Dude tell someone there or find a new LGS. That is very much not normal. If you bully someone over liking a character you have bigger problems than just being a Jater (Jace hater). I have run into a lot of people that hate Jace and we just kind of have a laugh over it because no one should be taking card game lore that seriously. I have also run into someone who no joke waifued my least favorite character that I wish would die in canon and instead of being a dick about it I just complimented the guy on how cool all of the art he had was because I can relate to really liking a character that much and I am capable of acting like a reasonable adult when faced with a person who likes something that I don't and isn't hurting anyone.

Like it isn't the fact that they hate Jace, these people are just assholes and I recommend finding better people to play with if you can.

bro i'm being so fucking serious about how omnipresent jace hate is like. the reason i stopped going to my LGS is because i constantly got bullied for being a jace fan. i've been told "nice sleeves, dork" for having jace art sleeves on my deck. i've had my opponent tell me "jace fucking sucks i hope he dies lol" at prerelease. then the guy sitting next to him who nobody was even talking to started going off about how much he hates jace too. i get anonymous asks on tumblr from people telling me they think jace sucks and hes a loser weekly (the rate has slowed down because it used to be every few days). and comments saying the same thing pretty much every time i make a post about jace. and i have to see popular mtg youtubers saying shit about how much they hate jace and their audience thinks its funny to copy them. guys it's fucking exhausting and this is why i try so hard to put some respect on jace's name

Sorry but putting commissions on pause

I have decided that I am not going to do more commissions after all because I am too stressed out. Without going into details, a lot of not so great things have happened to me in the past few months. My mental health has taken a huge hit from this. I will open up requests again since they are less stressful for me when I'm ready, but it might be a while. I would be open to doing commissions in the future maybe, but now is not a good time to do it. But the good news is that requests/headcanons are still free and I will be opening up longer ones again when I have recovered a little bit more.

Nothing will dispell the "the curtains were just blue" myth faster than writing something yourself, because the amount of pretentious symbolism i am putting in my silly little fanfics is ridiculous. I mean SO much with these words, literally every single one of them. This fic has twenty five typos and zero correct uses of punctuation but if there's curtains you bet your ass I put thought into what colour they were.
