I re-blogged this (the first time) in 2014. Today, I tried half a dozen times to re-blog it, and it wouldn’t work. So, I saved the images and re-posted it. I hope it helps make life a little easier. :-)   The original post is by iraffiruse.

In your Shooting Stars au will they fix Glamrock Foxy?
I'm not sure what happened to him in the original game but I'm like 75% sure he just got decommissioned because he was either too scary or the kids got bored of him.
Hello @sillyandquest! That’s a really good question-and one I have a definite answer to 😃 so some spoilers for my 4th installment (I’m brainstorming at the moment!) of the au Glamrock Foxy will get fixed. Despite the circumstances he’s still a long time friend of the main cast (Freddy, Bonnie and Chica) and it’d be an outrage not to properly fix and upgrade him! I head canon that at first kids weren’t afraid of him; he’s a pirate after all and a fun animal at that. Foxes are believed to be mischievous, cunning and playful by nature and that’s exactly how Foxy is. Even with the Glamrock glamour he was very popular with the kids and he was the wild and free type-kids would flock to his area and play pirates with him on his ship and search for buried/hidden treasures with the fox (I imagine he’d give out pirate themed prizes to the children for winning a game or they’d be treated to some fine booty upon finding one of his treasure chests he’d hide around his cove). I don’t think there was ever a dull moment with him to be honest-he’s always been a fan favorite because he’s spontaneous and always spices things up.
Though, the problem is that Foxy can be wreckless and had a higher rate of getting damaged and worn down because of the amount of playing, jumping, lunging and etc he’d do to entertain the kids. Kids would hang off of him a lot and as you know kids tend to be very rough and grabby so he of course had to be repaired more often than any of the other glams. That also caused kids to be scared when seeing him damaged because to them, he (like the other glams) are very much alive to the children and to see his endoskeleton or innards would freak them out. It’s like if a child saw a mangled (eh ehhh?) corpse, they’d be terrified. Another reason is because I also head canon the animatronics to act animalistic at times-much like the animals they represent. For instance, Chica bawks like a chicken and scrounges around in trash that she knocks onto the floor much like a chicken scratching the ground to dig up food. Roxy has excellent hearing and sight like a real wolf does and she lunges like a hungry predator. Monty hisses, growls and lashes out like an aggravated gator. Bonnie I imagine is always alert and listening, ears twitching and moving towards sounds that catch his ear-and can even hop around (very high I might add) like a rabbit-and despite himself tends to bolt whenever Roxy or Monty makes sudden movements or jumps out at him. Like a startled bunny would (something he’d get embarrassed about) though he never flees from Freddy. Freddy is in every way a cuddly teddy bear. He’s more restrained when showing more primal behavior (I imagine the company wanted to make them appear as life like as possible and thought that making them behave like the animals they represent would be more appealing to children. Kinda like being near exactly like humans but a few hairs off so to speak.) he is more concerned about scaring the children more than anything but he is very capable of lashing out and showing aggression whenever Gregory (or any other child) is in danger. He can growl and even roar (obviously not doing so not to scare the kids) and is a lot stronger than he lets on. He shows the upmost gentleness towards the kids and Gregory especially. He’s a teddy you don’t want to tick off.
That being said Foxy had tendencies to be a bit...destructive-not in the exact way as Monty where the gators destruction was out of anger and aggravation. Foxy (in my mind based on past games representation) is more hyper and tends to have a lot of pent up energy to burn than the others besides Bonnie who I believe is just as fast and can keep up with him (the two would burn off their charges by racing each other around the plaza and competing against one another for kicks). Real life Foxes in captivity do a lot of scratching, digging and tearing up or chewing things out of boredom and Foxy would be no different during after hours when all the children had left the building. If he isn’t having zoomies with Bonnie around the mall or keeping himself entertained he’d get bored pretty quickly and that’d lead to him being destructive because of it. Which of course would cause him to be scolded and punished quite often for wrecking up his cove or causing a ruckus with the service bots. That and he’d tend to chase Bonnie and Chica around a lot XD (him being a natural predator to the two) though he’d never harm them. They’d make a game out of it.
But because he’s so fast and has the instinct to give chase he sometimes did scare little kids that didn’t know his intentions. Again he’d never hurt a child and Freddy or Bonnie always intercepted to make sure nothing wrong would happen but Foxy was more favored to older children than the younger ones because of that. Once he’d get fixed though Gregory would spend a lot of time with him and the two would become thick as thieves. Throw Bonnie into the mix and there would be a lot of mischievous and devious pranks and hijinks.
I could say more but I’ll leave it at that for now, if you’d like to hear more throw me another ask Superstar!

I wonder, what does the pizza at the megaplex taste like? I know there were clues they recycled most of it. Chica seems to like it but that’s because it’s chica she’s programmed that way. Freddy doesn’t need food so he doesn’t eat it. Not sure about Roxy and Monty tho.
Hey @blueinvader ! Hmm that’s a good question-probably not so great considering they probably did recycle the pizza and used ‘not real meat’ as a topping besides pepperoni. Chica would literally eat anything that’s remotely considered food or edible again because of her programming and how she always was about eating and related activities (baking with the cupcake etc). Technically all of them don’t need food to function, it’s more like whether they want to because they were playing with a child and pretended to eat to put up a facade that they ‘could’ or that they were alive. Monty would play along for kids to like him more and Chicka would cause she literally just loves to eat. Roxy would be self conscious of looking messy or gross so she’d pass either way-she wouldn’t like people watching her eat even if she could. And like you said Freddy wouldn’t feel the need to because he knows he doesn’t need to.
However, if Freddy could he’d probably really like a hamburger n cheese pizza (with American cheese, tomato sauce, hamburger and onions) or a steak n cheese style pizza (I figure freddy is the type of guy to like fusions of flavors and foods). Chica likes everything and anything I doubt she’d dislike anything since she literally binges through garbage XD but if I had to choose for her pepperoni is an all time classic she’d enjoy. Uhhh Monty would probably like Hawaiian style or a shrimp/char boiled clam pizza (I’m thinking more southern is his style) which he’d defend tooth and nail and insist that it’s delicious while going aggro because the others tease him about it. Roxanne is a wolf (literally and figuratively speaking) so she’d probably favor the meat lovers pizza (with REAL meat not fake) but eat it in private or take her time not to scarf it all down because heck she could eat an entire pizza by herself-and make Chica proud. Bonnie would love the all veggie pizza on the flip side (though he wouldn’t be opposed to eating meat) with a white sauce. Gregory wouldn’t be picky (all things considered) but he would generally like the same thing Freddy does-like father like son you know? Haha but he’d probably really like taco pizzas if I had to guess something specific (cause who don’t like tacos c’mon).
Uhh for fun if I had to guess for Sun he’d like cheese with extra cheese cause he’s silly and would love the pull of stringy cheese and would love to make kids laugh while he gets all messy with them. Moon would probably be that person to like mushrooms and olives and a bit of everything since you’d get a taste of all the things you like about pizza without the stress of deciding on one.
In my au verse the food would actually get surprisingly tastier-at first before Gregory the company had spent more money on the actual mall than the quality of its food or products, but after the big boom in customers after the whole our robots are actually alive reveal and Gregory becoming a bigger part of the performers lives things gradually got better. You can’t sacrifice quality for the sake of quantity (money wise), it won’t matter how fancy the place is if there isn’t a reason for people to want to come back-making better tasting food and merchandise will benefit the megaplex in the long run than in the moment. So with Gregory being a taste tester and walking advertisement the popularity and profit for Fazbear entertainment would skyrocket!

Sometimes, it isn’t Gregory sneaking into Freddy’s room in the middle of the night for comfort after a nightmare-but rather Freddy sneaking into the boys room just to reassure himself that his child is in fact okay and soundly sleeping. Sometimes, it’s Freddy that creeps in and sits by the boy’s bed just to stare at him and rest his eyes after a terrifying memory forces him out of a peaceful rest.
(the closest thing to actually sleeping for the animatronics is a recharge mode-a new modification implemented that allows them to better hold a charge-in a way it’s like going idle. They ‘sleep’ at will or whenever their power gets too low /as an added notification alert/ it’s pretty useful for keeping the glams in check and not roaming around as much during the night)
He’d stir at the sound of Gregory yawning and the brush of the boy’s foot on his chest as he stretches out on his bed-rubbing the sleep from his eyes the moment he’s sat up. Though, as Freddy greets his son to a brand new day Gregory smiles-never questioning how long the bear had been there.

Imagine if Freddy went through something really traumatising (like being hacked by Glitchtrap and forced to hurt his friends, Vanessa and Gregory or snapping from anger accidently hurting someone for example). How do you think the gang will help him through it?
Welcome back! Hmm i think Freddy has already dealt with a lot of traumatizing things already; he’s suffered at the hands of being hacked into and losing control over his body-that in itself has left the uneasy, unsettling fear that despite how strong his will power is he has the capability to harm others without wanting to. That would always haunt him. Always make him cautious of his actions and always in the back of his mind worry about the damage that can be done even of his conscious will. Freddy (and Bonnie imo) is the most sentient of all the animatronics, don’t get me wrong they are all very much alive but Freddy (an Bon) is more advanced or maybe he’s just more aware than everyone else and with his personality he’s just a very caring and head strong person. All the glamrocks would have their own worries and insecurities, would have to be careful around their guests especially really young kids-they may have the safety protocols to know not to cause harm but that’s not the same as understanding their own strength and how much of it to use when interacting with humans who are much more fragile than they are. And it’s hard-I imagine they went through a lot of physical training to understand how powerful they really are and what forces are safe and destructive. Children want to touch and grab and be all over them, that’s how kids are. Freddy would always be careful and watchful of himself and the others because he would genuinely understand what they are capable of (especially what happened with the Vanny and Afton situation) so there would always be the inkling terror that creeps in the back of his mind.
If you want traumatizing let’s talk about my au Freddy! Gather around children there is an endless well of trauma in that mind of his. He is haunted by the horrors that dwelled beneath the plaza, not just the abandoned old restaurant location and the battle with Burntrap (cause being hacked into against his will is practically a form of figurative mind r@pe and we do not stan that shit in my house) especially since my Freddy is the reincarnated Michael Afton whose soul possessed the animatronic body and dwells within his shiny new frame. He has a shit ton of trauma from what he himself had done in the past and everything William did along with the deaths of his mother and siblings weighing him down and all the years of his life he never lived because he was hellbent on righting the wrongs of his father. He has a pretty big long list of traumatizing things he’s witnessed/experienced including his own death (being scooped alive and being a flesh suit for Enard that mind you had the soul of his sister attached to it ughhh it gives him nightmares) and then having to worry about losing himself to his father’s twisted mind control and ultimately being terrified he’ll become just like him and struggles with himself a lot because of his fears and insecurities. He used to be a huge jerk and although he’s grown so much and became an entirely different person altogether he is very hard on himself and criticizes himself constantly.
Because of all this trauma Freddy isn’t perfect despite his programming (none of the glams are either but that’s what makes them alive-they make mistakes, they give into the emotions that they are capable of feeling etc.) he is very much human in his body of metal and wires. Freddy isn’t one to lose his temper-he’s very patient and empathetic of others and even with the constant prodding and pushing of eager children he remains calm. That isn’t to say said patience can’t run out because even he has his limits (though it takes a lot to really cross the line for him). And with his past traumas sometimes all the attention and high expectations become too much for him and behind closed doors (he tries very hard not to ever let himself slip in front of the kids especially Gregory) he panics and snaps-sometimes the unfortunate victim being a worker or even his friends (again very rare) but immediately apologizes repeatedly because he truly does regret it the second he realizes what he’s done and he ends up reverting back into himself and the only people capable of bringing him out of it is Bonnie and Gregory. And the rabbit instantly has to reassure and comfort Freddy while pulling him out of the self deprecating headspace he often dwells in when he’s alone or something goes terribly wrong.
His friends would understand for the most part. Bonnie and Roxy would get him the most-Bonnie knowing about his past and knowing him better than anyone else. Roxanne would understand the emotional and mental aspect of his issues because she herself has problems with her self esteem and has anxiety and conflicted doubts directed at herself. Both of them would just get Freddy and would be able to handle him during his panic attacks; Bonnie being emotionally supportive while Roxy shoulders his bitterness-she can handle it (she’s the only other animatronic besides Bon that can face Freddy and not be shot down) her own issues are so powerful that nothing Freddy can throw at her is enough to push her away. And her tough hardcore outlook on things would really help him-she’s the tough girl, Bonnie is the more sensible one. He lets Freddy talk it out and is a shoulder for him to cry on.
Chica is also supportive as a caring and thoughtful friend-she is always ready to listen and tries her best to cheer Freddy up wherever he’s feeling down or having a bad day. She pumps him up, gets him to stop moping and work off those bad feelings. She’s definitely the friend that will talk shit and back you up over the problems you have while you both pork out on tubs of ice cream. Chica has Freddy’s well being in mind and always does her best to make his dreary day a whole lot brighter and she would cling to him and pull him out of his funk and get him to jam out with her until he no longer feels bummed.
Vanessa would be open to listen to whatever is bothering him though she’d be more reserved and listen more than talk. She’d be a buoy in the clashing sea of his emotions-remaining stern through the waves and not budge even when he’s at his worst. She’d get that sometimes the best thing you can do for someone is to just be there and let them express themselves. Freddy would appreciate that about her, that she can listen and also doesn’t hold back her opinions and punches. She’s direct, she’s straightforward and that steadies the bear-makes him feel like there is some control even though he’s not the one that has it.
Monty, well once things have generally settled between them (they wouldn’t become buddies straight away but they’d act civil around the other glams and their human companions) he’d be the last person that either of them would want to talk about conflicted feelings-the Gator isn’t good at the whole understanding your feelings thing and wouldn’t know how to handle a mentally breaking down Freddy-all he knows how to be is angry and destructive. Or at least that was all he knew how to be until Gregory had helped him to break free of his vicious cycle. Apart of him would revel in Freddy’s agony-would want him to feel as horrible as he himself had felt but he isn’t heartless. He’d realize how wrong that was and those thoughts would unsettle him and out of regret he’d try his best to help. He’d be honest with Freddy, that he doesn’t know what to say to make things better-he’s not supportive like Bonnie or cheerful like Chica...even Roxy has a better understanding than he does and she’s as hardcore as him. But his honesty would be what Freddy had always wanted from Monty and that’d be enough.
As for Gregory, our sweet boy. He’d calm Freddy down in an instant and words wouldn’t have to be said. Just a hug from the boy would he enough to melt away the Bears whirlwind of feelings. Gregory is just a kid, a matured one but still a child nonetheless and although there would be a lot of deep emotional trauma and stuff too dark for him to be subjected to or even be able to understand that wouldn’t stop him from telling Freddy how much he cares about him, that Freddy is doing his best and that to the boy he is the best. Freddy would find himself weak kneed and be sitting on his legs just hugging Gregory for a long while. Freddy wouldn’t need him to understand the trauma left behind from his past, he’d find comfort in being brought back to the present to the unconditional love and acceptance of his family and child. That’s really all Freddy needs anyways.
And Freddy would beat himself up every day if he ever harmed any of them (even Monty because somewhere a long the line they have only each other to lean on and everyone deserves to be cared about) he would be haunted by what ifs and could’ve beens but as long as they all stick together he’d remember that he doesn’t have to face himself or any challenge alone. He’d learn from his mistakes and make up for them in any way he can while continuing to keep moving forward.
Anyways that’s enough out of me, Rock on Superstars!

“Really Freddy, again?!” Vanessa face palming and contemplating why she’s even surprised at this point-debating on whether or not they should even try to fix the door because he’s probably going to do it again. She’d find the bear lounging on the couch with Gregory passed out on his lap (Freddy gently stroking the boy’s hair back) and Bonnie practically making her jump out of her skin as he pops up beside her and snickers. “I’ll fix it this time. Don’t worry about it.” He knows Freddy is the biggest worrywort to ever exist. Can’t help it poor guy.
Freddy hearing Gregory cry out in pain thunderstomps over to where his voice echoed from and literally rips his door off its hinges- (he’s done it so many times and Vanessa keeps scolding him to just open it like a normal person but always ends up making him repair it afterwards) rushing down the bedroom hallway and instantly down the stairs where he sees Gregory at the bottom- calling out with a worried “Superstar!” while the boy sits curled up rubbing his lower back. His face scrunched up with a sour frown.
“What happened? Are you alright?” Papa bear would ask as he carefully maneuvers himself around the child and kneels down beside him-large paws gently brushing him off and checking for any scuffs, bumps or bruises. (He’d give him a quick internal scan just to be sure) Gregory groaning softly or a moment just pulling himself together after just barely catching himself enough not to land on his face. “I went too fast and slipped..” An embarrassed expression falls on the boy’s face at Freddy’s stern one. “-I know I shouldn’t have! I’m okay, just..back stings a little..” The bears expression softens as it always does for Gregory; he can’t stay serious with him for too long. He’d gently have him lean forward and pull up his shirt to see a rather large scrape and proceed to fuss over his boy and insist they get him cleaned up (scooping the child up into his arms and using the incident as an excuse to not put him down) where he’d disinfect the wound and cover him in xtra large bandaids.
Freddy would have some serious trust issues regarding his son and stairs for a long, long while after that.

@blueinvader and @peaches-in-a-pancake I agree with both of what you’re saying! And Skipper there’s a whole lot that can be Sid right now but I’ll start off with how I do love the game; I myself have only watched playthroughs so I’m not knowledgeable of all the bugs and mistakes (only the ones found by the youtubers I’ve watched) but I do love the overall look and feel of Security Breach. I like that the animatronics are sentient and do have personality and feelings (though I would have liked to see more from all of them). Freddy and Gregory’s interactions and growing familiar relationship (started off like friends but totally gave the fazdad and cub vibes by the end of it fight me opposers) were and still are the highlight and the best part of the game. I want to see more interactions between them I want to see freddy being more actively protective and be like the Watson to Gregory’s Holmes with their investigation of the entire PizzaPlex. I want more involvement of Freddy and more interactions of the other animatronics and their relationship with Freddy as well. I want more character building that I think a pacifist route would be the best way to give that to the players.
I want to have the ability to save them not destroy them. Get to know the characters better and also find/save (make it happen Steel Wool give us what we fucking want) Bonnie. To me it’d make the most sense that if he were around we would have the two original mascots of the company protecting us. Bonnie and Freddy could take turns protecting Gregory from harm-and I would love to see that happen! Even a dlc with maybe a whole pregame story (this is in regards to Dawkos Bonnie video which I agree 100% with please go watch it it’s really good!) where we play as a different kid being protected by Bonnie who may have been able to see Vanny and realized the children were going missing-he might have tried to save a child like Gregory but ultimately paid the price in his attempt to do so. Maybe we could even play as Bonnie himself trying to find out why this strange bunny lady is luring away kids...being the only one (besides Roxy) to see her and be suspicious since no one else seems to notice and it’s pretty awful. I’d like to think he has the same heightened sentience as Freddy, the two were obviously very close based off the comment made by Freddy in Bonnie Bowl and also because they have a long history of being the very two main characters of the entire franchise. It’d be nice if Steel Wool went further into Bonnie’s story and I hope they’ll consider it. S
I also agree that the boss fight with Afton could have been more spectacular; I did think him trying to hack into Freddy was interesting and would have liked to see Gregory have more of a part of helping distract Burntrap or fight off his control over Freddy. I would have liked a more interactive boss fight before leading to his (hopeful) demise. And I would have liked a real boss battle with Vanny as well (not just being in an ending) because I feel she could have been a bigger threat and she should have been. I would have liked her to skip around with her knife and take swipes at you if you weren’t running fast enough, I would like to see her set out traps in order to try and catch you and I would like if she could be the only villain capable of pulling you out of a vent (if you were by the opening staring out) and maybe like mini music man chase after you in the vents or race you to the end of it to try and catch you. It’d be interesting if she would also lock them up in various places to make it harder for you to get get through (having to unscrew them with the screwdriver) and buying any enemies time to catch up to you. I would also like if she would send the animatronics out after you through the cameras. I’d really like to see her be a bigger threat overall.
I’d also like to have dlc showing where the kids have turned up, where did they go? It’s hinted that they were taken and killed but where did their bodies go? This is supposed to be a scary game and I’d really like it if the direction of this game would go darker and more mature.i get they are trying to appeal to a large audience of different ages but I think that the future of fnaf in general is for an older audience. No holding back punches, were talking about children being kidnapped and murdered. Stop trying to baby it up. There is death, despair and horrible atrocities buried in the darkest depths of this franchise and I want to see that being uncovered.
Definitely would like a bigger explanation of the lore like that sister location room as well as the table of robots dressed as the Aftofamily. I want to see more and understand the significance.
And I also really want a pacifist route like I know I said that already but c’mon! There is so much more potential. Even if it became a dlc or an entirely different take being in the form of a second game where Gregory and Freddy go back (based on the Afton end, technically despite his physical body meeting it’s end his digital likeness would still exist and that’d mean Vanessa was still being controlled by him and still doing his work.) to free his friends (who would be repaired by then) and Vanessa once and for all. Maybe find a broken Bonnie in the process and help put him back together so they can put an end to it.
There’s so much more I could say but imma leave it there! Rock on Superstars!
It breaks my heart to see so many people hate the game like yeah it has a lot of cut content bugs and other issues. Hell even I have complaints like I feel time should progress slower and not just advance when you get a quest done. There should have been more Freddy as in he follows you everywhere. He should also actively protect you like if you’re being chased by Monty Freddy should step in and try to intervene as you find a place to hide. I noticed he just stands there as you get jump scared. Vanny should have been a bigger threat then she was like give her back her knife! Make the upgrades and decommissioning of the animatronics optional. You know how undertake had a pacifist route? Kinda like that. Make the final showdown with afton more epic like a mecha fight! The point I am trying to make before my adhd brain decided to type all this out is I still like the game because of Freddy and Gregory. They worth it flaws and all. @peaches-in-a-pancake @fell-into-silence if you both want to comment or add anything to this you are welcome to. Peace out superstars :)

Imagine an alien sharing a cool human fact they just learned like ”hey guys did you know that the silvery markings on humans actually aren’t true stripes? They’re called stretch marks, they happen when the human is growing fast enough to actually outgrow their skin, which is apparently something that just fucking happens to almost all of them at some point of their life.”
and another one is like ”wait so you’re saying humans don’t have stripes.”
”actually they do, but the stripes are invisible. There’s genetic code that’d give them stripes but they’re just the same colour as the rest of the skin. So the visible stripes are not real stripes and the real stripes are invisible.”
”I swear if you tell me one more weird human thing today I’m beating your ass.”
