If someone killed one of the people on the bounty list, would they be able to collect the reward?

Nope. A character is only given the reward money for a bounty if they bring the target to the HCPD alive, or if they give the police information that leads them to the target’s location. The goal is to bring them in so that the offender can face charges for their crimes; Killing them defeats the purpose, since they’ll just respawn somewhere else and the police’ll have to go looking for them again.

I would like to place Zeno bell on the list. He is six years old, A Demon child....who has killed eight people, Including many innocent human people without powers. Destroyed two establishments, formed a assassination Organization, and has physically harmed more then a dozen people thus far with his lightning powers. :)

Spent some time as a patrol officer with the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department before being promoted after the Akatsuki Incident. Following the distress signal sent out by the ferry, I rescued all of the passengers I could during the storm. I was then assigned to the Squad of Anti-Unidenified Lifeforms as the user of the G3 System. In the time following, I alternated between solving supernatural cases with SAUL and solving more common cases with a partner detective.

Physically fit, focused and an accurate shot, I am able to work well during crisis situations. When more powerful methods are necessary to capture suspects or defeat monsters, I have the G3-X at my disposal in the city. It’s a reinforced exo-suit that grants superhuman strength, endurance, and speed when I wear it—although it currently is limited in use. I’ve used the G3-X for quite some time, in many combat situations, and can protect those that need to be protected. 

Reasons for applying: 

Justice and serving the peace are what I strive for. I am able to protect the innocents, so I want to do my best to reach that ideal. Because I work best with others, roaming the city as a vigilante wouldn’t be my best decision. Thank you for considering me.

Jayden took a long, hard look at the experience section of the application, taking a sip from his coffee before letting out a sigh. He’d long since discarded any perceptions about the rather weird happenings of Hive City being staged or faked in some manner, but hearing things about monsters or robots or other supernatural events still threw him off-guard a bit.

Even so, the application seemed sincere enough. The police force desperately needed more people with dedication to good will and already-developed skills. This man would be an invaluable addition to the force.

“We could use more paranormal investigators right now, so he can work there for the time being. Hopefully he’ll be alright with that arrangement. If not, we’ll sort something out.”

HIVE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Hive City Police Department, with it’s main building located straight in the heart of Sector 3, the patrol officers all scour the city to keep order, enforce the law and defending the innocent from the daily chaos that ensues in Hive City. 

Though the police force have always existed in the Hive since the beginning, it hasn’t been very effective considering the many powerful entities that exist here. But now the entire system is now effectively being reworked,the police are now here to finally put a stop to the rampant crime and finally bring some order to the Hive.. 

Now with crime, disaster and chaos always being at an all time high and with how many people that are constantly put in danger’s way be it supernatural or not, the police are here to step up and enforce the law.

Dojima pauses for a few seconds when he stumbles across this application. Do his eyes deceive him? Was this really an application with Adachi’s name on it? Sheesh, how long was it since the guy went home and left this city, Dojima simply assumed that he found a way back home and brought his daughter with him.

But wait.. Adachi’s back? Does that mean Nanako was back too? 

Dojima didn’t even need to look over Adachi’s credentials, he knew what his skills were and what he was capable of. After all they were partners back in Inaba and proved to be.. somewhat useful on the on-going mysterious murder cases.
