Which accompanied the melodic strumming he was making, but a moment ago until he heard someone singing along? It got him curious to the source of it until he found it. Didn’t think anyone really knew the lyrics to that particular song it was kind of old, but a favorite of his.

that was some greeting, then again it WAS Izzy. He struggled for a moment to keep his balance as he held his guitar by the neck with one hand while the other went around his back to hold the redhead up. a strained laugh as he glanced over his shoulder.
‘there’s gotta be better ways for you to say hello, Iz.’
That won’t wind up with him taking another trip to the emergency room either way he was happy to see her even if he was feelin’ like a jungle gym.

Worse part about Trent is that he’ll let women walk all over him.
Even when you given him the benefit of the doubt and you pretty much proved him wrong how awful you are he’s STILL pretty gullible, but cautious none the less. You dumb, dumb child don’t let a gender rule over you so hard and ruin you.
Probably what happens when you’re raised by a single mom.

Her denial reaction was to be expected. Least she wasn’t screaming in his ear--for the moment. If you ever wanted to see someone treat an inanimate object with love && care then look no further as Trent cares for this thing as if it was a person. There was a casual strum made playing with Selena’s strings.

Go on address her by name Courtney and the guitar will forgive you for blurting out such names. Inanimate object indeed. He’s just teasing Courtney since she so wasn’t obviously irritated by how he cradled this instrument close to him much like you would a child or even a woman in the right way in some sort of comfort.

He COULD be wrong, but Courtney seemed to take quite the offense that a guitar seemed to be holding some sort of importance over her. Hey, it’s his baby. FIRST LOVE even, still Trent will more than spread the love. You know....if she admits it.

You're not gonna date Gwen again, are you? I mean, it's obvious that she's a bad girlfriend. Not really that great a friend, either. You could do way better.
Teeth gritted together at the comment made about Gwen. He heard more than his share of bad comments about her if not WORSE. Still, it didn’t mean he wanted to hear anyone just badmouth her in any way.

Yeah, she’s not perfect, but who really is? If I want to be friends with her then that’s MY business not anyone elses.’
He can do better. He could better.
It was something he had heard for the longest time & the thing was there just wasn’t anything better in his eyes past Gwen. Maybe it was just due to his hang up with her along with being one of the first girls he’s ever felt so strongly for, but that was how he felt.
‘ Gwen’s awesome okay? We all mess up & some of us can even learn from it. Everyone makes dumb choices when you’re a teenager & do things without thinking. Even I mess up a lot these days too just....

plot idea: PLs a hot as fuck high school music teacher who never really got out of his leather jacket and biker phase and used to be in a band but now teaches high school students what real music is and is notorious for being arrogant and vv sarcastic and a kindergarden teacher who loves kids and wears lilac/pink/purple color cotton shirts and smooth pants and is cute as a button and imagine him teaching the kids to make flower crowns and music teacher sees a flower crown on him and smirks and teases him about how cute he looks
