The Tritons are a worldwide, powerful family. Made of seven daughters and their father, they’re large and in charge. 

Ariel is the youngest daughter, and most rebellious. She doesn’t want to follow in the family business, she wants to be free to explore. Which she can’t do now that the virus is plaguing the world. 

After being bitten, she was taken out to live in the wasteland, and out there she’s found a home in an old family manor. 

She rescued Eric from a pack of Lost infected, and the two have been close since.

Atta’s mother was hit by the plague, and she was forced to abandon her to take her sister into the Sanctuary. She still sometimes ventures into the wasteland to meet with her mother at the wasteland’s zombie circus.

Jenny’s parents travelled a lot for work, and when the virus hit, they were landlocked across the ocean from her. She’s now in the care of Winston, a family friend, and her cousin Georgette.

Formerly the artsy type, Jenny has now undergone hunters training, in order to protect herself and those she cares about.

Her best friends are members of the local thieving family, the Fagins. They saved her once from a mugging, and have been close ever since. 

The mugging, as she and Oliver tell it, was actually an assault from Roscoe and DeSoto, looking for retaliation after Oliver wounded DeSoto a few days prior.

DeSoto Sykes — Enemy — She loathes the whole Sykes family, but DeSoto in particular for always picking on Oliver.

Nani’s father died when she was five, and her mother remarried when she was eight to the father of her younger sister. She did everything in her power to make sure Lilo never felt like she was less than her baby sister, even going as far as taking her stepfather’s last name.

When their parents died during an unfortunate monsoon, Nani became Lilo’s guardian and raised her, hoping to raise her like their mother would want.

Lilo became secretive and aloof, Nani beginning to think she’d started doing something wrong. She was worried up until she found Lilo hiding another person in their home. After hearing Julian’s story, Nani let him stay under the condition that he never hurt Lilo.

When the virus hit, Nani made the decision to trek to the sanctuary. Even when they got separated while running, Nani pushed on, hoping that’s where Lilo would head. The two sisters reunited, but they’ve yet to find Julian.

Her older sister Nani raised Lilo for most of her life, as her parents died when she was only five.

Nani tried her best, and Lilo would try too. Lilo helping when he met Julian, a man she called Stitch because of the stitches on his face. He looked sick and hurt, so she took him home, hiding him away while she cared for him. When Nani found him, Lilo begged and begged her sister to let him stay, and Nani finally gave in.

When the virus hit, the three of them fled to Disney, getting separated in the wasteland. Lilo and Nani found each other, but they haven’t, as of yet, found Julian. 

Lilo has yet to tell her sister that she was bitten while they were out in the wasteland.
