I got a samsung watch for myself as a birthday gift because I thought it would encourage me to move more. $550 later and I realise I was wrong. Lol at myself.

So I stopped light n' easy because the meals were just not that great. Breakfast was fine and lunch was okay. But dinners... what can I say? Mostly frozen meals that were not very good. A couple of fresh salad ones that were okay. I didn't like most of the dinners but I kept eating them because I was loosing weight.
But because of the sad dinners I was honestly feeling worse about myself then ever.
I started prepping my own breakfast, lunch and dinners that I knew I would like.
I don't have many options at the moment but i'm still loosing weight and I like the food I eat.
For breakfast I made multigrain breakfast burritos to store in the freezer and froze some sandwich thins individually wrapped.
For lunch I use the sandwich thins or a ham and cheese wrap from the freezer.
For dinner I made the most meals:
Low calorie carbonara
Fried Rice
Chicken and Veg Bags
Chicken and Rice Soup
Chicken and Veg Soup
I will share the recipes I found for some of these after when I find them again. Some of my meals I just throw together. But all of them are calorie counted by me using the fatsecret app which I recently discovered and it's a freaking lifesaver.
