Just some appreciation for Vincent Van Ghool's guitars.
In the Vince selfish, we have CarolAnne, in the other shot, we have a stringless Laurie Alice.
CarolAnne is his oldest guitar, has been on tour, been in the studio, anywhere and everywhere Vince has gone. Vince doesn't really remember where he got her, but remembers she was given to him. She was the guitar with which he recorded his From the Mausoleum demo AND the Prom Night EP. For a cheap old guitar, she's been tough.
Laurie Alice is the new girl on the block. Picked up at a pawn shop for $200 even, Laurie can be heard on the Bag of Bones demo, and the last few live performances Vince did. She was lended to Khamul recently, so listen for her on the next Plaguebearer EP, as well.
We just wanted to show a little love to the blocks that built Hewitt House and the pillars that prop up Vincent Van Ghool.

Check out Vincent Van Ghool! He’s our boss here at Hewitt House, and our resident Master of the Spooky Tunes.
Let me tell you a little about Ol’ Vinnie VG.
Vincent Van Ghool is an acoustic horror artist originally from Dallas Texas, now residing in GA. He started as the vocalist for a band called The Creepers, before taking the name when the band split. He briefly played guitar/sang Lead and was the primary songwriter for The Plague Doctors, HellRazor, WIll It Die?, and Zomboni. The whole time he was in all these, he was performing solo acoustic sets around both Dallas and GA, to a very good reception. In January of 2020, he finally released his first acoustic Demo called From the Mausoleum, followed not too long thereafter with his first official acoustic EP called Prom Night on April 3rd of the following year. He then put out another demo, Bag of Bones, In August. He’s recently been spotted playing sets over at Puff ‘N Clouds Smoke Shop in Columbus, and has been working on a new album called Hallways. We’re told he’s got a covers EP called Here There Be Monsters! Coming soon, and Maybe some shows!
