In developing their backstory, what elements of the world they live in played the most influential parts?
Is there any significance behind their hair color?
Is there any significance behind their eye color?
Is there any significance behind their height?
What (if anything) do you relate to within their character/story?
Are they based off of you, in some way?
If they have an LI, how much of their character is tailored to be compatible to that person?
Did you know what the OC’s sexuality would be at the time of their creation?
What have you found to be most difficult about creating art for your OC (any form of art: writing, drawing, edits, etc.)?
How far past the canon events that take place in their world have you extended their story, if at all?
If you had to narrow it down to 2 things that you MUST keep in mind while working with your OC, what would those things be?
What is something about your OC can make you laugh?
What is something about your OC can make you cry?
Is there some element you regret adding to your OC or their story?
What is the most recent thing you’ve discovered about your OC?
What is your favorite fact about your OC?

TES First Meeting Prompts
First meetings prompts, ideal for anyone in the Elder Scrolls universe or other similar settings! Send me a word and I’ll write up a quick starter based off the situation. Send along a ⟷ for the characters to switch places if applicable!
Brawl — A tavern brawl just came to an end, and no one knows who started it. My muse will approach yours to ask if they’re alright… or maybe to ask if they were the ones who started it.
Ambush — Our muses have run into each other somewhere in the wilderness… and are immediately ambushed by bandits! Time to fight!
Lost — My muse is having trouble finding something/someone in a city or village. They’ve finally decided to start asking around for help or directions, starting with your muse.
Bounty — Both muses are after the same bounty, and have came to the place where their target is hiding at the same time. Will they work together and split the profit? Or will it be a race to see who can fulfill the bounty first? (Alternative: For thieves or characters of other factions it could be a job instead of a bounty.)
Camp — Due to unlucky circumstances, my muse isn’t able to make a camp while traveling. They come across your muse’s, however, and approach to ask to rest there for a bit. Will your muse let them stay?
Cell — Oh boy, our muses have found themselves in the dungeon, either after a misunderstanding or getting caught by the guards. How do they get out? Do they try to talk to the guards, or find a different way? Or do they just try to pass the time? (If one of the characters is a guard or other authority figure, it can instead be one muse in a cell trying to convince the guard muse of their innocence.)
Skill — Word has gotten around about one of your muse’s talents (e.g. alchemy, crafting, etc.) My muse is curious, and approaches yours to ask about it, or maybe to request their services.
Pickpocket — My muse thinks they caught your muse pickpocketing them! Are they right or was it just a misunderstanding? Is the real thief getting away as they speak?
Travelers — Our muses happen to be in the same carriage, possibly going to the same destination. It’s a long ride, though. How will they pass the time?
Recruit — My muse either needs help with a task/quest or is looking to recruit someone. Either way, your muse looks like they can handle themselves, so they approach yours to see if they’re interested.

So the purpose of this meme is to give a little info on your muses without having to rely on others to fill your ask with meme questions. I know how disappointing it can be to come back to an empty ask so I wanted to create a meme that anyone and everyone can do (mun and muse).
The rules are simple, you do not need to be tagged to fill out the questions, but once you have you must repost and tag 10 of your followers to spread the love. You can fill it out as many times as your heart desires (we all know muses can change with their character development.)
10 Questions:
1. What is your favorite word?
“It’s a draw between gallivant and esoteric. Now, if we’re talking about my favorite word in the sense of one I say often, then that would be awarded to handsome. Come to think of it, maybe not flirting with attractive men would quell that.”
2. What is your least favorite word?
“I detest the word orifice. I’m well aware it’s an innocent word, but the way it rolls off the tongue is awkward. Plus, it sounds disgusting.
3. What turns you on?
“Strong arms. Intelligence is also a plus. Both would be preferable.”
4. What turns you off?
“Disgust. In me. In them.”
5. What sound do you love?
“Birdsongs in the early morning tend to leave me in a pleasant mood for the rest of the day.”
6. What sound do you hate?
“The howling of wolves has always set me on edge, and frankly, I find it grating.”
7. What is your favorite curse word?
“Damn. There are multiple definitions, and it is my go to word when I can’t think of anything to better express frustration.”
8. What profession other than yours would you like to attempt?
“I briefly thought of becoming a bard when I was a girl. I’ve always been charismatic, and a bard with a sweet voice will stop me in my tracks any day.
9. What profession would you not like to do?
“Being an alchemist has never appealed to me. Maybe having one for a mother might have influenced that, but I have also never been overly talented in that area.”
10. If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God(s) say when you arrive at the pearly gates?
“If I don’t wind up on some hellish plane of Oblivion, then a ‘welcome home’ would be nice."
Bonus Questions
1. Something most people don’t know about you?
“I mask my insecurities behind flirting and false smiles, and I hold the mask I wear with great disdain. Oh, and let’s not forget that I’m incredibly sarcastic.”
2. Sexual Preference?
“By sexual preference, I am going to assume orientation is meant. If so, I’m heterosexual and demiromantic. If intercourse is meant, then I can’t say that I’m experienced enough in this area to give an accurate answer.”
3. What position do you sleep in?
“Well, sleeping on my back feels unnatural, and I’m too busty to sleep on my stomach. So, the process of elimination dictates that my side is the way to go.”
4. What if someone told you…you HAD to lose, just this one time?
“I feel the greatest question would be: why? If they can answer that adequately, my pride isn’t really a factor in the equation.
5. Greatest fear?
“Wolves. I hate those damn beasts. I’m not overly fond of werewolves either.”
6. If you could leave one thing to be remembered by, what would it be?
“I have this battered, old amulet of Mara, and…well, it means a good deal to me, so I guess being remembered by that wouldn’t be so bad.”
7. If you could give words of advice to someone, what would they be?
“Honeyed words should never fool you. Look at their actions, and judge them accordingly.”
8. What’s your middle name?
“I don’t have one. My mother saw it fit to give me my first name and keep my birth parents’ sir name.”
I tag: Anyone who wants to do this!

When consciousness met her, she greeted it with a groan. Her landing hadn’t been good to her—that much was certain. Her body ached all over, her head pounding with a jarring rhythm. Those thugs definitely weren’t in a jesting mood.
Now…where was she?
She opened her eyes, squinting at the light. The smell of herbs wafted past her nose. Beneath her fingers was a soft bedroll, and she knew then that someone must have happened by. She could only hope that their intentions were good. Her eyes scanned the camp for her savior.
She found what she was looking for in a Breton woman.
“How-“ she cleared the rasp from her throat, “how long?”
Lesson Learned
Who had she pissed off this time? Man or God? Either was equally as likely.
She had been on her feet for nearly two days when she was blind-sided by five, burly Nords. A well-placed arrow had taken one of their number before they had been smart enough to employ their shields. She might be reckless at times, but this was a fight she would not win. So, she ran, and now, she was stuck.
She winced at the jolt of pain that shot up her leg as she tried to inch backward. Her back was to a cliff, and it was beginning to look like a welcome respite from the thug that brandished his blade at her. The drop wouldn’t kill her, but a broken leg would do her more harm than good should they decide to follow her.
Her eyes flickered around her, trying to find something that might save her from whatever fate awaited her at the hands of these men. She found nothing. Instead, she stared into the faces of four angry men, snarling insults at her, daring her to make a move. She notched an arrow and took aim.
She managed to take down one of them and injure another. In the end, they overpowered her. Beaten and bloody, they tossed her over the cliff, a branch slowing her descent but knocking her unconscious.

((7 and 19?))
7. If you could “borrow” one aspect of your muse and apply it to yourself or your own life, what would you borrow?
Her confidence. False or not, she has more than I could ever dream of having.
19. If you had to judge your muse and sentence them to a “fair” fate, what would your judgment be? Would you punish them? Reward them? How?
This one is a particularly difficult question for me…Personal bias aside, it would depend on my knowledge of any crimes she has committed. She is an assassin, and if I knew that, I would hold her accountable, possibly imprisoning her or worse depending on the timeline. If not…to me she would be a simple hunter. I might give her a thumbs up and say, “Keep up the good work,” or I’d give her as much business as possible to support her, maybe? But I’m not entirely sure if I’d do anything else.

1, 5, and 13
1. What makes you the most emotional about your muse?
Eveyne tries to act like a hard ass, but she’s a genuinely compassionate person who enjoys charity. Things like that make me happy. You just get such a feeling of satisfaction from it that is hard to get anywhere else, you know? Plus, when she tries to act so cold and unfeeling, flirting with anything male that comes her way, I just want to shake her.
Another thing is that I, the mun, am a romantic at heart, and Eveyne is demi-romantic. While I can relate on so many levels, I just want her to be happy! I am shipping trash.
5. If you could give your muse one gift, what would you give them?
A pet. Probably a cat of some kind because I get the impression that she’s a cat person. Just someone that will give her unconditional love and support.
13. What about your muse makes you sad?
Her negative view of her self-worth. I may have created her, but she sort of formed on her own. This negatively fueled self-image is similar to the one I share—though not for the same reasons, obviously. I love intricate characters, and I tend to gravitate toward those with angsty feelings of negativity toward themselves. Maybe that’s part of the reason Eveyne is the way she is, but it still makes me sad.
