explicitly just said i don't want to be mean about him in front of friends who i know like him so i'm not going to get into this, but suffice to say this is sports! you can just dislike guys and teams who are not your own! there doesn't have to be intricate reasoning!

what it boils down to is i am simply not interested by anything he is, or does, and because of who he is, he gets shoved down everyone's throats every five seconds. and he might be an incredible player but i genuinely do not find his hockey enjoyable to watch at all. and i'm sure there are many of my guys that people feel the same way about!
