I’m not sure if you’re still active but I just wanted to say I recently finished reading “L’Histoire Française” and I am so in love with your work. It was so beautiful and it’s truly one of the best pieces of fan-fiction I’ve ever read. You NEED to become an author because your ideas are so wonderful and you are so gifted at writing. This work left me in shambles in the best ways possible and I don’t know if anything else will ever compare. The entire concept was so well thought out and crafted. I’d read an entire series if you made one.

Wishing you well with future works and I am definitely looking forward to reading your other fics. 🫶🏻

Between dnp who is the lazy gay and who is the activity gay?

Hmm tough one. I think Phil is more active than dan, though neither of them are particularly active types. He has more of a push to do Actual Things and even occasionally gym/sport things. He strikes me as the type to begin Projects that then are swiftly abandoned for other Projects. I think he likes the outdoors more, and is less of a rotting in bed type than dan. But what do you guys think?

I read the entirety of Birthday Sex last night (I overestimated my reading speed and ended up being up until 4 am but it’s worth it) and I just wanted to tell you that it was legitimately one of the best things I’ve read in a long time, even including non-fanfic books. I can’t stop thinking about it. I’ve stared at a wall in thought all day. It was SO good.

Hi! I don't know if you're still active or an active fic writer I just wanted to say birthday sex is by far one of the best and most heartbreaking stories I've ever read. Even now I'm not a really a phangirl anymore as I'm older and in my adulthood but god damn. I've come across a good few gems in my time of exploring fanfics though yours is the one that provoked the most emotion in me like a roller coaster. I love the angst and the pure feeling of love Phil shows to Dan. Makes me feel like I've experienced love despite never in real life having that. I'd kill for a full length sequel (or any length at that) however I know you probably aren't writing anymore which I understand. The bonus content will keep me going for a week until I envitably reread this masterpiece. Just wanted to express my admiration, I never do this but I am quite passionate about my feelings on this. Thank you!!

I do still write, though regrettably I don't really feel inspired to write about Dan and Phil anymore. It may change of course, who knows what the future holds. I think a full length sequel may a bit much haha, I think someone told me once that Birthday Sex is longer than Lord of the Rings?? Is that true I can't remember lol. But I have enjoyed writing some follow up material for the BS-verse, as you mentioned above. I think I rounded it off with the five years later pretty nicely, so I hope that sates your thirst for more at least partly.

It's possible that I will write more in that verse again one day, I know other people have asked me about it too. Once someone asked me to write the very first breakup that happens before the fic even starts x_x which... idk I guess some people just hate themselves and want to feel like they've been skewered with a holly branch? lmao. I'm not sure about that idea, but I could write something else people are interested in.

Maybe I'll do a poll of some ideas haha.

just to tell you that sometimes some of your quotes or situations in fics get back in my brain and I had to read specific fic on that specific scene. for example I just remembered that game on the french teacher fic dnp were playing - the one they dont have to touch each other… yeah. beautiful and specific moment. had to thank you for that. you’ll live always on my mind :3
