hi!! i kinda dipped for a little bit, oops 💀
i had a medical camp down in Florida for five days and it ran from 7am-5pm, and tbh a lot happened, but all i wanted to do was sleep
i was so afraid i wouldn’t make friends, that i would be alone, and i would see everyone having fun in their little groups and i would be isolated, kinda just in my own little space trying to get through the days. i hate that. i was dreading having to eat alone at lunch, i think that’s where it hit me the hardest.
but YALL, God is so goooood. so there were multiple little tables with seven chairs each, and i sat at the very first one and just kinda watched as it started to fill. the people who sat there were SO NICE. so nice. all seven of us like, instantly became friends, we traveled in a group, always looking out to make sure we were together and it was so cute. it also really helped that a lot of the activities were group-based so we could get closer.
lunch was so fun!! remember how i said i was afraid i was gonna be alone? that was the opposite of the case. not only were they nice, they were interesting and i couldn’t stop laughing.
on Thursday we had a social and i had so much fun, we were just dancing and taking pictures and playing games. i loved it.
yesterday was the final day when we had to say goodbye. the girls hugged me so so tight. i already miss them. i have al their igs tho, so hope we can stay in touch ❤️

so happy i’ve been able to go to the gym every day of my vacation. i’ve been able to try out my new workout split here. still eating well (had a couple of slip-ups, but stopped any full-out binges) mostly whole, healthy foods. it’s surprisingly easy to get fresh fruit here.
my acne is making a grand return, maybe the quality of the water? not sure. it’s not too terrible, just some clogged pores at the front of my brow. should go away soon.

School
All A’s, daily studying, an organized planner and notebooks, fluent in another language, top GPA in multiple classes, tutoring sessions, no distractions.
Relationships
Taking more time to go out with friends, quality time with family, being a great girlfriend, reaching out to people more, expanding my circle, keeping a kind heart, keeping shit private.
Mental Health
Practicing a good internal dialogue to myself and others, practicing mindfulness and balance, appreciating the little things, self-care.
Face
A established skincare routine, kbeauty, morning gua sha, soft makeup, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, growing my lashes back, 5 servings of fruit, a repaired skin barrier, supplements.
Body
Body butters and scrubs, good-smelling lotions, vanilla perfumes, hair oils and masks, hip-length hair, daily weightlifting, stretching and cardio, 60g protein, nails always done.
Talents
Daily violin practice, baking to lofi music, selling sweets online, getting back into art, starting a youtube channel, practicing baking and cooking, reading 1 book a month.

🫶🏽 saving my hair 🫶🏽
I have very frizzy, fine hair and it was REALLY pretty when i was younger, but i kinda went crazy on it during the pandemic (cutting unflattering styles, cutting it MYSELF, bleaching it, etc)
I miss when my hair was my prettiest feature. I saw a video of myself when i was younger and my hair was so thick and healthy. Going to try to get back to it with a series of investments and better habits

tbh i’m done wasting my money on bath and body works perfumes bc they last a hot three minutes and disappear 😭😭 id rather spend my money on investing in longer lasting perfumes
