grady and edaline ruewen have tattoos, most of which are matching

they have bands on their ring fingers because working with animals limits the amount of jewellery they can wear in a day to day basis but they’d like to still have their wedding bands

this was their first tattoo which led them to get even more

after jolie died, they got purple and turquoise flowers over their hearts to remind them of the turquoise blossoms on her wanderling

on their ankles, they have the footprints of all the animals they have but been able to rehabilitate or that have passed away while in their care

grady has an outline of havenfield on his forearm which he traces when he feels himself losing control

after sophie’s kidnapping, they added star shaped leaves to the tattoo of jolie’s flowers

later, when sophie ran away to join the black swan, they got a moonlark stylised similar to the sign of the swan

Listen - what’s happening right now is despicable. Police murdered George Floyd in broad daylight, recorded on camera and they continue to hide behind their system and remain fully protected. I’m filled with rage and grief because of the injustice and the inequality of the vile, cruel system that has been set in place - and I cannot even begin to fathom how those who knew and were close to the victims of these crimes feel. This is not okay. I know that it’s been said before and it’s an obvious thing to see - after all, innocent people are being slaughtered over something they cannot control. Over something that is human and something that is them. This needs to change. You might think it’s something uncomfortable to talk about, but it needs to be said. And people need to listen.

I’m white, I’m young - hell, this is a blog for a series marketed towards kids - but I’m on here because I know more people will be able to see this. You need to speak up. And if you are white I’m begging you to use the privilege that you have to make a fucking change. Speak up about this because the people it affects are getting killed for talking about it. They are treated like subhuman for protesting for equality. 

White privilege exists: use it for something powerful. If you stay silent, you are part of the problem.

This made me cry. So well written. I need a minute to compose myself but letting you know that this was beautiful

as though life is bathed in golden sunlight (a sokeefe two-shot)

Even an Empath might need certain feelings to be spelled out. Set mid-Flashback. In progress.

It takes Keefe a minute to piece together.

Perhaps because it’s not something tangible, but rather a sudden loss—that flowing, fumbling hum at the back of his mind–

–heart, breaking–

–he had grown so expertly to ignore, that blanket of inadequacy settling oh-so-easily over him from time to time; a fundamental part of him (which, yes, he loathed) just—gone.

“Is everything all right, Mr. Sencen?” Tiergan asks, cocking his head to the side. Keefe wouldn’t swear it, but, for an instant, it almost looks as if the older elf is grinning down at him, in a somewhat knowing manner that dances gleefully across his features.

Keefe clears his throat, runs a distract hand down his face, fidgets. “Yeah. Yes, of course.”

But Sophie is glancing at him and his senses are already over-flooding with concern. “Are you sure? You were spacing out,” she pins him with a chastising yet warm stare as her fingers start trailing along his forehead, pushing back a few locks of blond hair in their attempt to probe for a fever.

Keefe knows, after years of her, that it’s a human thing–

–so why is he holding his breath, and what is that flutter awakening within him–

–still, he’s in awe of how much clearer it all is now that the focus of her attention has shifted: her feelings towards Fitz, they—where are they?

Little things that ARE HUGE THAT WE NEED TO REMEMBER FROM LEGACY

-Sophie Freaking Foster is a LEGEND!!

-Grady and Edaline ARE AMAZING PARENTS OK

-Keefe Sencen reminds me again and again of what true friends look like

-*me now chanting* DEXIANA 4 LIFE!

-Ro is the best character and her lines *chefs kiss*. (good job shannon, we can’t comare)

-Team Valiant was a great way for some side characters to come in. And involve Dex and Biana more.

-Fitz needs therapy

-Honestly, I feel bad for Fitz. He put himself out there, just to be broken up with. Not that we was…um…doing so well

-KEEFE DRAWING. CAN I GET AN AMEN

-Linhella is kinda canon

-Maruca is a queen

-The ability Charger (electricity) is mentioned a lot of times. Leading me to think more and more that keefe is going to be a Charger.

-When Sophie listed out a list of powerful abilities. Charger was second.

-Oralie has been v motherly even if she made a bad decision.

-REMEMBER WHEN SOPHIE THOUGHT BRONTE WAS HER POPS AAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA

I think she also doesnt want to deal with fixing the triangle because it's a mess and will definitely make some people hurt. Personally, I love leaving my problems to figure themselves out sometimes lol. Especially when concerning men because I am too scared to make the first move. Sophie rarely if not ever makes the first romantic move with the triangle, so I think she needs to get a little more confident and choose for herself. Once she does this, our little girl will be a strong independent woman who can make decisions

Theory #1:

There are many instances throughout the series where Sophie knows what’s going on with the love triangle. For example, in pages 137 and 138 of Nightfall, Keefe talks about ideas for Sophie’s favor, and one of them was him putting his “incredible Empath talents to work and help you solve the complicated square you’re always telling yourself is a triangle.” The next page says “She shook her head, refusing to admit she knew what he meant.” So Sophie knows about the love triangle in her life, and isn’t as oblivious as Ro says she is.

My theory is that Sophie is pushing any and all boy-related matters to the back of her mind because she feels that it’s not important right now. They’re in a g*d*mn war, after all. Maybe when Keeper finishes and they had the battle and stuff, Shannon will end the book with Sophie single, and then give us an epilogue with her and her future spouse, or with her as a Councillor. I think that’d be pretty cool.
