Tbh I get a little nervous whenever someone follows me seemingly out of nowhere. They don’t like or reblog any of my posts (to my knowledge), they just follow me. I know it’s weird to get anxious over something like this, but I like knowing why people follow me and it’s significantly harder to figure that out if they haven’t interacted with my posts. And also what if they followed me accidentally

WHYY do I get so anxious over the most pointless things. I always think “oh yeah my anxiety isn’t that bad anymore haha I don’t think it’s really a problem for me like it was before” and then I spent at least forty minutes in the bathroom literally shaking trying to figure out if my dad and stepmother would get more mad at me for flushing the toilet so late at night and waking them up or not flushing because what if they think that’s gross

#and i’m pretty sure i spent at least a third of that time trying to come up with decently articulated explanations in case they did get mad #i decided not to flush. this may be tomorrow me’s problem but god i hope not #rant
