8/11/2022 UPDATE: ALL BUNDLES DELIVERED!

We're VERY happy to report that ALL physical bundles have officially arrived safe and sound, and ALL digital PDFs and merch have also been sent out! So what's next for the project?

Now that we know there's no need for replacement shipments, we can move forward with leftover sales! We need to get a proper count of A and B grade items and update our shop accordingly, as well as order some more shipping supplies. But this means the shop can re-open very soon!

Leftover sales will last approximately one month, or until products are completely sold out. Keep in mind, there are very minimal quantities of all products, so if you're interested, you'll want to order sooner rather than later.

Once leftovers end, we will of course send out those shipments next. Once we know everything has arrived safely, the last thing to do is handle finances. As a 50/50 project, we will ensure half of our final profit goes to our chosen charity, and the other half to contributors.

Once the money has been fully dispersed, that will officially mark the end of the project. There will not be a second edition of this zine, so once again, if you're interested in leftover sales, you don't want to wait. Stay tuned for when we'll be opening the shop again!

PRODUCTION UPDATE 6/17/2022

Hello everyone and thank you for your continued patience while we settled some issues regarding the zine proof. First thing's first, we're here to let you know that we've officially placed our final order for zines! Keep reading below for more info.

For transparency's sake, we want to let you know that the zine proof did, in fact, arrive later than expected, which was one major cause for the delay. Additionally, the zine arrived with a printing error that needed to be corrected before we could place our final order.

That said, with the order now placed and the anticipated arrival being July 1st, we expect this to not be the case. Due to labor and paper shortages, and given that our single zine proof arrived late, we expect our full order will take longer to arrive.

Rest assured, we will notify you all as soon as we have a properly updated shipping/delivery date once we have it. This is the last hurdle, as once zines arrive, Mod Savvy will have all orders shipped out within the week!

PRODUCTION UPDATE 5/21/2022

Hey everyone! We're finally back with an important announcement regarding the zine! Be sure to read below the cut, so you know where we're at with production!

Good news first: The formatting for the zine is complete, and all contributors have had a chance to look over the pdf to check for any errors. The file was sent to our printer for proofing, and while our digital proof checked all boxes, we are still waiting for the hardcopy proof.

On to the unfortunate news: The hardcopy proof was meant to arrive with Mod Savvy on 5/26, but our printer has informed us of an "unexpected delay", causing the proof to now arrive on 6/1 instead. Normally this wouldn't be too severe of a delay, however...

Mod Savvy will be out of state until 6/7 and will not be able to look over the hardcopy proof when it arrives. As soon as they get home, they will be able to check for any errors in the proof and either fix them, or put in the order for the remaining zines.

The entire mod team would like to apologize for how long you've all been waiting for progress and updates. We hope you understand that some delays are beyond our control, but we are doing our best to get things moving as quickly as we can. Thank you for your continued patience.

PRODUCTION UPDATE 4/22/2022

Hey everyone! We're back with another production update, and hopefully one of our last before shipping begins! Be sure to read through the whole post under the cut to see the newest update regarding the production of the zine.

First and foremost, all of our merch has officially arrived! Check out how cute the charms and pins turned out! They're so much better in person that we could've imagined. AND these all came completely defect free!

Our die-cut stickers and sticker sheets also arrive, looking so smooth and glossy and ready to go wherever you love to put stickers! Laptops, notebooks, water bottles, you name it! These also arrived defect free!

Lastly, we have our buttons! While they look unbelievably adorable, we do have to let you know we unfortunately received a high amount of defects for this item. Luckily, after thorough inspection of each button, we DO have enough A-grade buttons to cover all customer orders.

In regard to the buttons ONLY, please keep in mind that if we hold leftover sales, it's likely only B-grade options will be left. And any orders that need to be replaced will also need to be replaced with a B-grade button. All other merch will be available as A-grade.

Lastly, what you're all waiting to hear: Formatting for the zine has hit a small delay but is still currently still being worked on with great care. We hope to have it completed very soon so that we can approve a soft proof before ordering.

That's all we have for now. The next update you'll hear from us will be regarding the zine itself, and we hope to update you all on that very, very soon. We're nearly ready to begin shipping and we hope you're all excited as we are!
