Does it hurt if Twilight transforms? Like how does he keep away from everyone or keep it secret? Go into the woods? Keep an eye on moon phases (if it works that way)? Now I’m genuinely curious

it’s not *not* painful? its magical at the end of the day, but it does leave him waking up sore. twilight himself isn’t really sure about how the transformation works exactly, but it does coincide with the moon phases enough that he can plan them out. funnily enough, they happen on new moons rather than full moons!

the rumormill at camp has been spreading around a few about twilight’s occasional night outings! he does in fact retreat to the woods whenever its that time of the month haha.. its a secret to everyone except for time (and eventually wild, and then the entire counselor team)! buttt that will be explained later!

What sort of trouble do Wild and Hyrule get up to?

Do any of the camp counselors cuddle up with each other/deal with nightmares?

Love your art style and these camp moments!

9 times outta 10 they’ve gotten lost somewhere out in the woods and time has to put together a small search party to find them because they’ve undoubtedly dragged 4-5 campers along with them.

sometimes accidentally, but most of the time they simply want to show the kids some cool bugs and places and they end up getting turned around bc they find new cool things.

the counselors are used to getting cuddles from kids who’ve had nightmares more so than each other, but there are plenty of late-night camp kitchen campouts where they make s’mores over the travel stoves (or they go ahead and start a campfire in the clearing if they’re feeling up to it) and tell scary stories to keep their minds off of whatever they’re dealing with. occasionally they have floor sleepovers in the counselors’ cabin though!! they steal time’s extra blankets.

I hope this won’t sound weird but I think I got slightly hyperfixated on your daemon au from ao3 😭 it was a really fun read and got me thru the day when school started up. This isn’t meant to b like pressure for you to update or anything like that so I hope it won’t sound that way, but if you have any thoughts/hcs to share abt the story at all I’d love to hear them!

here's a couple of sketches i did of lyo and wild from my daemon au fic!

and that's really sweet. i'm glad ur enjoying it! i do plan on updating it once my weeks begin to get less hectic. start of semester rn is a bit much...

in terms of hcs and thoughts...

lyo likes forms with flight capabilities, but if she has to choose a land animal, it's usually either a type of squirrel or smaller canine. occasionally, she will take the form of a cat.

when lyo first had to take the form of a dragonfly, wild hated it, and as did lyo. it took them a long time to "settle" into that form.

flora put a bunch of ebooks on the slate so that wild would catch up on the history he either missed or is now unaware of due to his amnesia.

wild had a sister, her daemon would often take the form of different songbirds.

when legend's daemon klasina, settled as a rabbit, he had a crisis. klasi was not impressed.

hyrule is part-fairy, and due to this, pelle has the ability to change forms as though she has not settled. hyrule doesn't share this knowledge readily, so the chain does not know about it. (pelle also goes by he/she pronouns, along with hyrule.)

vasili, warrior's daemon, is an english mastiff. or the hylian equivalent.

Hello I love your comic and style. But I have a question about Time, what is all that he does at the camp and what is Wild and Four’s leading theory on how Time is funding the camp? But that is it so bye.

he keeps everything running! of course, the counsellors are supervising the campers, but time keeps the lights on, the food available, and everything in tip top shape. as well as being the guy to go to when you have a complaint.

think uh,,,, school principal but you only see him 3 out of 12 hours of your day and he keeps wandering around the camp at night like a weirdo. (theres a bulletin board up on terrible candid shots of time walking around being a little weirdo)

Do you keep talking about wild and four's camp funding theory but what actually is it

sugar baby hours. time's whole thing is being a cryptid up in a forest and running a summer camp and the only thing online about him is the website malon helped him set up.

they're quite convinced that malon funds every single project time does. unfortunately, they're very vocal about this and the rumor circulated around camp so badly that time had to ban the topic.
