His hair is in his face when they kiss.

It tickles a little, but such is but a small price to pay for a kiss from one’s beloved, isn’t it? Having roamed the lands for two thousand years, Jeramie has had a remarkable catalog of experiences under his belt, but this- this in particular- dizzying and exhilarating and so, so overwhelmingly warm- he’s never done anything like this. He’s never tasted a sky of stars on his tongue, and he’s never had someone hold him so sweetly. Gira kisses with the same fervent head-on sincerity that he uses to approach everything. It’s so endearing that his chest starts to ache. Jeramie prides himself in his command of language, but all his words seem to fail him now. How do you describe something like this? Where do you even begin?

“Is the- is-” Gira mumbles near unintelligibly against his mouth, for he keeps cutting himself off mid-sentence. “Is the chair-” He appears to be growing frustrated with the fact that by design, the mouth needs to be freed in order to talk, and Jeramie would tease him about it- pick one, you can’t do both at the same time, dear- but he finds himself sharing the exact same silly sentiments.

What else to do then, other than press in even closer? Jeramie cups Gira’s jaw tenderly, and finds a better angle. There he’d discover even sillier ideas! Ones like, perhaps you could read his thoughts from his lips alone?

“Jeramie-” comes the too-honeyed, entirely unconvincing complaint.

“Yes?” he answers into the corner of Gira’s mouth. Or maybe he says, “Love?” Who can tell for sure, when the sounds struggle to take shape in such painfully private proximity?

“Is the chair- does it bother you?” he finally manages to say. “It’s hard. Are you uncomfortable?”

Jeramie thinks about his current position in Gira’s lap. He probably didn’t mean it as a euphemism, but Jeramie can’t resist the urge to tease.

“My, are you suggesting we take our activities to more, ah, yielding surfaces?” he says, tightening his hold on Gira’s wrist in a certain way. “Such as your royal king-sized bed?”

“Jeramie!” His blush looks lovely against his equally red apparel.

KingOhgers and Palestinian Keffiyeh

I remember seeing some videos on how to wear one as well as some explaining how the garment represents resistance, struggle and freedom for the Palestinian people.

The last factory that produces them in Palestine, Hirbawi, offers a wide selection and has the description I wrote above. They're currently not taking orders at the moment, but I was looking through a lot of the designs and where each one came from when I got the inspiration to doodle the KingOhgers wearing them to show solidarity. Especially given the main overarching plot.
