#i started to draw dragons because the person i wanted to befriend in my teenage was a dragon artist#then i uploaded this online on dA#and i met friends who also had an animal character to represent them#most were warrior cats readers and i was not haha#then one friend called maik mentionned the furry community and i was like what is this#i guesss i consider myself a furry#i notice i always struggle to use words when it comes to my identity#like a distance#poll#furry

i'm a bit late BUT! happy 20th anniversary to code lyoko!
this show was my first hyperfixation and also my first time participating in fandom spaces and was just in general a HUGE part of my formative years, to the point where it's not even nostalgic because it's just an enormous part of my life.
i'm currently rewatching the series and looking forward to many more decades of code lyoko taking over my brain whenever i think about it!
