i did the math and i can lose 10 pounds a month if i only eat 600 calories a day lolol

ive started to omad with a whole box of annie’s white cheddar macaroni shells. this is working out fine for me so far.

lunch:

9 oreos (480 calories)

one can of grape zevia (0 calories)

dinner:

i feel like shit so far today. only grabbed the oreos because i wanted something quick. but i walked 18000 steps yesterday so i feel good about that.

breakfast: 

fasted lol

lunch:

one cheese string (80 calories)

one cup white minute rice (200 calories)

4 pieces pre-cooked chicken (110 calories)

one can black cherry zevia (0 calories)

dinner:

going 2 fast lol

total: 390 cals

my original cal limit per day was 1200 but i look at that now and i think thats WAY too high. i try to keep it down to less than 800 calories a day now. ive been seeing mega results too bcuz i gained like 5 pounds on vacation last month and now ive lost it all and then some.
