I’m glad that my brother’s school is teaching him to write in cursive. It means he will better be able to read the things I write for him haha! Just about everything I write is in cursive, and it is a pain to translate the cursive into print all the time. All throughout middle and high school, I had to re-write assignments and projects because I was one of the few people who wrote almost exclusively in cursive lol. I’m getting better at printing notes, though. I figured it would be easier for me to re-establish that habit so I wouldn’t waste time. Cursive is a difficult habit to un-do, though! From third grade to seventh, my teachers often wouldn’t accept assignments that weren’t written exclusively in cursive. I never thought to practice printing because cursive was always easier, and typing became much more common than physical essays.

Sorry for rambling. I just appreciate that people still bother to teach such a thing.

I painted this in like....an hour. But I thought the idea was funny lol. 

I find it kinda funny when people draw the Marble Hornets characters with boots on. Hoody especially. Like….I know combat boots look amazing….but that man was stalking, attempted-killing, and trespassing in like….white-guy tennis shoes.

As for the odd quality: I’m not too sure how that happened! It looks fine and vibrant in-person. I think the scanner I’m using struggles with reds----that’s just a theory, though.

I love watching the wasps do their things. There’s a bunch of paper wasps and such making nests around the walls and garden fences, but they never give me any trouble when I go out there. I watch them chew the wood all the time, and they don’t even swarm at me! They’re pretty, too! I also saw this shiny blue one the other day.

New Profile Picture! I painted it myself! :D

Watercolours Used: Phthalocyanine Blue, Neutral Tint, and Hansa Yellow Deep (All M.Graham Paints)

Notes: I took a lot more time focusing on lighting, and I really like how it turned out! I also used a lot of references for the hood and folds. What I will improve on in the future is neatness----there was some blue that ended up on the beak. I will get together brushes to sacrifice to my jar of masking fluid haha!

This is important. There are few things more insidious than attacking children.

As much as i hate JKR i will not tolerate any slander or hatred aimed towards the kids that get casted in the Harry Potter reboot.

If they get accurate aged kids then they’re gonna be between 10-12/13 years old to represent year 7’s (11-12.) Chances are they’re child actors aiming for a big break which shouldn’t be biased on who they author of the books are or they are being pushed by their parents which is something that happens more often than not.

I refuse. point blank refuse to fuckin ‘cancel’ any kids casted. They are children and they deserve a chance.

I won’t be watching it. But i will not obliterate a child’s chances to succeed based on a woman’s shitty view of human beings
