It took a minute but I finally got around to sitting down and writing a storm chasing AU inspired by @jumpingpuddlespodcast‘s prompt in their episode about “The Storm”.
This fic started with me rewinding the podcast a million times while I was at my desk at work to scribble down the details they were shouting out and then came to life with the help of storm chasers on youtube and the movie Twister.

I had McKay drawn but then i went and listened to @jumpingpuddlespodcast and lovely panel there requested John with “I’m with nerd” t-shirt so i simply HAD TO draw him too.
I found this podcast 4 weeks ago and I can’t wait every week for new episode to listen. Thanks to it i rewatched whole series and found SGA fandom on tumblr which gave me so much joy! I love how excited hosts are! They introduced me to TeylaxWeir ship and guys… we’ve been ROBBED. anyway… my headcanon is that John has second version of his “nerd” t’shirt where arrow points at him, but he wears it only in his quarters bc “he’s serious military commander of Atlantis expedition” Yeah, tell yourself that, John.
