This might be a super late reply but yes, there are some sources that implied Levi did love Erwin.

Erwin & Levi’s Special Story

Erwin: Tell me, what do you think, now that you’ve met with him again? With Eren.

Levi: Could be worse. The scout regiment is probably the only place that would take in a monster like him, anyway.

Erwin: Ha ha. So he’s a monster now? Is it simply because of this titan power of his?

Levi: No, it’s the man himself, the way he looks at the world. We’ll be fine as long as what the Scouts are striving for and what he’s looking for coincide. But as soon as the two deviate, it’ll be too late to stop him.

Erwin: So he’s a monster because he submits to nothing, and follows only his own will, then?

Levi: Exactly. But that also means he’s not hiding anything either. We can put our faith in at least that much. If nothing else, we can be sure of one thing: He wants little else than to kill those Titans.

Erwin: And that’s all we need from him right now. As long as we can put our faith in that drive of his, that’s good enough. In and of itself, that’s right in line with what we’re trying to do here in the Scout Regiment.

Levi: I’ll try and break him in and make sure he doesn’t decide to turn and bite the hand that feeds him.

Erwin: I’d expect nothing less. I take it the attack five years ago was what did this to him? What drove him to be this monster you see in him today?

Levi: It’s what his paperwork would suggest.

Erwin: I wonder what sort of boy he must have been like before this all happened.

Levi: Your guess is as good as mine.

Erwin: Do you remember that day? When we left Shiganshina on the day of the attack?

Levi: Of course.

Erwin: The people always complained that our regiment was a waste of tax money, but that day they spoke much more kindly. Eren might have been among them that day, looking up at us there.

Levi: And so what if he was? He’ll never be the kid he was before that day ever again.

Erwin: I suppose not.

Levi: Should you really be wasting your time thinking about bygone days, with the tribunal just moments away?

Erwin: Trust me. I haven’t forgotten. Time to get preparations underway. Preparations to welcome Eren into the Scout Regiment, of course.

FINALLY! I know it’s so late that Eruri week already ended…but i’m gonna tag it anyway just in case.

This is Eruri Week Day 1: Roommates

This is the only drawing i’m gonna make for the propmpts for Eruri Week. I’m in exams in University and that’s why i’m being so busy but i’m happy with the results of this drawing. I love Eruri, i love Erwin and Levi, and taking my time to portray their calm mornings fills my heart <3 I wanted to add a little “Easter Egg”? Well, the lavender flowers, reminds me of the Lavender soap Erwin uses in Dresden (Hedera Helix’s fanfic).

Halloooo! So I was curious, how or what do you think Levi or Erwin would say when the confess (Setting takes place in the Attack on Titan world and both of them are still alive)?Who would confess first? What dialogue would you give them and how would the other respond?

Halloo!! Actually I was quite inspired by this, so I decided to write a short story!! (also cuz I love writing lol) Read to find out what happens XD

Bright light spilled from underneath the door, indicating the room was occupied. That was the only confirmation Levi needed. He walked right in without knocking, knowing all too well who was inside. It was their room after all.

Everything inside the room was exactly the same. The spotlessly clean floor, the velvet curtains, the candlelight casting orange and yellow hues on the wooden table, and even the figure bent over a pile of books. The only difference was the fluttering feeling in his stomach and his heart, which was thumping rather loudly in the silence.

“Erwin,” said Levi, more stiffly than he intended.

The blonde man looked up, his piercing blue eyes meeting the silvery gray. A warm smile spread across his face.

“Levi! I didn’t expect you to be back so soon,” said Erwin.

Levi shrugged, but didn’t say anything.

“Tea?” offered Erwin.

Levi glanced at the teacups prepared neatly and wisps of smoke escaping from the warm teapot. It was so Erwin, something only he would do. His gaze softened.

“In a bit,” he said.

Erwin was still gazing at him patiently, never breaking the eye contact between them. It was only then Levi realized he was holding his breath.

Such simple words, yet they carried so much meaning. The sentence would just not form.

“Erwin... I ...” he didn’t get the chance to finish.

With a creak of a chair against the wooden floor, Erwin pulled him tightly towards him and Levi froze for a second before melting into the embrace. Warm lips crashed against his and he closed his eyes as Erwin whispered in his ear.

“Levi, you have no idea how much I love you.”

A smile tugged on the corner of his mouth and he murmured back.

“I love you too, asshole.”

Then Erwin’s fingers sifted through his hair, tilting his head back as he leaned in for a second kiss.

(A coincidence they were planning to confess to each other on the same day?? )

I like when people compare Levi with a black cat xd i thought that if he wanted a hug he’d be all nervous and can’t ask for it so he just stare at Erwin intensely til’ the man gets de idea. But Erwin’s a tough one when he’s doing his paperwork.
