In Amity Park, you pour your cooking oil down the drain. Wes was not told that this action was inappropriate anywhere else.
It served two functions; the melted plastic bits would bring about the Blob Ghosts that liked fixing things, thereby making sure they had some on hand in case the house got damaged by a ghost attack, and the blockage would slow down the other, more ravenous Blob Ghosts; the ones that ate trash.
Except that "trash" really meant "anything inanimate", and it was better to hold those off with a distraction while summoning the helpful Blobs.
When Wes was doing what he normally did, his new roommate almost broke his legs vaulting over the counter to stop him.
"What are you doing?!" Jimmy shouted, voice cracking. "You'll melt the plastic bits and clog the pipes!"
"....Yes?" Wes didn't understand.
Then he did.
"Oh! You don't have the-okay. So how do I get rid of it here, then?"
"No, go back. We don't have the...what?"
Wes sighed, put down the pan, and pulled up a copy of the NDA he'd signed to be able to leave Amity Park.
"Confidential."
Jimmy, somehow, convinces him to break the NDA on the grounds that NDA's are not legally binding if the corporation or group that made him sign it were doing anything illegal.
Then Jimmy convinces him to say everything about his town again, but to his reporter friend Clark Kent.
Somehow, that evolved into Wes visiting his parents and smuggling both Jimmy and Clark into Amity Park.

Lex Luthor releases a statement like “he’s a clone of me and Superman no birth was involved” and people are like KINDA GAY OF YOU TO HAVE A SON WITH ANOTHER MAN, LUTHOR. Lexcorp’s PR team locks themselves in a conference room and refuses to come out for love or money.

Danny thinks he's done a wonderful job all things considered. His city is safe, no one has died yet, no major injuries, Vlad had screwed off after Danny beat him within an inch of his afterlife (Danny learned that Vlad was a revenant abusing dirty ectoplasm for powers-not a halfa), ect.
Most of his rogues gallery also stopped bothering him once it became clear he was having trouble keeping his increased power in check and was trying hard not to hurt them. Unfortunately there was one who refused to leave him alone. A warrior princess was demanding his hand in marriage as she needed to be married by the summer solstice of next year or the throne would be passed down to her younger sister, who was already married.
It didn't matter how many times he said no, she kept coming back and challenging him for his hand. Each time she came back stronger and with new tactics and weapons to try. He was starting to fear she might actually win one day. That day might be sooner rather than later as her latest scheme was cutting it close.
Deciding that 1. Amity didn't need him anymore if he closed the portals 2. He was probably going to have to leave anyway if he loses and 3. He didn't have a future in this world as Fenton anymore he leads her on a wild goose chase back into the GZ and causes the portals to collapse in on themselves. The princess laughs, thinking he had given up. But no.
Danny put a curse on himself to turn him into a bat for the next year or so, a full month longer than the princess had left to find a spouse. She screams. Appearently she had a phobia of bats, who knew? Anyway he was left alone to fly through the Infinite Realms and find a new home.
He found a new world easily thanks to the natural portals of the IR and crossed though. Immediately being pelted on all sides by freezing cold rain was not what he expected but its what he got as he flew over a sign that proclaimed the city beneath him was called Gotham. The little glowing white bat flew through the night for hours before seeing a fruit bowl laying innocently on a kitchen counter through a window. Whats more it was in some giant manor so the occupants probably wouldn't mind if he ate an orange or two.
Right?
Needless to say a kid around the age of 11 or twelve walked in on him clutching an apple like his life depended on it while furiously munching. The kid looked...excited? He started going on about names and what he would need to care for him. Danny wasn't really listening, he didn't realize how hungry he had been until he started eating. He waited until the kid had looked away to turn himself and his apple invisible. This bothered the kid who looked suspicious but went to look for "the bat" anyway.
Later, while Danny was taking a shower in the kitchen sink to wash off the remains of his meal (I headcanon that Danny is a bit of a neat-freak) some other guy walked in holding an empty coffee mug and wearing eyebags that would put a raccoon to shame. They just stared at eachother for a solid few seconds before Danny started squeeking in rage and covering himself with the washcloth he was using to scrub himself clean. It looked like something out of a cartoon. Tim thought he was hallucinating but why would he hallucinate a glowing white bat with hearts all around it (that part isn't real) taking a shower in the kitchen sink. Was his subconscious trying to tell him something??
The next victim person to spot him was Duke who just stood in his doorway as this glowing white bat rolled an orange down the hallway. He decided this was a problem for the night crew and went to tell them.
Alfred saw a small shock of white fur and heard squeeking. His first thought was 'rat' and he didn't even hesitate. Danny dodged 3 bullets and got the hell out of the kitchen.
The batfam are debating on whether this was a shifter or an meta animal that was experimented on.

Danny always knew tax evasion ran in his veins. His parents hadn’t been the most… morally sound of people, and less so as ecto-scientists.
He just didn’t think their lessons would ever result in a criminal empire that spanned the entire city and then some. Danny hadn’t seen it coming. His parents definitely wouldn’t have.
“Good afternoon, Mr. Wayne. Mr. Fox.”
Danny ‘the Phantom’ Fenton sat down across from a rather tense looking (to Danny’s enhanced senses, anyways) Brucie Wayne and his right hand, Lucius Fox. He smiled pleasantly, matching Brucie’s vacant smile with that touch of Midwest suburban mother smile.
With his acquisition of multiple Gotham companies, his rather newly established Fentom Co. became one of the largest holding companies in Gotham, the first being Wayne Enterprises and the second being Drake Industries. After months of constantly working his butt off while fending off assassins, reforming Gotham’s slums and cleaning up some of the streets, and taking care of his nest of street kids, Danny garnered enough power to even stand close to Wayne Enterprises in terms of financial powers.
The topic of this meeting was, of course, the proposed merger of Wayne Enterprises’ Medical R&D division with Fentom Co.’s pharmaceutical department. Usually, Wayne Enterprises wouldn’t even consider such an offer, as their Medical R&D division was the most well funded and least likely to be part of a Rogue’s scheme- and therefore most beloved- department of the same nature in Gotham. However, Danny had something the other offers didn’t.
Blackmail.
His overly polite smile widened as Bruce’s mask twitched. His eyes slid over to Lucius Fox.
“It’s an honor to meet you, sir. I’ve heard much about your genius in… research and development.”
By that, Danny meant that he knew Lucius Fox helped develop Batman’s tech.
He did a lot of stalking that week. It felt rather… invasive, even if he did get a bunch of juicy secrets.
You know what they say: dead men tell no tales… but halfas are generally blabbermouths.
“Is that so? It is a pleasure to meet you as well, Mr. Fenton.” The man quickly glanced between the youngsters, accurately predicting that this might have something to do with Bruce’s active nightlife.
“Yes, it is such a pleasure to meet you.”
Wow, Danny didn’t think he’d ever heard anyone sound both so perky and dead inside at the same time, except for Susan at Gotham High’s bake sale.
Bruce wishes he could be a Susan. He’s at best a Becky.
“Will you be staying, Mr. Fox? You’re the head of the R&D department, correct?”
“Ah, yes-”
“Oh, Lucius! I think you had an appointment with the finance department right now! I heard Sally talk about it, you know!”
Lucius Fox sent an unreadable look at Bruce before rallying.
“Oh, it must have slipped my mind. My apologies, Mr. Fenton, it seems as though I can not skip this appointment.”
“That’s alright. I suppose it gives you… plausible deniability… should things go wrong, haha!” Danny allowed his smile to widen a little further than natural. Bruce tensed but Lucius Fox simply politely smiled and left the room.
Ignorance is bliss and all that, Danny amusedly thought.
As the door shut with a click, Bruce dropped the vacant Brucie smile and sighed.
“What do you want,” he gritted out. Danny wasn’t about to let that slide, not after he spent the better part of this month wrangling Bruce’s problem children.
“Ah, it must be because I’m from the Midwest, Brucie, but where I come from, we value these things called manners.”
You uneducated jerk, he doesn’t say.
Danny leaned back in his chair, loosening his smile into something relaxed and sharp.
“…” Oh, boy, Danny could just hear the other man’s blood pressure rising. “What is the purpose of your visit, Mr. Fenton?”
“Relax, Brucie,” Danny sing-songed in a non-relaxing way. “I’m just here to discuss a possible merger that I’m sure you’ll agree to, and give you a couple of updates on your… wayward bird.”
He heard Bruce take a slow, controlled breath. “Very well. Where. Would. You. Like. To. Start.”
Danny ignored the gritted out sentence. He passed a contract to Bruce, who took it like he was handling a live bomb.
“Here’s the proposal, Mr. Wayne. Please, look it over.”
He watched as Bruce looked over the contract with an eagle eye before lowering it, scrutinizing Danny.
“This is… very fair.”
Danny raised an eyebrow. Of course it was fair. Danny wasn’t interested in exploiting the Waynes, despite them being very able to afford it.
He’d brought fifty manufacturing sites for pharmaceuticals, and offered up a building where both companies could send their workers. He provided top notch security- that definitely didn’t have any talons on staff, what were they talking about?- that came from his own security division. Granted, most of them were reformed and trained goons, but hey, creating jobs can only help Gotham’s economy and help break the cycle of poverty, right? Guaranteed by the Wayne name and, most importantly, uncompromised medicine that was accessible to everyone would be a damn good start. He’d also have Penguin’s empire to distribute it to those who couldn’t make it to a clinic or a store, and there were plans in there to work with and establish contracts with Gotham’s welfare department. Well… once Danny finished replacing them with people who wouldn’t try to take a cut of the funds and actually cared about the people. He was thinking… the multitudes of poor grad students and parents that need income. He’s in the process of building childcare centers and…
It’s a good thing he managed to save money from the taxes (thank you, Gotham’s morally ambiguous tax experts that were in desperate need for clients! He could do it himself but having a team of accountants at the ready was seriously so helpful.) because ancients knows the government weren’t about to step into Gotham and help the people here. He needs so much money to pull all of this shit off and a lot of it has to be clean.
Danny inwardly sighed and marked another thing onto his to do list.
Make money laundering fronts.
“Of course, Mr. Wayne. You didn’t think I’d come in here demanding money, did you?”
“I considered it.”
“I am, in fact, trying to help Gotham. You might not agree with my methods, but I’d rather not damage Wayne Enterprises when it’s doing so much to help the people.”
Ugh, he was doing too much work. Danny just wanted to- hah- chill at home and read bed time stories to his kids.
Bruce Wayne, the specific blend between Brucie and Batman, regarded him silently. Danny felt like he went up a few notches in the respect ladder.
Nice.
“You’re a criminal.”
“Says the man in the bat-suit breaking into places and assaulting people.”
Bruce’s hands spasmed around the contract. Danny smiled at him, taking a sip of the coffee they’d prepared. Oo, nice!
“Ah, I heard you’re adopting- pardon, fostering- Tim Drake. Getting empty nest syndrome, Brucie?” He slipped back into using Bruce’s first name. The proposal was formal. This… was very much not.
“What about it?”
“That’s very kind of you. Speaking of which, well, of your birds, I was wondering if you remembered what I asked you to do.” Danny continued, not giving Bruce a chance to reply. “Didn’t I ask for you to keep your birds in line, Brucie?”
The CEO straightened even further, form filling out to be Batman’s imposing figure. “I did.”
“No, you didn’t. Do you know where your charge is, right now? No, not the formerly dead one,” Danny tilted his head, smile shrinking.
“Don’t you dare do anything to Tim. I swear, if you even lay a hand on a strand of his hair, I’ll-”
“Sit your Armani clad ass down, Bruce.” Danny snapped. “Your son’s in your office. I don’t harm children, and your assumptions are deeply insulting. Threaten me again, Bruce, and I’ll make sure you know exactly how much I know about your birds, your cousin, and the commissioner’s daughter.”
Bruce snarled but leashed his anger just enough to sit back down. He itched to go check on Tim, but leaving a threat like Phantom unwatched felt inherently wrong.
“Your other son,” Danny continued. “Is doing quite well. He’s learning that he has hobbies again. He’s actually working under me, you know.”
“He’s what.”
Oh, yeah, that tracks. It figured that Jason wouldn’t tell Bruce about anything. He’s still conflicted about his death. Danny got it.
“Ah, that’s precious information. You’ll have to offer something of equal value if you want to know. There is, on the other hand, a piece of information I’ll give you for free.”
Danny paused for the dramatic effect. It was lost on Bruce, the ultimate drama queen of this world.
“The League of Assassins are hanging around Hotham lately. It’s getting tedious, getting rid of them. I suggest talking to your old flame, you know, with words and what little communication skill you’ve got rattling around in your noggin to get them to pull back. Her interest is… unnaturally focused on Jason.”
Danny read the dark agreement swimming about Bruce’s face and inclined his head. “Should negotiations fail, rest assured that Jason will be protected.”
“…Thank you.”
“You are most welcome. Go ahead and discuss the contract with Mr. Fox, I am sure you’ll find little problems with it. Ah,” Danny stood up, fixing his suit jacket. “And you should probably check up on Timothy. He’s probably having a great time in your office, Mr. Wayne.”
“I’ll see you out.”
“Of course.”
Having Batman escorting him out should probably be more intimidating.
Danny stood in the elevator, waiting for Bruce’s contemplative silence to put itself into words.
Sure enough, “What… what kind of hobbies does Jason have now?”
“I’d tell you to ask him, but you two aren’t on speaking terms, are you? He likes books, of course, but recently, he’s found an interest in glass blowing. He made quite a bit of progress on his attempts at sun catchers.”
“I see.”
Well, Danny’s not about to step on that landmine any more than he has to.
——
“Danny.”
“Oh, hey, Jason. Sit down, we were about to have dinner.”
Jason clambered into the window. Danny sighed. He had a door, but by the way Jason never used it, it was like the door didn’t exist.
“Mind telling me why the old bastard showed up on my rooftops with a bunch of glass and glassblowing tools?”
Danny smiled. “No idea.”
“Uh huh.”
Danny placed a hand on his chest and put on his best woe-is-me expression. The teen’s face twitched in annoyance. “Doubt? At me? Why, I never!”
A bread roll thwacked him in the face.

Free Hugs
Danny feels cheated somehow. When he'd detected a ghost in Gotham, he had prepared to throw hands almost immediately, like he used to do in his hometown. Instead, he got this.
Every. Single. Time. Red Hood would not. Stop. Hugging. Him.
Danny was not aware that he was teddy bear shaped, but Red Hood seemed pretty convinced that he had to hug him on sight.

Considering writing a Dead on Main story where Danny is running a ceramics store in Gotham and Jason starts taking lessons from him because his siblings keep telling him to get a hobby
The cons of this however is that I am probably the only person who this would appeal to on concept alone and I need a constant stream of attention to survive

So, Danny gets a job as a repairman on the watchtower! He's liven his best life and being the definite human man who fixes stuff. However! Problem, he's got no chill when he reeealy needs chill to work this job, the solution? Shit talk in ghost speak! Not like anyone can hear him, it's a completely silent, ghost specific, form of psychic communication! People can in fact, hear him. Specifically the green lanterns, martian manhunter (though, he doesn't understand a word), captain marvel, and superman.
The green lantern rings are outfitted for the exact scenario that he thought protected his chill facade.
Martian manhunter could theoretically understand if he filtered it manually but he has no clue how to do that.
Captain Marvel is the champion of magic and thus knows all magic based communication methods instinctively.
Superman is annoyed as hell batman didn't tell him that he hired a sub-species of kryptonian as an engineer and is refusing to talk to him until he is on world again.

He'd moved to metropolis on a whim.
The city was big, he's earning good money via commissioned things (most people come to him for cosplay actually, who knew that knowing how to build a sci-fi gun that doesn't even work would be this wanted??) and he's got a nice apartment!
Superman and Supergirl were the active heroes, he didn't need to involve himself anymore with the world of heroes, he would continue as a civilian. It was better this way.
So how come LexLuthor, of all people, what is his luck?, sends him an invitation to LexCorp AND once declined, seemed to have created some sort of energy absorbing weapon that directly zoomed in on his immediate whenever around?
Civilian life is one thing.
Being rescued via Super for the 9th time is another.
"Hey Danny." Supergirl grins, they're floating to the side as Superman deals with Lex.
"Hey, Supergirl." Danny replies with a sigh, holding his bag.

DCXDP Prompt:
If you told Tim Drake three weeks ago that he’d be stuck in a wine barrel, floating in a random river in the Midwest, alongside an unconscious boy that could’ve been a long lost brother… he probably would’ve believed it. Things like this happened depressingly often to him. Ra’s al Ghul tendencies to clone him definitely helped.
And yet, he still found himself befuddled as that exact situation happened.
“Uh. Danny?”
No response.
Tim sighed. The guy he had just met on an undercover mission saved his life but got knocked unconscious with a green laser. What even was Tim’s life at this point?
He peered over the barrel, scanning for any sudden drops he should be concerned about. None. They were just bobbing along. Great. He didn’t even have his gear on him, or else this would’ve been solved with one single shot from his grappling hook.
Love that for him.
“Ugh. Go touch grass, Tim. You need nature, Tim.” He mocked his friends. “Fuck outa here. Yeah, I should’ve just stayed in Gotham.”
The guy stirred. Tim sighed and slapped his civilian cover on.

DC x DP Prompt *34*
Last night's patrol had been rough. Killer Croc got the jump on Tim, who won, but not without injuries. His son had a twisted ankle, bruised ribs and a wound on his back that needed stitches.
All of this meant that Bruce needed to find an excuse for Danny, who would be very confused why his brother was so hurt, when he was supposed to be sleeping at night.
Bruce stood up and made his way to Tim's room to make sure that the boy was still sleeping. To Bruce's surprise he not only found Tim, but also Danny in the bed. Both boys were deeply asleep. Danny's hand clasped Tim's wrist, his fingertips rested on the pulse point of his brother.
Unsure what that exactly meant, Bruce left. He would need to watch the development of this closely, to find out what was going on. If something was going on.
.
.
.
Dick got doused in fear gas. Danny sneaked into his room at night. His fingers are against the pulse of his oldest brother. Bruce closed the door, a light smile on his lips.
.
Stephanie got hurt in a fight against Freeze and stayed at the manor. Danny sat slumped on the floor of her room. His fingers securely against her wrist.
.
Damian got into a fight with Ivy and was still recovering from her pollen. Dick was sleeping and cuddling with his youngest brother. But someone else had cuddled close to the youngest bird. Danny was holding Damian's wrist close to his own chest.
.
Bruce was laying in bed with a broken arm after a run in with Bane. He wasn't surprised to hear his door open, or the smaller body that was crawling under his blanket. Danny's cold finger pressed against his wrist, until they found his pulse. The boy relaxed with a shuddering exhale. He pretended a little longer to be asleep, but before he could do anything else sleep pulled him under.
.
Duke ran into the Riddler. While he did solve the puzzle, he couldn't escape uninjured. He cracked a few ribs and wasn't able to hide his limp. When Duke was going to bed, Danny followed him to his room and slept beside the daytime vigilante.
.
Cass had a tough fight tonight. The court of owls was active again and while she was a skilled fighter, even she wasn't able to stay uninjured with too many enemies at once. She had a black eye and her wrist had a sprain. When Danny tried to sneak into her room, she looked at him and held her uninjured wrist in his direction. They both snuggled into her bed.
.
Alfred had an accident, while doing housework. He fell a few steps down the stairs with a laundry basket in hand. Luckily he only twisted his ankle. But when the old man woke up in the early hours of the morning, he found a black haired boy sleeping in a sitting position beside his bed. His fingers tightly around his wrist.
.
Jason had been shot. And while he tries to argue about being able to drive himself to his safe house, Alfred's disapproving gaze was enough to let him falter. But he stayed in the med Bay. When Bruce came to check on his second eldest, he found a smaller blackhead wrapped around him, his fingers pressed to the pulse point on his neck.

Short DPXDC Prompts #601
Danny hides most of his ghostly traits in Gotham and decides to throw off the GIW’s trail in a more creative fashion.
He limits to using specific ghostly powers and traits, (i.e: super speed, flight, immortality, pale white skin, glowing eyes, inhuman movements, fangs, batform(?), ghostly magic that look akin to spells, etc.) and does his best to pretend that certain items are weaknesses to him (i.e: running water, silver, garlic, holy water, or crosses).
To hide in plain sight, he pretends to be a vampire.

It began as harmless flirting. Danny and his family were in Gotham for a paranormal convention. Danny’s parents were the worlds leading ectobiologists, and he was their assistant. They had a portal to another dimension in their lab and it WORKED.
Danny and Stephanie got close really fast. Far closer than either of them had meant to. Steph, the daughter of a villian and full-time vigilante, broke it off when she realized she was pregnant. She didn’t want to burden Danny with her drama. He barely know who she was, let alone drag him down with her. She planned to give the baby up for adoption when it was born.
She was five months pregnant when she met Tim. It was love at first sight for Stephanie. She was still broken over her breakup with Danny, and the fact that she was pregnant with his daughter. Tim took all of this information in stride, and told her that he still wanted her regardless. They began to date. After all, Tim had got her on a level Danny couldn’t. He wasn’t a vigilante, and if anything, he was a budding supervillain. He wouldn’t want anything to do with their baby. She convinced herself of this.
Steph was eight months pregnant when she learned something devastating. Danny, who was 16, had been murdered by his parents. They had found that he was helping the ghosts escape their lab, and had been saving them for months. They thought he was possessed and tried to ‘save’ him, but all they did was kill him instead. Steph cried for days when she found this out.
When Danielle was born, Steph looked into her sky blue eyes—the same eyes Danny once had—and knew she couldn’t give up her daughter. Consequences be damned, she was going to raise her daughter. Tim fell in love with Danielle from the moment she was born. He wanted to be her dad, no matter how much Steph tried to tell him that he didn’t have to be. Tim signed the birth certificate and Danielle became Danielle Drake-Wayne. Meanwhile, Danny woke up in the morgue with no memories and ghost powers.
Or, an au where Dani isn’t a clone. Danny didn’t have a portal accident. He was murdered by his parents and revived due to being liminal. As a new half-ghost.

DPxDC Prompt
Danny rarely eats around the Justice league, usually eats before his shift or afterwards. One day during an Luthor emergency Danny is forced to head in early without breakfast which makes him more irritable, he phases Lex right out of his mech suit and rips the kryptonite right out of his grasp.
Flash zips up to Danny as Batman cuff Luthor and asks if he's feeling alright, Danny grumbles that he is starving and that he missed breakfast before eating the Kryptonite right in front of the Justice League. To say they are shocked is an understatement, unfortunately Danny excuses himself before they can get an explanation.
Later when working with the Bats they are caught in an investigation of the League of Assassins, forced to engage they inadvertently discover a new Lazarus pit and Danny immediately disengages with the assassins as he flies to the pit with a shriek of excitement. Before Batman can stop him, Batman along with a whole room of assassins are struck dumb by as Danny leans over the pit and starts DRINKING IT.
Batman is struggling to find a connection between the Lazarus pits and Kryptonite as he is updating Danny's profile at the Watchtower. Not a lot is known about Danny's species, most of the knowledge is kept to the Ecto-entities themselves and even more so after the Anti-ecto acts.(even thought they have been repealed)
He steps away from the profile closing down the Watchtower computer to get more info from the source. He finds Danny in the gym with a Green Lantern in a mock battle, Lantern constructs seem to be the only thing the Justice League has to combat Danny's phasing ability which is both frustrating and relieving to know, standing to the side he watches Danny get grabbed by a hand shaped construct of Green Lantern energy.
Danny struggles for a bit before grabbing the construct by his teeth and TAKING A BITE OUT OF IT! Danny pauses along with the Green Lantern, both shocked but for different reasons, Danny lights up exclaiming "That's good!?" before ravenously going after the construct as Green Lantern shrieks and recalls the construct, only to get tackled by Danny who demands more.
Flash cackles "You should have known this would happen! Phantom can eat anything green and glowing!"
Batman freezes, that can't be it, but as he considers that facts he finds they re the only variables that all three things have in common…
Danny eats the color green.
