I too, have rebooted SO FCKN MANY TIMES. Sometimes, it just helps you feel better, and to give you a peace of mind. You do you, yeah? And I’m here for whatever journey you wanna share with me, Cole. :D

honestly there comes a point about nearly a year into the nick blogs (not counting the first one which I think lasted possibly three years I think??? I’m bad at keeping track of time) where I start posting more negativity than the rest of the blog itself.

and then I start associating it with it just being a negative blog. Not because of the character, or any of my partners, just because of myself. and it’s always this point my mind says “u gotta reboot, bro” and I try not to for a short amount of time because I fee like, “maybe I can turn this around and I won’t need to reboot.” but I still always hit this point where I just need it to feel less negatively associated for myself.

even though I know I delete most of my negative posts after a very short time now, I know they were there. I know a few people saw them and potentially felt bad that I didn’t feel good and there wasn’t a lot they could do. And I know how I feel. And I don’t like to feel negative associations toward my blogs. It’s not fun. And while I feel like previous reboots I maybe could have gotten away with sticking around for a tad longer and fixing my atmosphere around on it for myself if I’d really wanted to, this one is. different. Just a little. Just different enough that I feel it’s necessary for me to do.

I think I may reboot this fucking blog again.

I’m having a crisis that has nothing to really do with this. But I feel like I can’t stay on this blog. But I love Nick so much. So of course I don’t mean like I can’t keep playing Nick. It’s just I’m starting to post too much negativity and feel really bad and if I keep doing that here I’m gonna start associating this blog as being a bad feeling blog. Both for myself and the people who follow me only ever seeing Not Good things, and I’d rather not be doing that.

I don’t know if I’m gonna do it today, because fuck I’m drowning in depression right now and don’t know if I have the mental energy to exert on that.

And I haven’t fully decided if moving blogs is the right decision right now because I keep getting into the accidental habit of moving whenever I feel really bad. But it’s an option. Generally clean slating things feels less stressful at least in one spot of my life.

I’d obviously be choosing a new URL and the like. But we’ll see what happens today on that end. I may make myself a bit more selective for a short time because of my mental health lately. but I don’t think it’ll be forever that I’ll do that. I like having an open RP thing goin’. But I need to think of me first.
