If it's someone she's dating or likes, absolutely. She is more often than not very physically affectionate and enjoys when her partners are the same. It's not a requirement for her, but she does prefer it that way! If she doesn't really know you or like you, then it's kind of uncomfortable. Or if it's like a couple getting too into each other in front of her. There's a fine line between being affectionate and making other people uncomfortable!
