October 4th, 2023, at around 5:30. My wife woke up and went to the restroom. She came back and then sat up. I always wake up when I feel her move or get out of bed and ask if she's ok. If she needs me for anything. She has sleep apnea and gets cold at night. I cover her and kiss her. I'm always vigilant with her.

But this time, when she climbed back into bed, she sat up for sec. then threw her head back and stopped breathing. It was as if she was choking. The life drained from my body...
