I don't trust any health professionals who don't believe premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is real. The amount torment i go through having to deal with that disorder makes me want to throttle them. The fact that I have to actively fight not committing suicide every time my period comes around is something that should tell this shit is no joke! That's not fucking normal!

Wish premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) was spoken about more bc that shit is a real demon. I can tell my period is coming now because of physical symptoms and the increase of suicidal thoughts/irritability/feelings of worthlessness and a bunch of other symptoms that come with that disorder. I don't track period, my increased suicidal thoughts tell me when it's happening lol
