Yes PLEASE engage with it, it means the world to me and is very encouraging. Makes my day sometimes reading some sweet or particularly insightful comment. Genuinely!! And "liking" stuff or whatever helps videos/posts reach more people. Which means more benefits for me like hopefully making a career out of my passions and networking and meeting cool people AND TAKING OVER THE MOTHERFUCKING PLANET. I digress:)

Thanks for asking, but yes I would argue nearly every artist you like is glad you like their work. And in a world where it's increasingly difficult to tell if this is a good lifepath to take (everyday is a new day I'll be broke), letting artists know you appreciate their stuff is very cool. We wouldn't make much of an impact without y'alls support would we?

Honestly I'm not even sure what you mean by spam my work lol, apologies!!

But if you mean commenting under it a lot or sharing it or something, I don't mind at all. I can't imagine that's what you mean, but it's the only explanation I can think of

My new release "The Grass Turns Black, And My Ambition Is Dead" continues my trajectory of making noisy folk / alt tracks with a very heavy focus on lyrics and unorthodox recording styles. While I am proud of my previous releases, this record sees me returning from a 2-year recording hiatus with much stronger vocals and a lot more music knowledge. Plus, a better understanding of how to get across my rather brooding messages. Across 15 tracks and 50 minutes, I WILL BECOME THE NEXT UNDERGROUND SENSATION.

In addition, this might be tmi but it's on the record now so there's not much I can do about it. I've experienced sexual assault/coercion a few times in my life, and it's had a greatly negative impact on the way I view a lot of things. On this record, I have a song that directly relates to one of those experiences, which will be my first time discussing it outside of close friends.

Aside from that, the record touches on themes of mental illness, insomnia, obsessive love, finding meaning through artistic expression, and also directly addresses the listener on multiple occasions inviting them into my brain in a weirdly cult like manner. We are Legion and all.

On this record I find myself being more personal, heartfelt, and passionate than ever before, and I really think I have something worthwhile to say. Thanks for reading, hope you get a chance to listen.
